Great deal, quick deliver and set up!

I had Extreme move my pool table on 5/29/20. The guys were on time and very professional. In the move my personal pool cue was misplaced. Tracy went way above and beyond to help me recover it. Im very happy with their service and would use them without question when I move again or when I need an accessory.

Had the bumpers replaced on my pool table. The bumpers were fine, however, the rail emblem for the table was lost. I called and after checking the shop they suggested I lost it in transport. When asked if they could help my find a replacement they said they could not. While the actual bumper work was fine and the price was OK, there are plenty of other options.

We were able to get an amazing deal on a high quality used table when we never expected to find something within our budget. The salesman listened to our needs, was patient in talking through all of the details with us and got us scheduled for a quick delivery. The delivery guys were amazing. They were very thorough and awesome to work with. Overall extremely impressed and happy to recommend Extreme Billiards!!

Had them move a pool table down to my basement which was a tight squeeze! But they made it happen and took great care not to scuff up the walls or damage any fixtures. They even helped me replace a fuse which happened to blow while they were there! If I need any maintenance done, Extreme Billiards will definitely be my first call.

Hired them to move a pool table. They were scheduled to be at the pickup house between 9:00 and 10:00 and they showed up at 9:01 and had the table disassembled and loaded into the van by 9:35. The guys were very nice and professional, did a fantastic job setting it up in the new house and did everything I asked for quickly and more importantly very well. They will definitely be my first call should I need service on my table in the future.

I called the store, and both times I was hung up on. They clearly have a customer service issue where they will hang up on you if they dont want business. 🤦‍♂️ I play in the APA league and have never had such bad customer service. I definitely will not be working with this unprofessional business. I would search elsewhere because if you cant even talk to someone when you want to buy something you definitely wont get to talk to someone when you need service!

Went in looking for a used pool table. quickly found out this was not the right place to shop used, but that wasnt the problem here. salesman was high and overly talkative. had we wanted to actually browse around and make a purchase, the salesmans chatter wouldve chased us out the door.
