I was cited for trespassing and officially banned from this particular Mr Fuel only because I complained of all the dropped trailers in the truck parking spaces after being forced to move from the numerous vacant fuel aisles! The irony of my situation comes in when being aware that it’s against the company policy for us to drop trailers on the lot but certain management will allow it if we pay her to look the other way.

Glad I found this as I was driving by. Was low on hours, trying to find a place to park and spotted Mr. fuel. Nice big lit and most importantly, delicious hot food inside. That meatloaf was awesome, wish I had some now. Just had some McDs from the truck stop with a heart logo and would rather have the hot food from here any day. Showers were basic, not bad, not fancy and only cost $5.

I find their fuel prices are comparable. My biggest love for this place is the fact they offer free air at some of the pumps. My dad always taught me to carry my own tire pressure gage, there is not one on the air hose. I often forget to check my tire pressure but always remember here while I fill up.

Always good service. There is a hot bar for breakfast/lunch/dinner. They usually have put roast, meatloaf, fish, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans and others. They have salads and sandwiches to go and a few dessert items. Most of the cappuccino special items are usually out of order. They have a security guard on hand most of the time. Good place to stop for a quick snack to go for a road trip.

Use to be a great place to go pay for and take shower. Not so much any more. Now its hit or miss most of the time they arent even letting showers be used. The employees are not friendly, they are not wanting to work but stand around and talk with truck drivers. The last 2 times I got a shower they have knocked on the door even though no one else was waiting and there was 6 open showers.There is no time limit posted for showers, had not even been there very long at all. It has just went down hill. I will be going to another location for future showers.

Short and sweet. My truck driver (husband) parks here all the time. They are great fitting them in, even without marked spots! But? We went on a day run and parked our car...they had it towed to the tune of $150.00! Next experience? We fueled our car at the gas station part and our card got hit for $151.00....be careful!

Closed there food at 8 pm. Some of the best food I had . Close down at 8? Thats dump. Want some food.

Won’t ever go back....no posts saying a Bob tail can’t park. How would you like it if I came to your house when you were sleeping and yelled I’m going to call the cops and not even be dressed as an employee. You lost some business.

Bethany was awesome I called ahead if time and asked her if I was able to bring my puppy and she said yes... Not only is it $5 to shower, but I tipped her $5 as well. Clean place to go if you want to take a shower.

Employees working tonight (2) 9/17/20 2330, all showers are closed because they havent been trained on how to clean a shower, according to the manager. Mr. Fuel is owned by Pilot/Flying JSmall truck stop with 10 showers, 31 parking spots. Might receive 5 drivers tonight wanting a fresh hot shower.

I tried four different gas pumps. Buttons are all broken or pushed out couldn’t even cancel my transactions had to wait for them to time out. Absolute JUNK.Went to Marathon up the road.

It was very clean And the cashier was a very nice lady and very polite.

Just went in to pay for a shower at 3a.m. and she told me to come back in 20 minutes cause no showers are clean. Im not understanding Indianapolis its three truckstops in the area and neither one can provide a shower on this day

Love that they have free air. I like to see all the different Indiana souvenirs they have. Gas prices are lil cheaper also.

Friendly staff, clean store, huge stock of items. Plus they have security 24/7 which is nice. If I am in town, I go out of my way to stop here over other places!

I believe Ive had enough of this place ,has spriraled down to a no stop..5-23-21 4:25 am once again no showers clean an no showers .absolutely ridiculous!!

My partner parked for the night but only 15min later security said we cant stay where we were because we didnt have a trl. The bobtail parking had no spots except 1and there were people parked over the lines making it too narrow to park. On the way out we see 5 trucks parked throughout the lot encroaching on the driveway, but for some reason the guard singled us out.PETTY!!!We like to try new places besides the usual big stops whenever theres time but Mr. Fuel wont be one of them.

Im not sure if this place is on its way to closing or not, but it seemed like a ghost town inside. The coffee wasnt any good either. There are better options at this exit.

First time stopping here and only spent the night. They do have a bunch of fuel islands if youre needing fuel and quite abit of parking. Went in the next morning just for coffee. Store and bathroom was very clean and store was well stocked. Had a hot bar available with breakfast food and it looked pretty good. Staff was very courteous and polite. Good stop!!

Fast friendly service that is clean and safety conscious. Great selection of just about everything. Gas is in front and diesel is in back.

They have gas, you need gas, ginger gas... Not much else to be said, this is more of a trucker or business spot than a commuter fill up station. When you have armed security on the premises it may not be the place a lot of folks want to visit...

I love the employees who work here late at night. They are all very sweet. I also love the free air at every gas pump! Very convenient.

Came here to finish drying truck after getting it washed at the blue beacon...plenty of parking...the lady at desk was super nice, I asked her how this place was at night (Indy, duh), assured me all was safe and good! Im waking up and all is well! I love the layout of the parking areas, not gonna get your truck tore up here! I usually go to the Flying J down the road...this is my very first experience with Mr Fuel...will be coming here more often now! I did not know theyre affiliated with Pilot either! My pilot rewards card is good here...hmmm!

