Ordered cookies on 10/1 for my husbands birthday.. The cookies were to be picked up at 10/02 at 12:15pm. I arrived at the Broad Ripple location at 12:05pm and waited until 12:45pm; however, they never opened. I called and was able to get through to corporate. They said they had no idea when the store was going to be reopened but they would refund my order. Not only did I not receive the cookies that I paid for, but I have still yet to see a refund be processed.

The customer service was SUPER HORRIBLE.. I was told to leave the store because I simply asked for a refund. The cookies were brick hard, the employees weren’t friendly AT ALL. I will NEVER return or give them another penny. It was a waste of my 20mins for some hard stale cookies. If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. Don’t recommend

Theres nothing more curves your desire to craving a sweet delightful meal of the day. Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night; The flavoring tasting aroma of Orgean Crew. This is where I go for light and good fresh cookies, snicker doodles, and endless sugar rush. Over all, the service is always safe and friendly.

Disappointed, excited to get their delicious cookies today. Ordered online and went to pick up and their store is closed due to electoral issues. I dont know why you can order online, but Im really frustrated. Contacted the corporation support, no response from email in 3 days and waited on the phone for 2 hours before I got auto disconnected. Unsure when Ill get a refund. :(

I love the one in Syracuse NY on S.U. Campus. The cookies always fresh and moist. We decided to try a ice cream sandwich for the first time. It wasnt bad. The only problem is the cookies were a lil over cooked.

Took a long time to get cookies. Ended up being cold and rock hard. Terrible cookies. They sent me a survey and never heard back. I refuse to wait 2 hours for cookies, pay a premium, and then they aren’t even what they advertise as being warm and fresh. Not hearing anything back was just the extra. I don’t see myself returning ever again as I can make cookies in less time and they are 10x better than what i got plus a fraction of the cost.

Such soft delicious cooks 😍Very good cookies, absolutely love them. My personal favorite is the peanut butter. HOWEVER peanut butter is dry normally so you will need or want water after. I say this because I do it every time yet I still LOVE these cookies. They have some chocolate lovers, raisin lovers, and even plain sugar cookie lovers. You really cannot go wrong getting cookies here, the hours are what make the place unique. What is best as since it’s in broad ripple they are open extra late!

Weve came up here three times to try this place out. Everytime its been temporarily closed. No update on their website or Google. I tried calling the third time but its all automated. Ive heard the one in St.Louis, MO is good though.

Some of the best cookies youll ever eat!! Prices are a little steep though. Its also a very busy place, so be prepared to stand in long lines.

I ordered cookies and was quoted 1 hr, took over two for them to arrive. I don’t expect perfection, but it would have been nice to get the cookies before my movie ended.

Maybe I came in on a bad day, but I will not be returning to find out if that was the case. Because, if you cant provide the type of cookies youre known for, what I paid for, then why are you there?I havent been to Insomnia Cookies for a while, and I use to LOVE them. So I was excited to take someone who has never tried their cookies before, but we were met with HUGE disappointment.The once decent sized, gooey, delicious cookies were small, oddly shaped (as if too many were squished on a pan together), and were overcooked. I could have gotten a better cookie from the refrigerated section at the grocery store. You know, the premade kind that you pop in the oven and bake? Cheaper, and better tasting than what I got at Insomnia.

Got there and the line was out the door, there was only one person up front helping people and I could see two people in the back sitting on their phones, then got home to find my cookies to be rock solid I wish I could upload videos on here because it’s a brick.

Really disappointed in the last 3 or 4 times going there. It seems they are always out of several of their selections. Ive been there at different times so its not like Im going at closing time. On the plus side the cookies they do have are very good.

The smell was amazing when we walked in, & the cookies were nice & hot. My daughter loved them.

