Dropped off phone at 1130 for repair. Showed up at 530 and still wasnt ready....smh You try you best to support black owned businesses and sometimes the results arent good.

Be careful with these guys! Theyre selling refurbished phones as New! Check your product carefully. I paid over two hundred dollars for a new phone. I get home and plug in the charger only to discover the phone flashing error messages stating, Improper Charging. Please use the charger provided to ensure proper charging. I return to the store and explain the problem. They gave me another charger but to no avail. All of a sudden, weird names and numbers began popping up. Then the MetroPC icon began flashing!! HD Wireless had sold me a defective, used MetroPC smart phone as a new Samsung! I returned the phone for a full refund and was told by the young man behind the counter, We cannot refund your money but if you leave the phone with us, well check it out.

I am able to have my bill paid in a timely manner, I am able to receive over the phone assistance, and they always have phones available when I am ready for a replacement.The store has great hours, and they are flexible when needed.
