My husband and I had been searching for the right vehicle to purchase and luckily Hertz had just what he wanted. We purchased a Ford Flex from Dennis and he was just super at helping us through the process. Everything went through quickly and Dennis was a real pleasure to talk with and help make things happen.

After expressing interest in a 2019 Hyundai Veloster I saw online, I quickly received a professional follow-up email and phone call from Glen. I called back and scheduled an appointment that same day to meet with Ashlee to test drive the car.I pulled up and saw the car sitting up front and it looked even better in person! Ashlee was kind, honest, and professional. She told me before I even test drove the car that there was a part missing inside that the photos online didnt show, but it was only a small piece of plastic that covered the emergency brake. I told her this wasnt necessarily a dealbreaker, but Id be interested in checking out the other Veloster they had on the lot. After test driving both cars, I told her I preferred the black Veloster (with the missing piece), and we proceeded with the purchase!This was the first car I have ever purchased on my own, and Ashlees recommendations and tips throughout the entire process were much appreciated! Sometime during my paperwork signing, Andrew approached me and told me he replaced that missing piece covering the emergency brake! Given my horrible experience at Napleton Kia of Carmel the week prior, the professionalism and hospitality that Ashlee, Michael, Glen, and Andrew showed to me were much appreciated and definitely helped with the anxiety and nerves that accompany buying a car for the first time.I am SO pleased at the Hertz staff and recommend anyone to visit this location if youre looking for a used car. I purchased my vehicle here on 8/10/2020 and nearly after a month after the purchase, I went to the BMV to attempt to register my car. I was told that the dealership had until the date on my interim license plate (today: 9/24/2020), to send the title information over and they were to notify me when this was completed.Well, today has come and after contacting Hertz, the title has still not been sent over the BMV and all I got was an email saying it would be forwarded to the secretary, with no contact info for her, and no follow-up on if any progress had been made. My plates are now expiring, and I still have received no title, therefore I cannot register my vehicle.Furthermore, today was to be when I made my first car payment. I was under the impression that my auto loan was through a specific bank, but when I called them, they said my application had been approved, but the dealership (Hertz Car Sales) decided to go through another bank. Again, I received NO COMMUNICATION. I own my home with a mortgage, and anytime my loan has been sold to a new company, IVE ALWAYS BEEN NOTIFIED BECAUSE I NEED TO KNOW WHERE IM SENDING MY PAYMENTS.I called Hertz, (whomever I spoke with didnt give me a name), and initially, he tried to tell me all my paperwork and everything was the same, until I told him what I was told by the bank. ONLY THEN, did he notify me that I needed to come in to sign a form because my loan application wasnt correctly processed. So, I had to call to figure out I needed paperwork signed, and that information was only offered to me, AFTER I was adamant that the information he was attempting to tell me was incorrect.Now, my plates are expiring and I cant even make my first car payment because the ball was dropped on Hertzs behalf.Moreover, the man I spoke with was very cavalier about the whole thing, and seemed to laugh it off. Its very unprofessional, and nothing about the situation is humorous.I love my car, and only bought it here, because they had the exact Make/Model I wanted for a great price. But, the follow-up to buying this car has been the worst customer service experience.Im hoping to resolve these issues, but I will never shop through this company again or recommend it to anyone I know car shopping.

This is the second car we have purchased from Hertz Car Sales. They have a great selection of low mileage, well maintained vehicles at really reasonable prices. Everyone there was easy to talk to, but our sales person, ED THORN, really goes above and beyond to be accommodating and to make the process easy. I even called ahead of time to tell Ed what I was looking for this time because there wasnt one in stock and he was able to call me within a couple days with the exact model I wanted which was perfect because I really didnt want to go anywhere else.

Just like other reviews on here its been well over a month Since I traded in my vehicle and bought a new 1 I still have not received my registration for my new vehicle and Drive out is about to expire. Ive reach out to dealer and told that they would follow up call and it doesnt happen. Communication to Customer to dealership related issues is horrible not to mention My vehicle that I no longer have has not been paid still and Im scared my credit could be Affected by this and my new car note is about to be due. Dealership have already received funds for the new vehicle while back But for some reason there is a delay on disbursement for my pay off and registration this is a horrible feeling and experience.