I had a terrible experience while visiting insomnia cookie. This was the first time I have ever been asked to leave with about question. I stepped into the store . I did not get greeted at all and there was only one other customer in the store. David looked at me up and down and then looked at my dog that I brought inside. David proceeded to walk to the back of the store and came back to the front and directly told me he would not be able to serve me. Again, he didn’t ask if the animal was service animal or anything at all. I wasn’t aware of the policy and would not have had a issue with him enlightening me on the policy in steady of just telling me I would need to leave.I went on to ask him how would I need to order since I wasn’t aware. He just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know but I can’t serve you with the dog in the store.It would have been more helpful if David would have kindly stated the policy about pets and service animals in the store but instead I was asked to just leave . I didn’t get that chance to explain to David that my dog was actually a service animal but wasn’t wearing the appropriate tag.Once I placed my dog back in my car I came back in and placed my order, I asked David why he asked me to leave without question. He said the dog wasn’t wearing the appropriate tag and assumed the dog wasn’t a service animal.I stated the dog was a service animal and I didn’t appreciate begging discriminated against as a black women with a small Dog. He then told me he would refuse service and he asked me to leave again. This was after I placed my order and have placed my card in the machine to pay. I got my cookies and I paid and left.This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in insomnia cookie. Again , I don’t have an issue with the no pets but the employeee named David needed to have better customer service and don’t say someone has to leave after you watched them come in with the dog then comes backs and say you gotta go. Super disrespectful and there were so many better ways to handle the situation. I will be letter others know about David’s poor service .

I brought my 2 boys here for the first time. The cookies are really delicious. However, we did have to wait outside in the rain for 15 minutes due to only 4 customers being allowed in the store at once. Also, it was only one person working and he didnt move quickly, which made the process much slower.

Waited over an hour for my ice cream, so i called and they didnt even have my order and the driver had already went home🙄

About 18 months to 2 years ago we ordered Insomnia Cookies delivery. It gave a time range with a max of 55 minutes. 2 hours and 17 minutes later we received cold, hard cookies that was very disappointing.Here we are thinking why not give them a second chance.... Silly us.We ordered a dozen and given a max time of 65 minutes for delivery It has been 2 hours and 7 minutes later still no cookies and I would wager they will be cold and hard.Insomnia Cookies in Broad Ripple SUCKS! Dont do it, just dont unless you want to wait 2+ hours that will most likely be cold and hard.

The best way to anyone’s heart ! HOT FRESH SNICKERDOODLES until 3am ..there is almost always a little lined formed by the front door. It’s not for any reason, it’s because the staff is friendly and fast and the cookie are realllly good. I frequent the place, and you shoukd stop by and try it any time your in town or drive all the way across town for these cookies like I do regularly! Haha ENJOY!

Waited an hour and a half for my order, which wouldnt have bothered me much, except that my order was wrong and the ice cream was almost completely melted. If you cant have the order delivered in a reasonable amount of time, you shouldnt offer delivery, especially since after the fee and tip it basically doubles the cost. Not worth it.

This is one of my absolute favorite spots! Staff is soo friendly and it’s like you’ve known them forever. I go here a lot bc they have the best cookies in the city as well as brownies, ice cream and strawberry/chocolate/white milk!! 🤤I am not a fan of ice cream so if you are like me, you can ask them to top your cookie with this nice creamy frosting stuff as an alternative to an ice cream cookie sandwich!!Everything is soft and warm and they are open late which makes it perfect for late night snacks!

Its insomnia cookies. You know what you are getting. Great service even when electrity is out or when its over capacity (pandemic restrictions). On the strip so there is a line but you can always ask for delivery!

These cookies are so addictive! I got them the first few times when I needed a snack at two in the morning after a night out with friends but I tried them during the day and they were even better 😂. They are always warm and delicious. The staff is friendly and quick.

Delicious soft fresh cookies, good customer service, and respectful workers. Only thing is I wouldnt recommend ordering for delivery (reviews speak for themselves) nor ordering ahead of time (sometimes they miss my order and this is after arriving longer after pick up time). Another thing that seems to be common at this location is that they always keep running out of the Smores and Triple Chocolate, but do keep in mind this is the only Insomnia in Indy, so theyre probably really busy. They should open up a 2nd location in Indy IMO.Update: It seems that when a flavor is out, you cant order it online which is good.

