Drive through window is ALWAYS closed, which a huge INCONVENIENCE especially when I have my kids in the car.The excuse is always we are short staffed!First, how is it easier for the pharmacist to walk to the counter but not the window? 🤔Second, if youre short staffed, it means theres high demand and your business is doing well, which means that you should hire more people as needed, not compromise the quality of the service you promised to offer!

Rx app does not work very well. For a year now there has been problems with refills, getting my pills at the same time and the number of refills available.

They’re fast, friendly, and professional. If your insurance is accepted here, I’d definitely recommend.

The drive thru pharmacy is great! As long as there arent a lot of cars waiting to get there meds. If you go inside its going to take forever! I dont even like shopping im there because it takes too long. They arent fully stocked. The stuff they do have is basically picked over. Its like they cleared out the back. Cleaned out they pantry 😂

Got a monthly prescription for the same pain medication. Called it in days ahead and still cant get it. Then then told me it would be in the next. Nothing. Told reorder and next day. Again nothing. They are a joke!

Always friendly and pretty fast. They always call me when refills are ready so we never run out, this is very helpful.

I spend 86+ dollars at Meijer Pike plaza store this morning. It took longer to get checked out than to shop. No cashiers only one self checkout out for more than twelve items.Not the first time this has happened,but eiwi be last time for me

I like that they email me when my prescriptions are ready and theres hardly ever a long wait. Theres a few of the staff that are very nice and helpful but there are others that are just rude and most wont even give you a chance to put your mperks info in.

These guys are great. Always deliver prescriptions on time and friendly.

The pharmacy is apparently understaffed and even if you are just in to pick up a prescription thats already ready, it takes anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes. If you call in to refill a prescription and expect it to get it done in an hour, you can forget about it. Ive always been told that theres a wait for at least two to three hours to refill a prescription. Compared to Walgreens and CVS who do it in as little has half hour, this is just ridiculous.For apparently the same reasons, the staff is very unhelpful and wont do price comparisons because just comparing prices (e.g. between GoodRX and your insurance) would take 40 minutes because of them being understaffed (I dont know how!).If you get technician Karl, then you have my sympathies. He is curt, rude and possibly the most judgemental pharmacist (based on what medications you take) Ive ever come across. Just this one person alone is enough to make me never come to this Meijer ever again.

Worst Meijer in the country. Saturday after Thanksgiving and they have 2 registers open with over 10 people in each line