Well, I had a very very odd situation. I purchased a good looking, used vehicle. This vehicle had issues since day one. For the first two months I took it from shop to shop to figure out the issue. After an extremely complicated situation and circumstance between a service shop and Hertz, we think we got it figured out.I believe I purchased a bad egg in the bunch of cars. Being my first time buying experience I was hoping for a bit of an easier transition into a new vehicle. With that being said, Hertz, John, and Adam were absolutely amazing. I had a situation that I’m sure no one else will have and it dragged on and on. While my car was extremely frustrating i don’t think I could have asked for better service. With any used car there is a slight chance you’ll have damage like that one I had. With that being said, I don’t think any other car shop would have gone through the lengths hertz has to correct the issues. And for that I am very pleased.Hopefully no one else has the same car title experience and issues I have had. But if you do, Adam and John will take good care of you.

Really awful experience. Ed was a super nice guy and I wish I could have given him my business, but the dealership seems to be setting their sales folks up to fail. Their website and ads on popular sales sites list a bunch of great services that are, according to them, enhanced during the pandemic: free home delivery, discounts for healthcare workers and first responders, blah, blah, blah. When I contacted them about a vehicle, none of these services were available. Prices were no haggle process and the remark was very pointedly made multiple times that they are moving things very quickly so theres no need for them to discount them - yet the vehicles have rust on the brake rotors which means theyve been sitting there a while, and several vehicles have reduced prices advertised on sales websites which means they are discounting things exactly because theyre not moving. When I asked about the first responder discount, I dont think were doing that right now. I saw three different vehicles and all of them were filthy and had multiple cosmetic issues that would probably go away with a good coat of wax or some goo gone - excuses for everything. The kicker was offering me a solid 25% less for my trade-in than the offers I got other places, including through Carvana, who really DOES deliver cars at the prices they are advertised online. When the salesperson offered to let me talk to someone higher up, the gentleman sat across the desk, folded his arms, and looked at me and said something to the effect of, So whats the problem? Zero help at all. Dont waste your time coming here for anything other than broken promises.

I filled out a credit application online for the car I was interested in, and was able to test drive and buy the car that day! Erica was incredibly helpful about the process for buying the car, and the finance manager was helpful in providing me a clear understanding of my car loan. I appreciate the no haggle prices and the friendly staff. I would recommend Hertz to others looking for a newer car.

The salesmen arent too knowledgeable but the prices are fair and they wont try to slip in bs fees. One the salesman tried to convince me to not listen to the mechanic I had check the car out cause theyre just trying to make money. The salesman also tried to tell me that paying loans dont help your credit score lol.EDIT: changing to 1 star because my title work wasnt sent until 3 days before my plates expired and almost 3 months later I still dont have it and they dont know why. And everytime I call they say theyll call me back but dont. Never buying a car from them again...

Multiple repairs were needed immediately on the vehicle we just purchased. The Hertz checklist was a fraudulent misrepresentation of the condition of multiple areas of the car. Parts were missing. Lots of back and forth to get some work covered by Hertz, but they refused to pay for brakes that they just certified to be fine.

I was just picking up a car my company purchased from this location. As for the building itself it was very clean and welcoming. The gentleman I deal with was very helpful and it was a good experience over all. The construction was a bear to get through but it was nice from what I deal with .

