Do not let the vehicle out of your sight between the time you inspect/test drive it and the time you drive it off the lot.They WILL SWAP TIRES, REMOVE EMERGENCY JACK , PUT A DAMAGED SPARE TIRE, anything they can get away with if you are not watching.Looked at 2 cars on Saturday, both had new tires. Talked to salesman on Monday, he dropped price by $400 on one of them.Called Wednesday to let him know I would be out to buy the car that evening. He told me to let him know an hour before I was going to arrive at his shop.I show up close to closing time, car is just being pulled up to the front. Quick test drive, and I buy the car (because I had already done a visual inspection that Saturday)Next day I realize there are old, mismatched worn tires on it. THEY PAID THEIR ON SITE MECHANIC TO PUT OLD TIRES BACK ON THE CAR. Figure a shady dealer mechanic gets paid $20/HR. Half hour to remove, mount and balance 4 tires, so about $10. So the dealer saved himself a brand new set of tires (around $300) to help sell the new cars coming in from the auction and it only cost him $10.Yes, I have pictures of the wheels with the fresh marks of a recent tire removal and replacement.They removed the factory emergency jack. They swapped a good spare tire with one that wont hold air due to a damaged rim. The lug nut wrench was now missing and just a socket was in its place. The air filter that was brand new on Saturday, was replaced with an old, used dirty one before I picked the car up that Wednesday. Theres a half dozen of the same make, model and similar year on the lot, all the parts are interchangeable.I found the transmission oil level over a quart low (you must jack this vehicle up and remove a plug with a wrench to check the level). I found the oil pan is destroyed because the drain bolt hole has been stripped and z-imports put a temporary plug in, but did not disclose the damage.Some of this may be buyer beware, but swapping parts after a deal has been struck is pure scumbaggery. I called and asked why they would put old tires on a car without disclosing it before the sale. He raised his voice at me, then hang up.Other than the issues listed above, which I have already corrected, the car is running and driving good so far.Long story short, dont trust this dealer.

We bought a Toyota Siena here 3 weeks ago on Saturday. I was driving it Sunday and the transmission went out without warning of any kind. I was upset and only a few days away from being due to have our 6th child. My husband called Z Imports on Monday morning and told them what happened. They came and towed the van back to their shop within 20 minutes of the call, which was pretty impressive. They fixed the transmission and found a few other problems we didnt even know about and fixed them as well. We got the van back in time for our new baby girl to have an open seat of her own.We have since had a couple of minor things go wrong and they fixed those too. We paid cash for this van and they were in no way obligated legally to help us with repairs after our purchase but they did with no question. We are very grateful and will do business with them again.

Had a positive experience. Bought a 19 yr old Honda Accord at a fair market value and Frank and Imran took good care us by fixing issues before we drove off the lot. I would, and probably will make another used vehicle purchase here.

I was searching desperately for a good car after my wife wrecked our car. Due to COVID every basic car was overpriced even used ones. I was recommended this dealer I logged in to check their inventory, I found a car I loved I reached out to the dealer, I live in STL so I had a dealer test the car out and send me videos. We agreed on the price which was the best deal, I couldn’t find anything remotely close anywhere near me. I told them my schedule I flew to Indianapolis they offered to pick me up from the airport. When I arrived they had taken the car to get a high speed alignment done, because the owner test drove the car and thought it was needed. We got all the paperwork out of the way, they car arrived in pristine condition. I drove it everything was perfect. I drove from Indianapolis to STL without any issues and my wife loved the car. A win for my wallet and my sanity. Definitely worth checking out, their prices can’t be beat. The 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE I bought cost $3k more all across the U.S. when I did my search and all of them had more milage and weren’t anywhere close to the cleanliness of their car.

Awesome Place been there a time or two

I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata with 109,000 miles from Imran and Rick at the end of August, 2018. Now, mid October, weve been told not only that the car needs a new transmission, but also it looks like someone (most likely the dealership) was aware of the problem and attempted to cover up the faulty transmission by using stop slip. After having their mechanics look at the car, they confirmed what the first shop told us, and offered to flush the transmission for $325; the other shop quoted us $125 for the same service. If the flush doesnt work, Im looking at a minimum of $2500 in work on the vehicle, and it doesnt even have plates on it yet. The fact that this company wont help us with a $125 flush when we gave them $6000 for the vehicle less than two months ago is a reflection of how unfairly they run their shop. Youd have better luck anywhere else in Indy.

So far I have had nothing but heartache about this REALLY nice Subaru Outback. The problem s arent big, but could be evident of cut corners and poor quality on Z-Imports side. My neutral safety switch is acting-up and Im about to have to make a $20 trip to south side Indianapolis to MAYBE get it fixed. my car isnt even 10 days old, no dealer 30 day warranty or anything, but I did get a 50K/5 year AMAZING roadside and bumper-to-bumper care. As I mentioned, the problem is customer service and cutting corners. I asked them directly if they did the 60K vehicle service. The abridged reply was thats not what we call it, but we did everything AND MORE that the 60K mile service includes. *handed me a list of things they replaced* The invoice sheet lists: Head Gasket Set, Water Pump Set w/ timing belt, Front rotor+ brake pads, Air Filter, and spark plugs. So, you did EVERYTHING the 60K service includes, plus that, yet something in my Transmission (Neutral Safety Switch) which gets checked at the 60K service is messing up? Thats pretty coincidental if Ive ever heard. Not liking them jerking me around right now. I hope this gets resolved in a way which leaves me satisfied.

