This place is horrible! Such rude personnel. No customer service whatsoever! Everyone needs to be fired and replaced with people that want to work. They are unprofessional, sarcastic and no help at all. Ive been coming here for years, but it just seems like its getting worse and worse. Management needs to step up otherwise this place is just going to keep getting worse!

The store could use a little excitement like being greeted. Organization would help along with some music playing.Just small improvements needed.The store has definitely improved and is more organized and the new staff is much nicer and more proactive

Closed for remodel

Good store ,has thing on the shelves. Isnt messy, and has nice staff. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they dont have a wide variety of the things I wanted.

Could be better stocked

They had everything I needed clothes and hygiene wise my baby was put in Riley on short notice so me and my husband had no clothes or hygiene stuff and I was able to get us all that we needed for a few days for far under $100. The prices, selection & service were all great!!

I have been a loyal customer to Family Dollar for years. I have recently noticed an incredible transformation to store #1773. Since Jeffrey became the new store manager I have noticed the store being much cleaner, customer service is enjoyable and it has made my shopping experience something to talk about. I credit this transformation to Jeffrey and his dedication to excellence.

Tall black chick (im black, its ok) had a attitude. Nicely asked if I could use the only empty cart in the building which was sitting in the corner. She replied but not loud enough for me to hear her. Also gave me a look as if my question ruined her entire day. I asked again and she replied no. I shrugged it off as some weird store rule. Shopped for my items building a little fort next to the register. When I was done the lady in front was utilizing the same cart. I asked why I was not allowed. Recieved nothing but more attitude. Im too blessed to go back and forth, but some people shouldnt work customer service positions.

Quick, easy and fast place to buy all your beauty needs without all the crowd and wait time you experience in the big chains like: Wally,Target and Kmart,in fact they have more bands to offer,pll of color.

The service was awful! The manager didnt seem to know how to do his job.

This particular store is ok. The lady that wears glasses and is a cashier always has an attitude and she is very RUDE!!!!!!

I know the manager of this place shes trying to get the place in shape shes working open to close trying to get people hired if youre looking for a job apply here
