Horrible service and disgustingly dirty store.

I went here yesterday and the manger or something was being so unprofessional. The manager was yelling at a young associate right in the front of the store blocking the brandy melville section I couldn’t look there the whole time I was in the store for 20 minutes. Very unprofessional for the manager you can at least go to the back of the store.

Placed order on 11-28-20 and still have not received. (12-26-20) i try to track my order and it says it has been enroute since 11-29-20.

The schedule and sign said they open at 10am. The person inside was very rude and said well the mall changed our hours at the last minute and we dont open until 11. I had no idea the hours changed. Then that person said they had a few more things to do when in reality they were staring at their phone.... seriously?

Never shopping in that pacsun ever again. I felt judged by other customers for my existence in the store and one of the employees acted as if I was a burden on her for asking a question about the sale. Extremely rude retail saleswomen.

Ive only ever bought jeans here because I have a hard time finding jeans that fit my body type (petite with a small waist) and their pacsun brand jeans fit perfectly and seem to hold up well so far. The prices on some items seem a bit ridiculous which is my reason for only 3 stars. I can understand the price for jeans but t-shirts and accessories are pretty pricy for the quality they are.

Service was good they was nice and friendly and I will be returning back there