They go above and beyond with their customer service, that says a lot when it seems businesses no longer care about that. They knew what we were looking for and had a Honda Odyssey coming in that fit our price range. It took longer than expected to come in but they kept us up to date on what was going on. It was exactly what we wanted, we drove it and bought it! There was one problem, it was missing the navigation CD but they promised theyd get us one and they followed through. Spoke with this dealer this morning in a run of calling around looking for a good deal on a new automobile. When I suggested meeting a competitors price, I was given a counter-offer more akin to spitting in my face than any deal. You probably shouldnt laugh at your potential customers on the phone, either. Long spiels about the individual cars value dont mean jack in the information age--with everything readily available, including contacts of your competitors in the same state. Taking my business elsewhere.

Bought my 2005 Jaguar S-Type R back in August. The whole sales team was very polite and were willing to negotiate on price. The buying process took less than 30 minutes! They even fixed a piece of trim that was coming off after the sale was finalized. They sell used as is vehicles and they do their best to fix them up before they sell them. For anyone who is not willing to do their due diligence on a car before buying I would not recommend, but thats what you get with the used car business. There are a few crappy reviews on here from people who didnt take the car they bought to a certified mechanic or dealership beforehand so ignore them.

Really nice Subaru Outback, I was amazed at the variety this one place had for all sorts of imports. The L.L Bean trims at a bargain price. I will recommend anyone in the market for a good foreign import car.

Purchased AWD Sienna 6 weeks ago and waited to write the review as I saw all the negative ones after buying. My expectations on a 8 year old car are pretty basic. Run well, look good and realize it isnt new. The price offered (winter and AWD) was fair but they still gave a little more off as the radio display blinks. Note they offered to replace the radio, I chose to keep it as is with an assurance IF it became an issue they will replace it for $100. Overall Im pleased. Everything works, tires are in good shape, will need replacement in 5-10K but I knew that. Van was owned by someone with kids so there are nicks, little stains, etc, But honestly I knew that before buying and I have kids.Overall the whole experience from test drive (they had to pull out a few rows of cars as it was a front row vehicle) sales guy, finance guy was honestly great. They will now be the first lot I look at when buying used.

Complete scam artist. Bought a car from these people and I should have known the guy was a liar. He told me his staff had been driving the car for 2 weeks because it was so good on gas but failed to tell me the gas tank compartment lever was broken I had to ask about it. He swore up and down Id have no problems with my car and Ive only made 1 payment I have to replace the exhaust manifold due to rust eating the flange that connects it to the pipe. the radiator fan locked up and was burning today and I have found a ton of rust that was painted over which explains the new paint job and paint Marker he said he knew nothing about. The struts sound like they are going bad and it looks like the cat had sat under water for a bit. If he offers to let you go to the mechanic with the car do it. Thought I had a good car for once, one month in and its all lies. Be careful is all Im saying, I will never buy from them again.

WORST MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I purchased a used car from this establishment a year later I cracked my oil pan and brought my car to the dealership for repairing. Damages were head gasket repair bill for 1,800 which has nothing to do with cracked oil pan. Now 2016 with my car not operable a diagnotics shows head gasket damage that they never fixed but were paid. Upon speaking with the dealership the said they have NO RECORD of my repair, will not warrant or discount my repair but will recommend a shop for repairment. with speaking on fianace they would not attempt to work with me on a trade-in. Spoke with Rick very rude and unhospitable hung up on me & told me to never call again. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY READ ALL REVIEWS THEY ARE SHADY AND WILL F U

I purchased a 2010 Passat and 10 days after driving it off the lot, I began having oil pressure issues. The VW dealership installed a new oil pump and the issues continued the next day, as well and new timing issues (camshaft position sensor, timing too far advanced, misfires on all 4 cylinders). Now the shop tells me I need a new $5000 engine. Called Z-imports and was met with cars are as-is, too bad.Aside from that, there was a tire pressure issue prior to purchasing the car that I had identified and was guaranteed by the salesman that it would be handled prior to my purchase. I got the car halfway home and what happened? Flat tire, of course.Dont use this lot. Their prices are good, but only because their cars are junk.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Z-Imports! After researching for a few months, I finally found exactly what we needed for my daughter there. Their cars and SUVs are good quality and priced well. The staff does not pressure and they are super helpful. A few weeks after we bought a car for my daughter, my husband and I began to search for a newer used SUV, but we couldnt find one in the ads that met our criteria. We told Imran and he searched for us and found exactly what we were looking for!! He kept in touch with us until details were worked out and spent a lot of time working with us. Rick, in financing, was a joy to work with and we are happy with our rate and terms. We absolutely LOVE our Rav4!!! The only difficult part is that their lot is completely full and it is hard to maneuver into the lot to park and look....However, I would not let that discourage you if you are looking to buy a car. It is worth enduring that small inconvenience to find a great vehicle!. If you know what you are looking for, you can call ahead and the staff will pull the vehicles you want to see up front to make it easier. My husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience and very thankful for the service Imran and Rick gave us! I will always go there first from now on when looking for a vehicle!
