I had a good experience with this business. They took my old washer and I got a new-to-me one for $299, retails for about $1200 brand new. They had a large inventory to choose from so I didnt feel like I was settling. However, I got it home it made a loud noise like it was summoning its home planet. I called and they immediately came out to replace it the next morning with one just like it. They ran a load at the store to triple check it was good to go and brought it to me. They hooked it up and started the load again and were willing to wait to make sure it worked. And it did! And still does 30+ days later (theres a 30 day warranty). Id rather by used and support a local business than buy new from a big corporation, so it was worth the trial and error, especially because they gave me 0 headaches about it and were so responsive.Ive recommended them to all my indy friends!

Sad still has my daughter PS4 and not working still been there since XMas

Bought a used laptop about a year ago dell latitude 5430 I use it daily. Had to but a batt. After about 4 months. Expected still works great price was great $130.00 has desk tops and big tvs. Will shop there again

The gentleman who helped me with my hp was great he answered all my questions made sure I was informed and let me go next door to go shopping with my daughter while he was working on my laptop. I wish I would have gotten his name but he was great and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Way to go will be back if I have any other problems with any of my electronics.

Tvs are messed up . We Just paid for a brand new TLC tv, I have had it 45 days and it won’t connect to internet or Netflix since day one . I called TLC they cameOut and said it is defective. They told me that city electronics sells defective TVs and they won’t service it .I paid 650$ and got a brand new broke tv . Very disappointed ☹️.The sales guy was extremely nice and very friendly .I hate to say it but I do believe I will Pursue this further the owner states that there is a guaranteed manufactured warrenty . Manufacture says they in no way will manufacture there TVs because they are not a authorized retailer . Scam !!!Problems solvers here we come .

I and Trey are very disappointed in this place . We bought a brand new TLC tv and paid over 600$ and won’t even work . Extremely upset and will not be a return customer .Yes it has a 1 year warrenty that the company will not uphold because they stated your store sells used merchandise or faulty . We posted a picture of the response from the manufacture . Yes it has a 60 day warrenty but as to see I have MS a I am not capable of dragging a 65 inc tv back to you’re store .Store is a rip-off manufacture says they are not a authorized retailer . I will be suing them !

Not very good customer service when I went in there to ask about fixing my mothers TV it was a whole bunch of guysWatching the game and the owner was too busy to answer my questions so I left I would recommend them at all and I wouldnt give him no type of business
