I have bought 3 cars here and have referred many friends and some of my family I would definitely recommend this place to anyone they really go out of their way to make sure anyone can get a car when you get turned down everywhere else. I dont understand the bad reviews at all you get a chance to test drive the vehicle and have it looked at that sounds pretty honest to me! Wouldn’t give no stars got a car from here last year not even 24 hours the engine blew . They said it was my fault but I have pictures of them under my hood before I drove off and then they wouldn’t give me my money back or put me in a different car. Would never go back there again I’ll walk to work before driving one their cars again

Not my first time buying a car from them first car I bought sway bar link fell off gauges did not work they told me they would fix my car no charges fixed my car told me to come get and with a $795 holding fee that came with it ! Just purchased another car I feel like the process did not go professional because it went too fast ! He left his original paperwork in my car I work and go to school it’s not my mess up ,just like he told me until my lock comes in the mail it’s on me if somebody break in my car or if I lock myself out my car ! It’s totally on me so he won’t get the the paper work until my lock is fixed

Tadd Clark is the kind of businessman Id strive to be like if I wanted to be a owner of a lot that sells lemon cars and hires mechanic staff whose intelligence levels resembling characters from the hills have eyes. it is inherently clear now that this is and was not the place to go. Well I mean if youre into paying a car off and getting no title. Or visiting the lot to find it vacant. Or being told where to disconnect a GPS tracker instead of coming to get it or making any kind of arrangement. I wouldnt wish a car from these people on my worst enemy.

Came at 9 like I was told too and am still currently sitting waiting after 11 for a car. Even if it were to rain I’ve already been here 2 hours so not sure if I’ll have a car today or not. Radios been snatched out down payments are kinda crazy for most car conditions, but they do have decent cars that are more pricey.

I would give zero stars if I could. My huaband and I got a car from this lot. It ended up being a money pit. Something wrong with the car every wek. Evwntually the car just stoppednrunning. I would NEVER recommend this car lot to anyone.

I bought a car a week ago broke down the same day i bought it they said bring to them some how and they will fix it the ignition was troggle switch and got it back to them and they still didnt fix it right it broke so i took my car to a trust worthy mechanic and theu came repo it and said i owe 700 because it wasnt at the address on my application but it was at my mechanic and getting the attorney general is involve and getting a lawyer and this aint my real name for my privacy

Was happy with how was treated there till tried to get a vehicle then was informed by the sales person since i did a review of them without buying from them i was not allowed to buy from them i reviewed them on the attitude i had got but guess they dont want to be reviewed unless you are a customer........in response to your reply i was told that I was not allowed to purchase a vehicle because of the review that i needed to go elsewhere to buy a vehicle yes i have been looking for a few years at vehicles but i have only test drove 2 different times i was there alot of the times i have come in i get told the vehicle that I am interested in is not available so of course I leave but i was definitely told by the salesman that you would not sale me a vehicle and i needed to go elsewhere NOT what you say i was told

Would not recommend this place at all traded a truck in drove home a 2004 f 150 at first no problems till I hit the highway ac compressor started going out fast forward to 1 week later ac compressor completely goes out along with power steering pump only a week and a half after having it both wheel hub assemblies about to snap tie rods so lose I can twist the bolts with my fingers and sway bar linkage broken they obviously do not check there vehicles before putting a number on the windshield called tadd Clark this afternoon he told me that if my wife brought her car in I could keep mine and make the payments well guess what same day they have a repossession agents getting in the vehicles and taking them this business is no good would not recommend to anyone I traded in a vehicle I actually owned for something they told me was safe and it wasn’t should have never been on the road

Overall I bought a nice car with low miles from this dealership. The process was fast and simple. I ABSOLUTELY love the car I have. I did have problems with the motor the last month but the issues have been resolved. The dealership had nothing to do with the faulty engine in the car. The warranty company was a little slow(Over a month) in getting everything right for the replacement engine. But other than that. No real problems. Lol

Had a minor issue with the first vehicle I chose, but they work with you and I was able to pick out a second vehicle. They have a nice selection of vehicles to fit any budget and they get new cars all the time so if you dont see the vehicle you want, give it an hour! The waiting area is comfy as well. Once I pay off my vehicle, I will definitely buy again . 10/10 would recommend!

Horrible place to work.

Really...this so-called business fraudulently took $875 out of my account this past Sunday. They are the most grimy, unprofessional, uncouth business I have ever come in contact with. My son has made payment arrangements with them and before he could pay on the agreed upon date theyve repossessed his vehicle. I made a one-time payment on my sons behalf a few months ago and because they couldnt get payment from him, they raided my account. DO NOT waste your time supporting this business. They have no morals and are sheisty as hell!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from here in August of 2017. I just paid it off. I had a good experience here. I did get behind a few times, but I always called to let them know and they always worked with me. I have no complaints with them. My vehicle was reliable, I had to do a small amount of basic maintenance, but thats to be expected. I would highly recommend this place. Will be purchasing another car for my daughter soon.

I havent even had the vehicle a week and I find out that the alternator is bad and the rear differential is going bad. When I got the vehicle they said the battery was the only thing wrong. I am highly irritated with my experience. This companys service lot tells you one thing one day then another a different day. They expect you to know whats wrong with a vehicle but wont let you test drive it off the lot. Scam artist the lot of them. As is or not if a vehicle is unsafe to drive they should fix the major issues without charging the costumer.