The overall purchasing experience was OK.Nothing too fancy,pretty simple.Obtaining the registration is another story.Approximately two weeks before my temporary tags were to expire,I called Hertz to find out what was going on.I spoke to Michael who said they were having a problem with their title company and that this isnt the first time he had heard this.I was told that he would return my call at the end of the week(Friday)to follow up.(I had called on a Monday).No return call was received.I called Hertz Friday late afternoon and spoke to Glen,who was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off,that he would relay the message to Michael that I had called.No return call was ever received that day.I went to the BMV the following morning,there was nothing that could be done as the car was not registered in their database.I called Hertz,again.The gentleman In spoke with did not give his name and said he would relay the message to their title person Tonya who would be in on the following Monday.He also repeated well fix this but did not give any indication as to how or when.Monday comes and goes,no return call from anyone at Hertz.I drove to Hertz that Tuesday,and was greeted by John ( who sold me the car).I informed him there was a problem to which he replied your title.He then proceeded to tell me that they had just fired their title company because they were not cooperating with the BMV and the new company had a 48 to 72 hour turn around on getting caught up.He then proceeded to state that there is an order from the governor r/t expired tags and not being penalized,that he was following it pretty closely.(That order expired in June).John then took down my name,phone number,and email under the impression of sending me the needed paperwork once obtained.That was my visit.Michael left me a voicemail (he DOES know how to use a phone) stating that In should have what I need to register the car in a couple of days and if it doesnt happen something about a rental car until my car is registered.The temporary tag expires tomorrow (8/8/20).At the time of this writing,no information on my car is found via the BMV website nor have I received any updates from the staff at Hertz.

After spending a couple weeks researching used cars, I headed out to take some test drives. The first dealer I hit tried all kinds of nonsense to inflate the online price. At Hertz, they upheld their great online price, and the staff was courteous & professional. I definitely would buy from them again, and have already recommended them to several people I know who are searching for a used car.

Hertz saved us so much time car shopping for our teen. We could have spent countless hours and weekends driving dealer to dealer trying to find something in GREAT condition with LOW miles in our budget. I rate car buying up there with dental work and dieting - not my favorite things. I looked on local car sites and a friend recommended that I check out this dealership. I found what I wanted and bought it the same day. Erika Oktayana made the process easy and as quick as it can be (one can only hurry the paperwork process so much). I was actually impressed that they did not try to cover up the minor dings and scratches like other dealers - I feel like I knew exactly what I was getting with no surprises. Lastly, the 12,000 mile warranty made me feel like I was buying a solid car - much better than one with the as is - no warranty box checked.

Don’t expect good customer service. I got a great car for a great price (sticker price, no haggling), but be prepared to wait forever for paperwork, detailing or any extras you got (like an additional key), no call backs or follow-up. My salesman was clueless on the operation of the car. Go in knowing what you want, because the sales staff will just fumble around and make excuses as to why they are so incompetent.

Worst buying experience ever! Great car and a good price, but the sales staff, manager, and finance guy all provided the worst service possible. They tried to jack up the price by $2,000 after we agreed on a price. 45 days later, still dont have the title to the car and cant seem to find someone who can get it for me.

This was my first car to purchase from Hertz and based on this purchase, I will be happy to buy any future vehicles there. Erika met us at the door when we arrived on Wednesday. We want to check out a Nissan Altima and a Chevy Malibu. After test driving both of them , we decided to focus on the Altimas. We went home that night and looked over the inventory and put in a request to test drive a Storm Blue 2018 model. After having it checked out we came back to finalized the purchase. Erika helped us get the paperwork completed, since we came in with our own financing. Since it was late in the day, Erika said she would get the car cleaned and drive it over to my work the next day. Everyone was amazingly friendly and accommodating, We were happy with every aspect of our process. I strongly reckoned visiting their store to view their inventory even with all the crazy construction going on at 96th and Keystone.

Great prices on much newer cars. I worked with Michael Heffelmire who did an awesome job from start to finish. Seriously, to get a ‘17 car with low miles for around 11k and to be able to pick from 20 of them ONE SPOT!? It’s a no brainer. All cars come with 1 year/12000 mile powertain warranty. I wasted enough days testdriving auction-bought cars with high miles and when I got here that type of searching was over. I don’t mind no-haggle pricing IF the price is fair and it makes the whole process so much more relaxing. Go check them out and see the difference! My brother said it best “How often do you get to buy a used car that is vacuumed after each use?” Excited to have them in Indy and glad to help get the word out.