Good prices on fuel even though theyve been bought out by Pilot. The sandwiches used to be marvelous the other still good pilot change the suppliers of their food. The food before was excellent and now its just good so much better than other truck stops

I love this truck stop no wait on a shower always hot water it only $5 now parking is limited. But they let you park at the last fuel islands. Favorite in Indy food is great .

Go for gas leave with pot roast. Seriously they have amazing pot roast, as well as other great hot food too. Dinner is served.

Give them 2 star just for the parking if youre hungry and its 4 PM for get it ,they say they wont hire enough people to cook, other than that theres nothing but junk food.

Ive had good luck with food here & usually a spot to pull in for a few hours to rest. Coffee is decent.Prefer here than the Pilot or other truck stops in the area.Make sure you lock your doors here lots of crime in the area too.Clerks have been nice and polite.

Mr. Brown was very sweet and was very customer oriented, as soon as I happen to be looking for something he noticed and guided me to the correct area. I will say the young lady on second sift that only had “uh huh “ as a reply to my questions really needs to be talked to by management. The other young ladies “were ok”

Truck parking fills up very quickly, plenty of goodies to choose from in store, fuel bays are easily accessible, some staff is great, some are not, but thats anywhere. If a driver can get a parking spot there, it would be better than whats nearby, plus theres a blue beacon truck wash right by the truck stop.

The only truck stop in the area thats safe and has useful parking. Staff cares about the place and treat drivers great. Very clean and fantastic hot bar. Parking is on the small side but worth the effort. Pilot now owns 50% but hopefully they wont ruin this place.

Came in after fueling personal vehicle to use restroom, buy a drink, and possibly a snack. Urinal plimbing was leaking water. Was asked to pull my hood down from my jacket and which i left and this is why pilot/mr fuel lost a sale tonight. I wont ever fuel my personal vehicle at pilot and already have refused to fuel my fleet at pilot/flying j truck stops.

Try Lube Masters at the end of the pumps, fast service and great guys who have knowledge about all the components of your truck. They will let you know if something is about to go bad.

Used to be a pretty good little truck stop but pilot has bought it out and have pretty much turn it into a piece of s*** like they have so many other little mom and pop and Truck Stop chains. Went in at 9 a.m. and they didnt have much at all put out for breakfast. Cashier had a bit of an attitude but I think I would too if I work there. Not worth stopping at for everything except maybe a cup of coffee.

I used there shower facilities and I cant believe how clean they were. It was amazing. The whole store was so clean.

Went inside to get a shower was looking at some merchandise and security approached my wife and told her to empty her pockets and patted her down accused her of stealing.

Its one if the best travel centers in Indy. The staff is always so friendly. They make you feel welcome LeAnn, Trish, April, Jesse & a few more I just cant remember their names. When I come to Indianapolis thats where I go. Keep up the Great work staff

Stopped in to grab dinner. Had to wait a few minutes for the girls behind the counter to stop chatting with one another and ignoring me. I finally got to place my order, and I asked the girl what comes with the meatloaf? She said two sides. Great. I thought. When I got rung up at the counter I was charged for the two sides that I was told came with it. I was not happy. Felt lied to. Girl at the counter did not even try to make it right or apologize instead asked do you want it or not? Was not a pleasant girl to deal with and I WILL NOT BE BACK. Being rude and screwing the hand that feeds you truckstops is BAD BUSINESS. If it werent for us you wouldnt be there. First and last time I will go there. What a first impression.

This place sucks was there last Saturday night ask the attendant if it was okay to park where I park on the right side of where they receive fuel they have too little concrete barriers right there a Park right next to it left for 3 hours came back my truck was towed there were 20 semis parked behind their fuel Island and blocking where they couldnt sell Fuel and have their feelings but none of those trucks were told that night just mine was it cost me $685

They dont open their washrooms early in the morning because they dont want the truck drivers to use them as they might have to clean it again... Moreover their showers arnt open either!! Pathetic just because a lady employee has to clean them again!!! I wish I could give negative rating!!!

We use to go into Mr Furl daily and spend clise to $100, the food in their Hot Case is awesome, and daily we spent alot, getting dinner, Cigarrettes and other things. We have stopped going during the day hours. The ladies that work mornings & afternnons are so RUDE. They ACT like waiting on us is such a hassle, or INCONVEINENCE. Now we wait ond go on 3rd shift. Steve & Amanda are AMAZING. They have NEVER, said one nasty word and go ABOVE and beyond to help their GUESTS. I RECOMMEND when ppl in this area tell me they are going to Pilot or Flying J, I ALWAYS tell them to wait and go to Mr. Fuel on 3rd shift. I have never been made to feel as comfortable as Steve & Amanda. They make the Guest feel WELCOME and DONT make them feel like they are interrupting a text, phone call or show that is being watched..I have said it before, and I will continue to say it. ! Steve & Amanda are awesome, and their are a few Employees that COULD learn how to treat a guest from them for sure.

Not sure why theres a picture of a wanted fugitive on this page, but this Mr. Fuel is pretty good. When I get gas I like to park and walk around, rest for a while. This is a nice enough place to do that.