Honestly Great Service me and my wife Bought an 2004 XC 90 2.9L V6 we Checked out a few different vehicles.I used to work there Tadd and alex are awesome everyome saying they sell junk are the same people that care about if the radio works and cant make there payments the Volvo we bought did pop the radiator on the test drive and that kinda sucked but they gave us a Loaner Car and are lowering the total price of the vehicle because we are buying a radiator they sell Cheap inventory not high dollar $3000 down payment cars they sell to people that need wheels if you buy a car you need to do you own research and have your mechanic come and check it out with you dont blame a dealership for the car breaking down its a Used Car plain and simple thats Cheap if you want a nice newer used car there are hundreds of dealerships like that but how many dealerships are left to the poor working man Tadd and Alex and the whole gang treat you like family until you are rude and disrespectful thanks again Alex and cant wait for the volvo to be done

This so called establishment I purchased a second vehicle from. Well my first purchase was a complete nightmare. It broke down hours after the purchase and they wanted to wait for 2 weeks to pick it up. Once they picked it up they apparently fixed it and held me accountable for $500 plus dollars and I couldnt get the vehicle back. My second purchase broke down on me less than an hour after driving it off the lot. I put over 700 dollars down on the vehicle and it took them over 3 weeks to pick it up and they still wanted me to make the payments on a vehicle I couldnt drive. Then it took another month to receive a loaner vehicle. Well I still had to pay on a car I couldnt drive. The loaner car was not road Worthy and was dangerous. They even had a tag on the vehicle that had expired tags that didnt even belong to the car. Well they finally came and got the loaner after o said Im not paying for a vehicle that I dont have. They came and took the loaner and messed up my neighbors fence,left drag marks all in my grass. If you like lemons,this is the place to go.

I bought a van and payed it off. I did have a problem but they were great on helping me . My second car wasnt that great. Was basically told they could not help me with my electrical problem. Just feel like if someone paid first car off then they should treat you better. I asked for a different car and was told no. I know business is business but you cant sell a car that you guys cant fix . Anyways just started a job at ups. I would highly recommend this place, they really work with you. Many dealerships, buy here pay heres and lease to own companies always say theyll work with you to get you approved, and they dont., but they literally work with you. Everyone is approved. I mean I did have big car issues but they didnt mind fixing it. Even though they do charge for it, its 10000 times cheaper than if you were to go to a mechanic. Also there are very respectful staff. THE MOST HONEST REVIEW YOU WILL EVER READ!!!!!I brought a car from Tadd and Clark in August of 2017, A few weeks before I was to make my last three payments the car went out on the highway. I cried like a baby because I loved that car!It wasnt much, it was a 2003 Trial Blazer but it meant EVERYTHING to me because I worked hard to get up the down payment for this car and worked even harder to pay it off. Being a single mother of two and raising my granddaughter It was hard. I had to do a great deal of overtime and would be sick sometimes from my past cancer treatments. I would come up on some REAL HARD TIMES and this place had my back, they took my payments late what I could give until I could finally pay my car off.When walking around that car lot and selecting my Trail Blazer you could NOT look at this car and tell it was a 2003 it looked MUCH more newer than a 2003 and I kept it up real good. When I parked and walked away from my car it was good looking and it was minE!!!The ONLY THING I did with my car was went back and forth to work!!!!!! I said, I will be 100% honest and I am! So when the motor went out I was crazy confused, there are much older cars then mine that last and still lasting what the HELL????All I did was go to work and back home of course to stores and stuff such as this but No long distant rides, no extra abuse. I kept this car in great shape! I had to get it fixed a few times I used an outside lot. I could had used there shop they offer this service but I would have to wait for an appointment and I wanted it done quick no car, no getting to work, no getting to work no money, no money no car! You know the whole full circle.All together I put $547.80 in repairs in that car too. I did not care because she was my girl, fixing her up was not a problem for me at all.Then the motor went out....on the highway!On top of all this, A month before this happened to me, my mother had JUST died!I lost my mom, my car and close to losing my job all in a month.I was told by Tadd and Clark after realizing I wouldn’t be able to get the engine repaired they would buy my junk SUV for $250.00 and I could put this down towards a car.I didnt have money, I had just gotten back from Georgia burying my mom. That trip left me in mad debt. I owed rent, bills EVERYONE. I am single by MYSELF, I had to pay anyone I could to get me to and from work so I didnt lose my job.It took me almost two months but today I came with $300.00. I know Not much but if you knew the hell I went through to get this, it is really a million. They didnt for get the agreement.I actually Had $400.00 if need but I said I had 300.00. This would make my down payment $550.00 towards a car. Now on there lot was a lot of beautiful cars I mean some real nice rides but ALL OUT OF MY RANGE.BUT- I was told that they will help me get into a car at my price! You see reader!!!! I was crazy down a while ago but listen, I stick with who will work it out for me!This world is a rip off journey there are no nice people ANYMORE PERIOD! but check them out for your self! I am very disappointed after leaving this lot. Most of the cars are junk, and they will tell you anything to get you there. I test drove 3 cars and they all were junk. One of them even had a transmission problem which shouldn’t have been on the lot. These people are scammers. It’s a problem of the owners car is the best looking car on the lot! Stay far away .

They will literally put anyone in a car. I have a few repos and was getting turned down everywhere I went.. I saw Tadd Clark AUto Sales ads on Facebook and thought it was to good to be true. I decided to take a chance and went down to see for myself. to my surprise, it was literally exactly what the ad says. I just needed my $, ID and a couples numbers for friends. I was in and out in about 40 mintes. They even let me take the car to my own mechanic to have it checked out before I bought it. My mechanic said it would need brake pads soon but I told my salesman that it would need brakes soon and he agreed to replace them for me for free. Really nice workers too. Their office is really nice and smells amazing
