I have bought and traded 13 cars over the past 15 years, which has resulted in a large array of car-buying experiences. But my experience with Coast to Coast was one of the very best. From beginning to end, it was an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I searched nationwide for a very specific car, and C2C was the only dealership that had it. Stephen was knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. He never pushed us to buy the car and clearly wanted what was best for us, even when that meant us leaving the dealership after our test drive because we couldn’t get close enough on numbers. After crunching some numbers on my end for the next week, my wife and I determined we could afford the car, but only if C to C gave me a heck of a deal on my trade-in. I called Stephen, and he immediately remembered me. I told him my situation and how much we would need for my trade-in. Both of us agreed that was pretty high for my car, but he understood why I needed that much. He went to bat for me with his managers and convinced them to give me very close to what I needed, which was at least $1,000 more than 6 different dealerships had offered me previously. We came to a deal on the phone, and I drove up later that day. I filled out a finance application prior to coming to the dealership, and the finance department (Drew) did a phenomenal job expediting the process once we were there. The entire “buying process” took a total of 20-30 minutes. The only reason we stayed longer than that was to talk to Stephen about things entirely unrelated to cars—yet another example of why he was the perfect salesman for us. I would highly recommend C2C next time you’re searching for a used car.

I had a good experience buying my car at Coast to Coast Imports. The team was very organized, friendly and knowledgeable. I originally had arranged financing through my bank (but due to some restrictions) but ended up using their financing services. The amazing thing is they were able to get me a loan at .24 point less, 2.01%. One of my regrets was not going to the other location to view their “museum” of exotic cars.As with any used car dealer you need to understand what they will do/not do. I specifically wanted the model, very hard to find nationwide, and wanted a manufacturer’s warranty, since Coast to Coast was selling as is. The only negative (which I did not bring up to the salesman) was the car had an odor. I instantly knew why and how to deal with it, the cabin filter needed to be replaced. Which turned out to solve the problem. In case anyone doesn’t do their maintenance it needs to be replaced at least every 2 years or sooner. Overall I would recommend Coast to Coast and depending on the car ensure you have some type of warranty or you’re a skilled tech.

Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had with a dealership! Everybody I worked with from Roger in sales to Dustin in service to Drew during financing was very responsive and had open communication.I had an issue with the used car the day I took it off the lot. There is where they shined like no other dealership Ive seen before. Since I was out of state 8 hours away, I didnt have the option to take it back to their service department. Drew and Roger worked with me to try to troubleshoot the issue remotely. When we couldnt get there, they assisted getting it to a service shop. Drew and Mo made things right when they had no obligation to under the Indiana law. It was a small gesture but none the less just speaks volumes to the character and ethics of how they choose to run their business. I just wish there was more dealerships like them! It has certainly earned them a loyal customer for life!Other dealerships if you are reading this....take notes because Coast to Coast Imports will be a force to reckon with.

Drove in from Ohio to buy a 2010 Dodge Challenger, salesman Rob was polite and greeted me within minutes of me being there, gave me the keys, let me take it to a mechanic for my pre purchase inspection and was quick about getting me back to work on paperwork. Told him about the issues the inspection turned up and he had his team address them while we were getting the deal done, he worked well with me on the price of my trade in as the bank wanted so much down on the purchase and I didnt have it so they gave me the extra equity on my trade in so I could drive out in the Challenger I came to get. The only real issue I had was lack of communication throughout the finance process as the system was down and they had to wait to get it up and running, they had left me in the room for an hour maybe a hour and a half by myself before telling me what was wrong, then things went smoothly again. All in all Coast to Coast helped me get a good car, great value for my trade in, and Rob was a great salesman. Will consider them for any car purchases I make in the future because I truly believe if the system hadnt have been down Id have been in and out in about an hour.

They dont pay their employees properly and they dont follow the rules and regulations of the United States Department of Labor. They also underpay and force hourly employees to work Federal Holidays and threaten to fire anyone not willing to work a Federal Holiday at their regular pay rate.

If being lied to is what you’re into look no further!!! Please do not waste your time going to this place. I made a specific trip to this place to drive a specific car and they knew that I was coming the ENTIRE WEEK. Once I got up there, got into the car it barely had any gas in it and the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. They claimed it was because “the fuel was low.” I call BS on that, I have never heard of such a thing. Do yourself a favor and skip over this dealership because it’s not worth it.

Pt 2/2CarMax offered me 19k, I purchased for 38k. They informed me that the car had been deemed TOTALED, TOTAL LOSS by an insurance company in April 2020 with 32k miles. SALVAGE VEHICLE!!!!!! I was never told a thing about this. ILLEGAL.Went home, googled the VIN (5UXKR0C57J0X88880 look for yourself) and found the pictures of the car SMASHED. The insurance company sold in an insurance auction for 18k. Someone rebuilt the car.When I informed C2C of what i found out - no responsibility was accepted. There is 100000% no way that the service team didn’t realize this. The Carmax appraiser was able to show me clamp marks, tape marks, etc. that indicated the car had been seriously repaired. They still to this day won’t acknowledge this. That’s probably why the car IS LISTED FOR SALE AGAIN ON THEIR SITE.They told me that if i wanted to ‘swap’ like we had talked about previously, they would honor that. At this point I just needed to get in a car that I would get the value back that i paid, rather than being instantly 20k in the hole if i tried to trade in anywhere else.They gave me a copy of the car’s ‘clean’ title. HAHAHAHA. Talk about car dealership fraud. If the car is transferred and titled between different states, the titling laws change. It had been in Michigan, Illinois and Indiana all within a year which is likely how the SALVAGE wasn’t attached to the title. Can you say title washing, anyone?I traded as fast as I could for a 2017 Range Rover Evoque (yes I had to pay the difference) that has no warranty and was absolutely filthy. I am scheduled at a local Land Rover dealership for a full service report next week and have every intention of letting C2C know of any issues found.The fact that they know about every issue and have listed the car for sale again, at an increased price, is DISGUSTING. I hope the Attorney General’s office gives them the biggest headache of their lives. As a female living in today’s world, I should be able to walk into a car dealership as an independent woman and not be completely taken advantage of. I’m a small business owner as well, and this business does not care about customer satisfaction or even being decent humans. SICK.**update - see attached UPDATED title report that states vehicle was deemed a total loss/salvage by insurance company

Do not buy from here! Last Friday I reached out to the dealer to purchase their 2020 Cayenne. I was reached out a few hours later, but saying the vehicle was $1,000 more than it was currently listed for on very site from Cargurus to their site- Coast to Coast. I agreed and figured let me just get this Cayenne taken care of and over with, just another up selling/ lying dealer... After being pestered by Benjamin to put a deposit down that way “no other sales guy gets a buyer on the car” I promptly sent the $1,000 on my debit card. Come the next day, I texted and called Ben requesting for the purchasing docs so I could get everything signed and have the money transferred. After no response for a few hours, I receive a phone call from someone named Drew who I later found out was the “manager” telling me “the car has just been sold to someone else.” Well what about my deposit - “that’s already being refunded as we speak.” I tried to reach out to Ben and call Drew back to no avail. Nobody would take my call or return text. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They do not sell to cash buyers. Terrible customer service and pushy finance. No wonder they are rated so poorly on the BBB!Response -I was not treated with a first right of refusal. I went from asking for purchase documents to a phone call telling me the card was sold within 15 minutes of sending my text. Again, do not do business here- you will only be wasting your time and energy.
