Idk about anyone else that works there but ZACH !!!! Is AMAZING. I’ve never had such great customer experience. This man did not give up on my phone . It wouldn’t work . This guy will break your Face ID and your phone will glitch out randomly. I highly recommend that you stack your bread and go to a more expensive but better quality repair store. My Face ID doesn’t work, my phone glitches out on the left side of the screen and when you charge it it does a weird thing where the screen flashes red and blue. I seriously hope whoever sees this goes somewhere else because you will be truly sorry that you ever considered going here.

NEVER GO TO THIS GUY!!!! especially if your phone has water damage. he is a crook. had him look At my 6s Plus and he took my NFC bracket off my Phone and kept it. I took the phone apart before I went there and I knew all the Schematics of the phone... he said the phone was fried and charged me 20 bucks. I got home and put it back together and noticed the bracket was missing WITH THE SCREW WHEN I ONLY TOOK THE SCREEN ribbon bracket and BATTERY BRACKET OFF!! THERE WAS NO REASON TO REMOVE MY LOGIC BOARD UNLESS YOU HAD ULTERIOR MOTIVES... I put the NFC back on there my self so I know it was there but this crook took it because it was a expensive part, so he decided to take mine and charge me for it... thanks buddy i still got an 8 plus from my insurance company for no additional cost, but when people think you are stupid they try to GET OVER!!!! I see why u did it though u got me for 20 then gotta 20 dollar part for free LMAO!!!! Shady Character!!! bad business

Poor service. Repaired my iphone and did not place the new screen on all the way. Its sticking up from the base and because of that the new screen got cracked. A glass screen protector will not even fit it. The protector sticks up around all the corners. I would not take your phone to this guy. He refuses to fix his mistake.

The owner was not present - he had one of his workers in there. The worker told me cash only so I walked over to the cigar store to grab cash. He placed the screen on the phone and there was still a gap in the bottom right corner. I told him and he took the phone to the back - when he adjusted the phone, he marked up the frame of the phone. The screen does not work and the top has already cracked. The screen has been installed for 2 days. I will not be returning. Spend a little more and take it somewhere that will install the screen with more care and correctly.

The phrase You get what you pay for definitely applies to this place.1. QUALITY: I had my screen replaced, and as soon as I touched it I could tell it was an aftermarket screen... which I wouldnt mind if it werent such low quality. The screen was thick; poking up around the home button and the casings edges (like a thick screen protector) instead of the smooth, curved original iPhone screen. The screen also had low visibility outside. I would have to turn my brightness almost all the way up to see it. Lastly, I dropped my phone from my desk in class (a foot or so) onto linoleum and it cracked to the point that I could see the metal underneath (see picture).2. PRICE: I was quoted $70 for repair but when I went in a week later the price increased to $80. Inexplicable considering they use aftermarket screens. Another repair shop in the Castleton mall uses actual Apple iPhone screens, not a cheap after market one and also charges $80-90. I had this shops broken screen replaced with their and Im much happier with the quality. Indy repair also only accepts cash.3. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I went to the storefront within business hours and the door was locked. Two guys standing outside said hed be back in 10 minutes. I went outside to lock my car (because the area is sketchy) and called the business number. The man said to come in. As I was walking back I heard him saying, What was she? White? Black? White? Black? Another voice said, black as I walked by the open door and waved at them. Unprofessional. Will definitely not return here.

If 0 stars were an option, Id choose that. At first, i thought this place was a gift from the heavens with their prices and quick service. As time went on, a couple months, they got featured of Fox 59 and their heads got bigger than that tiny office they call a shop. Prices were immediately raised and attitudes became more about them and less about the customer. To my knowledge, they had two price increases between January and October 2015 that totaled more than $40 in their pockets for the same repair. There are too many instances where they have said things to me and others Ive brought in there that blow my mind. It would be more convenient for you (the customer) to go get cash from the ATM than to use the card reader. No it wouldnt, its more convenient for THEM so they dont have to pay tax on the card. What a rude, selfish and greedy bunch. NEVER will they have my business again.

Very friendly and courteous technicians, it took about 10 minutes for them to fix my iPhone. It is like a brand new phone. The price beats all their competition by a long shot. I will be using them from now on.