This place must milk the cows themselves and grow their own wheat to make the flour for each batch of cookies, because this is the slowest damn place I’ve ever ordered from in my life. Almost 2 hours now I’ve been waiting for 6 cookies to be delivered....Save your time and money, just run to Meijer and get your cookies there.

Ordered cookies for delivery and after waiting 3 and a half hours I realized they weren’t going to come. Very disappointed. I have lived in broad ripple village area for 3 years now and for the first time going to try them and wasted my $30 and received nothing for it. Really a shame they can’t manage to deliver simple cookies. Won’t be back.

When we ordered our cookies they said it would take 65 minutes for delivery. 90 minutes later our cookies arrived and they were the wrong ones, and they were cold and hard. Very disappointing.

Cookies were good but the service was slow. If you are hungry and up late you should stop by or get a delivery.

Tonight was the first night I had a bad experience at Insomnia. The cookies were extremely dry, hard and cold. It’s my favorite treat going here and was so disappointed. I even looked up on the company website if they are always suppose to be warm and it says on their page they are. I’m sad because this is the only one close to my house and all the other cookie shots in Fishers/Castleton have no comparison.

The smells as you walk in are amazing and the cookies we got were fresh baked. The prices to me were a bit much for cookies, and they definitely need to hire some help. The person working was super friendly and patient with my kids slow decision making skills.

Nice and warm. Very Good. Many flavor options. I am giving it 4 stars for the option for no peanut/tree nut contact was not available. Very appreciative of the teacher appreciation promotion. Would def go back.

Every time I order from Insomnia Cookies its a horrible experience. They forget items from the order or the cookies are cold. Foolishly I decided to give them another chance after almost a year. Tonight Ive been waiting for over 2 hours for my order. 45 minutes ago they told me they were just finishing my order. So if it ever arrives my cookies will definitely be cold. I will not be giving them another chance. Update: waited 2 hours and 15 minutes on a Sunday night for cold cookies and melted ice cream.

Disappointed with my service this evening. Placed an online delivery order at 4:30pm, by 5:40 I had still not received my order. I called to inquire about approximate wait times and was apologized to and told we would be one of the next deliveries. Finally got our delivery at 6:10. The driver was riding a bicycle. Our cookies were cold and hard.

Soft baked cookies are dope late night

I used to love Insomnia, but took friends there last night after I had raved about it and was so disappointed I will never recommend or return. The lady at the counter (blue hair) was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. They only had 3 cookie options at 8pm and the cookies were not fresh and gross. We ended up throwing them away (and it looked like others did the same because there were random cookies in the street outside of the shop). I can understand running out of supply, but the girl at the front counter handled it so poorly with every customer some people just walked straight out of there.

If i could give zero stars I would. The first time we ordered not only did they get our order wrong, but they never delivered it. When we called, they said they were closed (at 10:00??????) and that the guy who delivers the orders doesnt come after nine. Just close. Why accept deliveries at a place that is open till 3am if no deliveries will be made. Then to say sorry they gave us a fake coupon that didnt work when we tried giving them another chance. On this same second chance, we waited two hours for melted ice cream and missing cookies. We called and they said they would send the cookies they missed. AN HOUR LATER, we get a call from the delivery person saying that they were told the order was CANCELED and that they were closed (hours early). So we called the store again and all they had to say was thats weird. Anyways, supposedly they are refunding us but they lied to us TWICE for no reason. hope they close.

I ordered 6 cookies on Uber Eats (willing to pay $24) this evening, around 9:10pm. Forty minutes later I got notification that my order was cancelled. I called to get more information and an employee answered.She said, “Uber Eats... like isn’t really our like priority... so we cancel orders when we are busy. But we aren’t really busy now... so I guess you can replace your order.”Not sure why they couldn’t have just left my order open and fulfilled it when they could get to it, ultimately a delay would have been better than a cancellation.At minimum an apology for the inconvenience would have been nice. Also, I don’t understand how you participate in a service like Uber Eats and just cancel orders because they “aren’t your priority.”My previous visit in store was terrible. The worker was quite slow and very lazy. They only had two types of cookies, both were cold and I ended up throwing them away. Insomnia cookies are good when they are done right, but this location is trash.

