Costco is always a win. This one is laid out a bit different than mine but everything needed was easily found. Introduced my friend to the Rotisserie Chicken, hope she likes it!Waiting for the sheepskins to make their annual appearance!

Big Costco fan. Some Things I love I can only find at Costco - that special kind of Parmesan cheese, stuffed jalapeños, sliced cheese, salsa, and much more. Wish the ones in the Indy area were a little more high scale and that there were more of them outside central Indiana.

I honestly expected more. And less at the same time. This was my first time in a costco and I was not impressed.Its really no better than Sams. The grocery section left much to be desired, at least the fresh and frozen sections.The less I expected was people. I didnt expect there to be 3 billion people there. And parking is honestly horrid. There are parking lanes with only one way in and one way out. If there are no spots you have to back out.

I mean it’s Costco, cheap prices on bulk items of single brands. You know what to expect. I just wish they would require everyone to wear masks since it’s basically impossible to social distance. Like come on.

This is more than just cheaper gas and great price on a giant hot dog and coke...though honestly I always take advantage of these deals when I go there. People sometimes pushback and say... Gees 60 bucks for the privilege of shopping...but its more than a deal at this place. If you value service and niceness at every level, I would encourage every one in reach of this place to give it a try. Not everything there is for every shopper. But wow..there are some great deals on the regular...like the 4.99 roasted chicken. Huge birds....cooked to perfection. Consider me one who values a smile and good service as much as just price.

Cant go wrong with the fast checkout lines. Friendly employees and good variety of snacks etc.

We have to travel about 1 hour 20 mins to get there so we try to make it worth our time to go. Its always busy which is unenjoyable at times.The food is excellent so that is a bonus!

Definitely bulk shopping but what they have is top quality. And the samples are back. The gas prices were 10 to 20 cents less than other stations that day. Worth the membership.

Employees are always nice, helpful and the store is well stocked and clean. Best prices on meat, grape tomatoes, bakery, dog food/treats, sodas, dry goods and more. Even on busy days, you can get through pretty quickly. Evenings are a great time to go.

I think most Costcos are the same this one is like most others I have been to. Pretty easy in and out just be aware in the parking lot.... people are people and they are in a hurry here.

Huge variety of literally everything you needs. The best prices on their items. Just an idea of the items available and this is only a small list compared to what is actually available- computers, televisions, school supplies, home goods, vacuums, kitchen goods, garage goods, lighting, furniture, liquor, fresh foods, bakery, clothes, books, seasonal items, all home products such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc, frozen foods, non-perishable items, flowers, plants, pharmacy, eyeglass department, photo department, toiletries and more for way better pricing than you could ever find in another store. The store is always clean. The pizza and hot dogs are super delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. I don’t know what we ever did before Costco. If you have a family, Costco is a must!!!

The place is clean and its a great place to buy in bulks. Just love shopping here. Its worth buying a mbership with them.

Im always impressed by how quickly they get you checked out. I do wish theyd open earlier during the week tho.

I just signed up for a membership and ended up visiting all 3 stores but so far the staff is amazing. Helpful, friendly and funny for sure!

Pretty good place to buy in bulk but it is crowded at all times. They also keep rearranging where products are located.Other than that you just have to worry about your fellow customer. People are oblivious here even more so than your average grocery. But if you are quick and agile, you will emerge victorious with delicious food in amounts that would satisfy Godzilla.

The store is always super crowded and people never seem to pay any attention where they go with carts or driving! If the customer paid better attention I would easily rate this higher but I cant tell you how many times if it wasnt for me pulling my kids aside that they would have gotten hit!

I just love how Costco thinks a mandate is a law. It is NOT a law!!!!! And the smart ones that know the laws also know that the ones making decisions at Costco, in Indy, know they have VOLUNTARILY entered in the mask mandate with Marion county and could have very easily opted out of that mandate. I will NOT be renewing my membership until these douche bags change the mask policy. Period!

Costco is awesome because its Costco. They have everything and its definitely worth getting a membership. I love buying in bulk, but they also have stuff to buy individually.

Costco is always fantastic. The paper towels and toilet paper alone make it a worth while trip.