Unlike the bad review on the price I am giving this place 5 stars. Their prices was at least $40 cheaper than all the other places I looked at online. The repair time was really quick. I highly recommend them for repairs.

I purchased a Samsung Gear watch from this place. The owner was friendly and helped me get it setup. He waited until my phone was able to connect to the watch and that I was satisfied before I left. I would recommend this place and will return if I need to.

Sent my daughter to have her 5c screen repaired, which we have done previously 2 other times. Indy IPhone Repair was by far the least expensive and my daughter was out with her phone in 15 minutes. Very pleased!

First of all, I learned of this place through several people and thought I would try it out. My initial trip was started with the owner showing up late. Come on, be prompt! Its not like you have great business hours to begin with. I believe the owner is probably a nice guy, but short on personality. It was if the three people standing there to have repairs done were somehow bothering him.I went in with a small crack in the corner of my screen. When the screen repair was done and I had gone home, I noticed the ear piece no longer worked. I called Jeff and had to make a return visit on another day.The second didnt start off much better. Again late to open your business. After the phone was so called repaired this time and I could hear through the ear piece, I proceeded home. I noticed on my first speaker phone call that the speaker phone option no longer worked, and contacting Siri is like teaching to another galaxy. She can no longer hear me.I believe the owner tries to do his best and has the best intentions, but hes lacking in detail or knowledge one. You should never go away from any repair facility having more problems than you went in with.Im all about small business, but would not recommend this location. Im not a person thats worried about price, I just want it done correctly. You get what you pay for in most instances.I wish this guy the best, just need to pay attention to detail and realize you are running a business.

I had my iPhone 6s Plus glass replaced. With the new glass the home button was wobbly and not the same at all. And worse, the screen’s touch functionality was all over the place and very hard too use. I was well within the 60 day warranty that they claim to offer, but when I called to tell them about it, the owner was so defensive and abrasive that I didn’t even want to pursue it any further. I felt like I was on trial.I do not recommend this place, neither for their craftsmanship or their customer service. Stay away.

2nd phone Ive had repaired. This one had to have a screen and casing around the phone. Had it finished in 30 minutes even though he didnt even have the casing he located one from a friend and had it repaired in no time. Would recommend to anyone.

What an unprofessional rip off!!!!! Dont go to this location! Firstt off, Do not be fooled by the fact that they paid to be featured on Fox 59. That does no justice for what they do to service phonesSo i made an appointment amd was told it would only take 15 minites and that it would only be 120 to fix my FINE HAIRLINE CRACK on my iphone so i thought cant be beat.... Until..... I arrive and it took about 10 minutes to complete which was great but when i began to try to use my finger touch password and my phone begins to display several error and FAILED MESSAGES. When i questioned as to why my phone was having issues, the guy grabbed it and said let me check something (as if he didnt know what he had done) and reset my phone and setting very quickly without my permission. Afer that, those messages still apepeared (as he knew they would. He was just buying time and trying to act surprised) and then he tells meoh well that happens everytime you fix your screen. Its normal. If you are that comcerned about it, take it to APPLE and thy can fix it for less.Yea so you reset my phone and failed it all to send me out the door with nothing done except destroying my phone even more. Needless to say, i took my phone to apple and they replaced it for FREE!!!!! (Because the crack was so fine, it was under warranty, as they said many are) Come to find out, this man at this business is not even using real apple screens to replace them, which is why it wont ready your touch and why they are failing. And to top this all all, the guy was a total sarcastic (you know what) the entire time. All because i was questioning the integrity of my phone. Im so glad i did or else i would have been screwed. Dont ever go here!!! Go to APPLE store on the Northside and even if you have to pay, it is cheaper than this locatiom and you will get the real screen.Also note that this facility is very generic and unprofessional. This guy does business under the table with outsiders as well.

My husbands Galaxy s5 had a shattered screen he went where I took to get my iPhone 4 fixed the screen was fine but the guy rushed him and said if you got a case put it in there so it can set because it wasnt fully set a week later my husband takes his phone out the case to change batteries and there was a cracked..Remind you he was on the bed when he did it his the guy signs says If it comes back cracked it not our fault when legitimately it is their fault because it was size screen for his phone they are a ripoff and a complete fraud I dont recommend no one to go there at all...PERIOD

Uses cheap after market generic screens and it will break on you by just touching hard. Go to apple.