I came in to the Broad Ripple location and was waited on by a young lady name Justice. Although they were out of my favorite cookies she suggested I try the new salted caramel cookie. It was a great recommendation and now my new favorite. Very nice staff especially during this difficult time....thank you !

First time going..loved the ice cream cookie sandwich. Service was quick, the young woman who took my order was kind and professional the entire time even though another customer was being unnecessarily rude and rushing her to do things.

For a place whose whole idea is delivering cookies at night, my experience with nighttime cookie delivery has left quite a bit to be desired. i’m not mad, i’m just disappointed.

Waited outside for 29 minutes just for them to let us get in and order and they snatch 3 of the best cookie flavors off the available menu at 10:30. To have people standing outside waiting in line and run out of supplies literally hours before you shut down is ridiculous. They could atleast show common courtesy and let the ones waiting outside know that they have ran out of flavors instead of making us wait for nothing . First time and it will be my last .

This are the kind of little things that make a place special. I went today for the first time to this place because I heard a lot of great things about their cookies and I wanted something sweet, I decided to get a brownie with ice cream and try one of the cookies but I couldn’t decide between the sugar one and the sugar with cinnamon but the lady that helped me, I think she told me she is the manager, decided to treat me with the other one so I can try their most popular and I loved everything. Little things that make me definitely want to come back. And their vibe in the place 5 starts too.

Order online for pick up at 12:15. Got there at 12:45 and the lady said give her 5 minutes. I said I have a pickup order she said delivery orders are first priority. How are delivery orders first priority when I have already paid for my pickup and order that was supposed to be ready 30 mins ago. Very rude will never go back!

The best place about this location in broad ripple is that the cookies are always warm and soft. The space inside is pretty small but its the perfect stop after a night out on broad ripple or on a Sunday afternoon. The cookies are always right and they serve ice cream too. Will continue to come back.

Placed an order for 6 cookies around 6:30, then 10 minutes later I get the out for delivery text. An hour later I call to check the status and am told its still out for delivery. An hour and a half later (2.5hrs total) I call again and am told that not only its not out for delivery, they havent even made the order because no one has come to pick it up, I told them to cancel the order and refund me. Three days later, a charge on my card appears for the order, and when I call to get a refund, they say they delivered it after about an hour but they would refund me.

I called them 5 times, they never showed up. I started at 9:30, when they hadnt arrived by 10:30 I called back. They claimed they somehow lost my order. So I replaced order and was told 20-35 minutes. An hour later I called again and was told order was on its way. I called 2 more times... well needless to say they never showed up. Thanks so much guys.

Cookies and ice cream all night. How can you go wrong?

Its hot as heck inside but its soooo worth the fresh warm cookies!!Great cookie choices. They even have ice cream and a brownie.The cherry on top is the ice cold milk you can grab on your way out the door!! (Though a few of my friends wish they carried non-dairy milk choices)

Cookies were delicious and nice and warm. Gooey in the middle but a nice bit of crunch on the outside. They keep their cookies in a warmer to help with that. Service was fast and friendly. The price for me is a little high but if you get a pack and have them as a special treat, it is really nice.

The customers here are just so rude! Anyways, I work here and for the people who comment about deliveries, please don’t forget you aren’t the only one who orders! Yes we have a delivery time of 20-35 minutes but you don’t understand how busy it truly gets in such a small, overpriced, cookie place! Many of these reviews are just people complaining about deliveries... our radius is 5 miles. You don’t live that far, come get them yourself :) Other than our under the influence and rude customers, it’s a great place!

Website will still charge if the order doesn’t process. Tried to call and spent 20 minutes waiting on someone to answer. Good cookies. Bad customer service. I’m just assuming I’m out $25.50.

I had placed an order online that somehow didnt go through. It was for 60 cookies and the website indicated that it would take an additional hour for them to be able to bake them and have them ready. When I got there to pick them up, the order was not ready because my order had not gone through. The young lady working graciously was able to fill my order with the cookies she had in stock. She was very pleased to do so! You dont get this kind of customer service very often anymore! Add that to the fact that these are amazing cookies and thats the reason I give them 5 stars!