I love shopping at Costco but I wish they would bring back the Ezekiel bread and also the 2 lb container of Hannah organic hummus.

1st time inside of a Costco. Pressed for time tried to cover as much as possible. Kirkland water was a steal, but love their toilet paper.People seemed to be in a big rush though and I did like that

I always liked this store. And the people are kind, never had a problem because I shopped for Instacart here, many and many times , never had A problem. Til today at 11:45am, I was doing my shopping for instacart today and I have my little brother help me because I can’t lift big stuff, and lady stopped at the door , showed the card , and usually they do let me in with him, now , TODAY ON SEPT 19th, 2021, I can’t have him with me for some odd reason or rule, told her : I been coming into the store with him for over a year to help me and the lady told me : “That’s what they all say”, never been so uncomfortable and disrespected. So I talked to the manager before I left the store because I upset about the situation. Told me that instacart push this rule out and they been forcing it for awhile , and I explained that no one has told me this at all for all the visits I did here, so please let everyone in your staff to be informed about this rule! This will keep people for being upset, also for the lady who was working at the door, Please work on talking to someone with respect when telling someone about a certain rule. I was upset on how she told me and it made my shopping experience unpleasant.

Love this place! I joined back in 2016 simply for the cake 😂. We had a graduation party & purchased all of our party food at Costco at a fraction of the price we would have paid for catering. Quality food and unique finds galore.

I was super hesitant to get a Costco membership, but I am so glad I did. I tracked it and even with membership cost, we save about $100/month on groceries. Even more than that though, the customer service at this location is excellent! Today I was having my tires fixed (which only cost me $11 btw) and Jake the technician noticed my bumper had popped loose and fixed it for free! Thank you so much to all employees and especially Jake for making this a great place to shop!

Just recently got a Costco membership. I really enjoy this place! Has such amazing options for Paleo diet and always has great deals! I never realized it would be such a great investment for us as a household of three. With the cash back, the membership pays for itself. Totally worth the investment! It’s been a game changer for meal prep and cooking in our household.

I would have given 5 ⭐s but you cant get the same things you get at one location that you can get at another. My mother asked me to get her ICAPS vitamins I can get them at the Michigan Rd location but not at Castleton. I also needed to get her Kirkland brand supplemental nutritional drink but it wasnt on the shelf at either location. Its totally worth having the membership but only if you can get what you need.

Costco has horrible customer service at the self-checkout. I am tired of them flip-flopping on whether they should have the CSRs scan the items or not. I was at the self-checkout today ready to scan my items and one of the CSRs just invited himself to scan my items. I told him that I can scan them myself. It was less than six items, it wasnt that big of a deal. However, there was another CSR who got involved and then accused me of not properly scanning my first item and my Costco card. I told her that I did scan it, but I felt like I was being accused of something I hadnt done and I had just started scanning my items with these two CSRs watching me, in my personal space, thinking the worse before I could even get started. It wasnt my fault it didnt go through. She then invited herself into the situation with me and the other agent. She totally distracted me, and then blamed me for the reason why things did not scan, and then started scanning everything for me. I dont know why they have a self-checkout if you cant do it yourself. I have to be okay with it from what I was told because people are stealing and the inventory is terrible. I was told that the few thieves at Costco have made it bad for the rest. However, thats not my problem.I know that they are screening who they choose or not choose to scan the items for because there were other customers who could have used the help more than me  I am a paying customer. What they are doing is not right. Punish the ones who are stealing. Dont make it bad for the honest customers too. I wont be renewing my membership.

Wonderful staff, good selection of products, food is great as well. The all in one shoppers dream, 10/10 will shop again.There are some costcos that are missing convenience pieces. The only such complaint I have for this one is that only one of the scanners at the phone booth works. This makes it inconvenient for both customer and employee. Doesnt drop my rating, though.

Visited Costco after 8 months due to covid -19.CLEAN and safe to visit with baby. All time favorite for shopping grocery and clothes.

Generally very crowded and many items have been out of stock recently. I wish Costco offered a checkout option similar to Sams Clubs Scan and Go. This would help with long check out lines.

First time in Costco and the store was very well organized and clean. Visited their optical dept and was impressed by selection, price and a most helpful optical associate.

