Worse customer service I have ever experienced I called to confirm item get there and they tell me their closed at 7 but told me 9 I will order from someone else educate your staff

I absolutely love yall! My boyfriend and I come here way too often. My only advice is the twisted rope chains need better clasps...they dont close completely and I would hate for $600+ to simply just fall off my neck somewhere.

My granddaughter is 7 years old and they were absolutely wonderful with her. She was so scared they let her get out of the chair watch someone else get his done first. The man and his friends stuck around to cheer her on and we all applaud afterwards. The people at Pagoda were fantastic with her.

They pierced our 3 month old daughters ears. They did great and the look great. They were very helpful and kind.

My double lobe piercings got so infected from getting them here I had to go to the doctor and got put on antibiotics. I still have the scars. The piercings werent even as well.

Ive had my ears double pierced at Claires in 2007 and 2011. I was happy with both piercings done there, but I went back yesterday and they would not triple pierce them because there was a tiny bit of cartilage that they could possible hit. I walked across the way to the Piercing Pagoda and had them feel my ears and the nice woman there said she could do it without issue. Her other colleagues felt my ear to confirm it was safe to do as well. She took her time to make sure the placement was correct and I was happy with it. She did a great job despite my second piercing being a little wonky, and angled the new piercing to avoid any cartilage. She asked me if I wanted a 1, 2, 3 countdown or if I wanted her to just do it. I opted for the countdown and she didnt make me feel like a wuss for it either lol. Quick and painless! Obviously you want to go to a tattoo shop if you want a cartilage piercing so they use a needle, but theres no issue with using a gun for lobe piercings. The guns they use are single use so they are sterile. They had a broad range of affordable 18-24k gold, sterling silver, and titanium options for ear piercings including birthstones and flower/ladybug studs that children may like. I chose small gold cubic zirconia studs that costs $49, including the actual piercing. I had very minimal pain for about 30 mins after the piercing and no swelling or tenderness today, more than 24hrs later. I will be returning here for a 4th lobe piercing after my 3rd heals.

One of the ladies was nice the other called my freshly just 7yr old a drama queen....its one thing for me or her father to say something like that but....not some stranger at a piercing place

Terrible, the piercings were completely uneven. She marked my ears to make sure they were even then missed the mark on both ears. I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed because they didnt know what they were doing.
