There products are so much better than the mega chains. More natural and have so many choice. They dont use animal testing and they are more eco-friendly.

I like the smells but the yogurt feels watery and not very moisturizing, the actual body creme or lotion is better.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and if want to try samples first they dont treat you like you are wasting their time like other stores close by do.

Disappointed my favorite body butter had been discontinued, however the two ladies working made a great effort to introduce me to a new scent of body butter. So far its a winner! Great customer service!

Want soft supple skin, purchase any Body Shop product. Ive been a customer for 27 years and always receive compliments on my soft skin.

This place has the best lotion I have found. The makup is very good as well. My wife likes it better that bare minerals. Their makeup goes on better and hydrates more. Doesnt look like your wearing it. This is a must see place!

I was there a couple of hours ago and Jentura was super helpful!!! I hadnt been to the store before and she answered my questions, was kind and patient with me, and provided me with recommendations for my skin. I havent tried my products yet, but Im excited to and hope to be back!!!

Eveeything about this store is fantastic! The sales ladies are extremely friendly and helpful, they take the time to listen to your concerns and needs and steer you into the right product line. Great shopping and buying experience.

I can’t express how angry I am. I called an hour ahead before I drove to this location and asked specifically if they had the new body glitter spray that I saw on Instagram in store and I was told they offered it in this location and that they had the other scents too. Drove 45 minutes to this location and guess what, they don’t have it. The woman that I spoke with on the phone then tells me that they don’t even carry it in the U.S.. She said she thought I was talking about the body butter not the spray.. I specified to her that I drove 45 MINUTES because she was the one that told me over the phone that they had it in store. All she could say was sorry. No one offered me any type of discount for a future purchase for the trouble of me having to waste 45 minutes of gas. “Great” service.

Wanted to purchase some of the foundation because of tea tree benefits, store clerk never greeted me or offered to help. I was one of 2 parties in store. There were 2 store personnel.