60 yearly membership. Priced based on quantity size fairly. Some vegan options but not as much as other states. Gas prices are a bonus.

Always dig me some Costco.Hey Costco,Weve been a member since we were stationed in Japan, even there it was only a 20 minute drive for us.Can you consider putting a store closer (or in) to Lafayette, Indiana?? PLEASE! Even with the savings, its not economically smart to drive to Indy every week and visit like we did in Wisconsin or Japan.

This Costco is awesome! Specifically Prashad (at cash register) is perhaps the friendliest guy I encounter and he remembers me every time I go! He’s always so kind to my family and cheerfully smiling (even with his mask on!). He definitely deserves major props for really making this store specifically stand out (I’ve been to Costco’s all over the country but this ones the best). Amy was also really kind this visit and wished my family a happy thanksgiving. Thanks guys!!

Nothing bad to say about Costco. Great deals everyday. I would suggest adding diesel fuel pumps to the store on 86th st in Indianapolis. Sucks having to drive out of my area to the other store for diesel fuel. Cheapest in the city though.

Very clean and well maintained. Customer service is top notch. We moved here from CA so I’m not sure if this is just standard for the area but the employees at this Costco always help move the stuff from your cart to the conveyor belt. Such a big help when you’re carrying a baby with you.

Very dirty store. Do not use the bathrooms here at and prices much higher than sams club. Was told I would like it better than sams and I have been to 3 stores so far and they are all dirty and I will be going back to sams club. Much better produce

I have always enjoyed Costco,until yesterday. As I checked out with my family. The store associate was up in my face and in my business .she even told another associate to keep an eye on us. She acted as if I was not going to pay for my items. It was horrible. Probably will NOT renew my membership because of the way they treated me.

They have the best non gluten pizzas!! We buy 2 boxes at a time. Only 5 bucks a pizza.

Bought our membership online knowing they dont accept our MasterCard. I read many places that checks and cash were accepted plus I had a deal where I would receive $10 back. When we signed up, the woman wouldnt give us the $10 credit because we didnt have a credit card to link. We could apply for their card but we still couldnt get our money. She also informed us we had to be members for 2 years to write a check!! We had planned to make some major purchases but were unable. We couldnt even get food at the food court without a Visa. Very deceptive and upsetting trip. Nothing but a big waste of money

Shopping wasnt bad but the deals werent what I hoped for this time around. Also missing a few products that to me were a surprise to not have on shelves, no matter the brand.Still got the majority of our shopping list though and we were in-and-out fairly quickly. Also place was clean and well organized. Will be back!

This location needs to make all their limit signs noticeable and clearly stated. Be consistent. Maybe it will help to avoid the disrespect that I experienced today with their employees. Pay for a membership just to get treated poorly. Sometimes people have rough days. Please never allow your employees to bet someone $10 whether a limit sign is there or not. Even if I wasnt the nicest person today. Make it visible from the beginning. Also, train your employees better. I am a retail manager. I would hope that my employees would have offered to find out where this linit sign was located, and help this embarrassed customer understand that it is there. Instead I was disrespected and treated terrible. Just an awful experience today. And I love Costco. LOVE IT! Today though... I need to reevaluate at least which Costco I travel to. This one is closest to me at about an hour from home... just awful. If a supervisor wants to reach out, I would be more than happy to share my experience and ideas. If not.. at least highlight the limit when its in small print! Please! Thank you!

LOVE everyone who works at this impeccably clean warehouse. They are the kindest people around and the merchandise is always very well stocked and in order. Every single person goes above & beyond to take care of us members regardless of how many people are in the warehouse. The bakery does a great job on custom orders, the deli does a great job on all of the food, the greeters & cashiers move people quickly with a smile. Michael in the hearing aid department is top notch, the photo department has been phenomenal for years, and the optical department has a great selection of options. Whether youre a local or just passing through, this is a GREAT Costco!

Crazy place! Just moved into the area. I have been there 3 different times (different days, different times) and its nuts. Long, long checkout lines snake through the aisles. I have been in many a Costco and this one is the worst! Front end check out area is way to small.

First time visiting. Took my brother. Didnt stay long enough to look around. Crowded, but all aisles were free of product sitting to be shelved .
