At this location, most items were 40-60% off regular prices, and be prepared to dig, as the size racks arent really organized, even though they have signage. Most shoes for men are gone, slim pickings for womens shoes. Lots of ladies undergarments (not a whole lot of undies tho) in both regular and plus sizes. Still quite a bit of womens plus sizes. Dont know about a public restroom and I didnt speak to any staff members, so cant comment on those. Happy shopping!

My daughter really likes the clothes that we bought for school. Without having a card, I still received a 25% discount. I thought this was really great! My cashier was helpful, friendly and patient as well. The dressing room wasnt clean but it did its job. We will likely go back in the future.

This store had plenty of staff on the floor and EVERY employee was genuinely kind and friendly. I felt welcomed and was comfortable approaching them for help with pricing and to answer questions as I shopped. It was like traveling into the past when customers were the focus. And the nicest finishing touch--- Jenny, the cashier, actually neatly folded all the clothes I purchased instead of just tossing them into the bag. Nothing was wrinkled when I got home. Yay!!! I will drive across town to shop there more often.

Shelves are disorganized, clothes hanging on racks without hangers. The store is in a general disaster as far as neatness. Sorry to say this but true. Pennys was a gr8 place to shop 30 years ago.... not today. Wish I could buy then and turn it around.

Love JCPenney! I can usually find something there I like. They have a wide variety of products. The stores are always nice and neat and clean. Most of the sales associates are nice and helpful.

Im amazed that JC Penney has stayed in the game. Especially with other Retailers going out of business. Whatever they are doing to stay relevant, good for them. Penneys always has a nice clean look. The sales associates are pleasant. You can always find something reasonably priced. I think the quality of the clothing has stepped up over the years and they do try and keep up with the latest fashion trends.

So disappointed in the customer service. My husband bought me a beautiful necklace from JCPenney for Valentines day. Unfortunately two weeks later the chain snapped. We thought surely JCPenney would replace the broken chain since it had been such a short time of owning it. Turns out they would only exchange it if I also exchanged the pendant and the only pendant they had was far less quality.The necklace is from the Disney collection Little Mermaid Key pendant. The one I have has a large bright amethyst with excellent clarity. The one I was offered was a much smaller stone that looked chipped and the diamonds looked dirty, perhaps the setting was tarnished. I asked if they could just exchange the chain since the quality of the pendants were so obviously different and I didnt think it would be fair to sacrifice my pendant over their deficient chain. The manager, Rhonda, said absolutely not. They have to go together. The only other option she gave us was to return the entire necklace, repurchase, and purchase an expensive extended warranty and then they would send out the necklace chain (while holding the pendant) for repair. I declined because that was extra money to fix their issue and I have read terrible reviews regarding their repair services.We actually went to a locally owned jewelry store after this and told them what had happened. They looked at my necklace and said that a repair would be ugly and obvious because of the type of chain and where the break is. Instead they offered a new chain at the price the JCP extended warranty would have cost us and a free lifetime warranty. WHAT?!?! Now that is customer service. Needless to say we will be going there for our jewelry needs from now on.This is the second necklace I have from JCP that has had this issue in under 30 days of owning it. Spending a couple hundred dollars per necklace you would think the quality and durability could last more than 1/2 a dozen wears. Not only will we not be buying from JC Penney any more but I am steering everyone away that I can. I understand mass produced products are going to have their flaws but the reason I have gone to JCP for so many years was the customer service and now that that is gone whats the point of spending our money there.

Its fine....I mean, what do you expect? Its a JC Penney. Im sure the tables of clothing start out the day neat & tidy but by the evening they are all jumbled & mixed up making it hard to find the size, cut, & fit of pant needed. Also, the line for the checkout is usually long & moves slowly. The mobile coupon I had was not working & the cashier was like, oh well, its not working. Like she wanted me to just walk away with out getting 25% off my entire purchase of $180. I told her we needed to figure it out. She finally pulled up the coupon from a different source on my phone & it worked.

I used the salon for trims and color. It was my first time using the salon but I had a great experience. I also love the Sephora in their as well when I am shopping for makeup.

Racially profiled in this store. I have no idea why with so many cameras staff both black and white decide to follow me around. Individuals should feel free to browse and shop without being practically stalked. This is obviously a systematic issue with this lousy company.

The customer service that I received from the young lady at the counter was very poor. She was distracted she was eating while helping me and she was not interested in extending any customer service or inquiring how she could help me. I love this JCPENNEY. There is a Sephora inside. I have found the employees to be helpful and friendly. The only issue I have is although they have fantastic clearance bargains, I find it difficult to find jeans, etc., in my size (4). It seems as though they stock a tremendous amount of larger sizes, and few smaller sizes.

Customer service dept might as well not exist. The girl helping me didnt know what she was doing and wasnt able to count to 4 to make sure all my items were returned. On the plus side, the man at the front register was extremely nice and helpful.

Very messy store. Didnt have as good of a selection for what I was looking for as other J.C. Penneys in the area. Had a return to make and I didnt realize they didnt do cash back so I didnt have my card I made the purchase with with me at the time. Manager on duty gave me some attitude when I even asked about it, absolutely not was the response given. I understand policy but maybe a polite sorry we arent able to do that would work too?

JC Penney is my favorite place to shop for window treatments. My parents have always purchased their draperies from them and I have as well. I miss the days of the catalogues. I have ordered curtains online but Im one of those people that need to see and feel the fabric. They have a wide variety of things to dress your windows; sheers, curtains, drapes, cellular blinds, blinds, roller shades, etc. They always seem to have a sale as well, the best time to purchase items. I recently purchased some drapes that retailed for $130+ for $25. Check their website but more important shop the store. JC Penney is one of the last department stores from back in the day.

Got a haircut there and expected to come out changed but instead I got stuck with a red head hairstylists who cant even cut, nor style. Just a waste of money. I think Great clips will do a better job than this establishment will.

One of the worst shopping experiences in a long time. 6 people in line to check out, 2 cashiers with customers. 25 min later now 15 people in line, those same two customers are both waiting on their 3rd price check and both cashiers have left to find the correct price.3 times they called over intercom they needed help and zero people respond. Obviously a place with zero values for customers and co-workers.

Someone stole my Clinque bag i called and went right back to PennysNo one turned in my packageI did have a receipt the sales lady said she couldnt replace. My husbands does not want me to shop there any more. They did give me small samples of Clinque product.

I was expecting a horrible and sad sight given that a lot of these chains are bankrupt but they had quite a lot of inventory. They seem to still carry pretty good brands at a discount.

Tried to exchange an item bought online for me as a gift for a different size. This should be a simple exchange. But they apparently cant give you a size swap in store for things bought online? This is a very bad disconnect between the physical and online world. Instead, the gifter gets a credit and you have to awkwardly ask them for a new size or the money? Horrible policy JCP.

I ordered my suit here on Sept 2 and I supposed to pick it up between Sept 9th to 12th. I needed it for my best friends wedding on Sept 16 that was yesterday but they still not have my order ready to pick up. I visited the store three times. I was told , only your pants is ready . I said, it supposed to be ready to pick a week ago ! The lady on pick up area said, I dont know sir, call at 11 am. I did call next day at 11 am but I was told you get an email asap when your order is ready. I had to buy a new suit yesterday for that wedding. I dont need that suit I think I wasted a couple of hundred dollars.
