I’ve been using ewc for several years. Tonight I didn’t get off of work in time for my appointment. 20 minutes before my appointment I canceled on the app. I’ve been told before as long as you cancel your appointment prior to your appointment you are good. Tonight I get a text saying this is my fourth no show. So I’m out on a walk-in only basis for 6 months. I’ve already paid my money for a year and still have 8 more months to go. They don’t mind collecting your money, but don’t tell you what all their rules are. One minute they tell you to call and cancel before your appointment, but now they are saying you have to call one hour before your appointment. Make this make sense.

This was my first Brazilian Wax, Under arms, lower legs, and stomach. Hunter did such a phenomenal job. She made my experience easy and relaxing. I would recommend her to anyone. :) She is my new favorite.Autumn at the Front desk was very helpful, nice, and just had excellent customer service. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Check-in was swift. Waited a few minutes before Bri called for me. She was friendly and professional. It was my first time there and I received a Brazilian wax. I explained to her it wasnt my first Brazilian, however, I wanted to try a different place for this service. We chatted like we had known each other for a long time. It was refreshing because it took my mind of the temporary pain after each pulling off the wax. She was thorough, took her time, and explained the products as she used them. Afterward, she explained aftercare and that was the end. Im not going to mislead and portray as though there wasnt temporary discomfort as she pulled the wax. I dont know if I will ever get used to it, however, it was brief and I was distracted by the conversation that I didnt realize the time had flown by. I booked with her for next month.

They answered all of my questions and put me at ease.

I love going here. I feel comfortable every time. The only unpleasant experience I had was them telling me that I would get a coupon for my birthday and I never did. When I mentioned it to them, they stated they forgot to turn my email notifications on and that I would get the coupon next year. No attempt to give me a discount, just a kind of, oh well moment. Other than this little issue I enjoy going here.

Hamilton town center near Indy is where Ive been going - avoid this location especially. I havent been going regularly to justify needing a wax pass so I wanted to cancel. ITS BEEN A MONTH; They have been virtually unable to get a hold of and theres no one I can escalate it too. They even opted to take an extra payment 2 months early AFTER I wanted to cancel but I still cant get any type of support. No one picks up the phone, theres no room to leave a message and Iv sent FIVE EMAILS to top it off. I drive an hour and a half just to get waxed - and two of the times Iv been in Indy just for them to call and say there was a glitch and Id have to reschedule. One time a girl didnt take her time at all and I had to go back a week later and get rewaxed at my expense, when I was later told that should have been free. Literally a month and an extra payment later; Im going to have to call my bank just to stop the last payment from coming out. Not worth the headache - save yourself!!!

Had a great time getting stomach & back waxed today. Annaliese (I believe her name was) did a fabulous job & made me laugh.

I am so happy with my wax! Hunter was amazing and she made sure she got every hair. The waxing was almost painless like what!! I loved the in-growth hair oil at the end. But the front desk n customer Service doesn’t respond to people doesn’t care to even try and fix any mistakes I came in paid and tipped for a full Brazilian did not leave with a full Brazilian Got home had a patch in finished with wax inside me and when I left a message n went on their site to try to contact someone one. To possibly get a touch up or even like 5$ off my next visit. What ever they could do (especially to not irritate my skin) I waited about another week they didn’t care ,n also didn’t care when I finally spoke with someone so I will not be coming here ever again

I am a long haul truck driver. I purchased a wax pass and I am able to (and have) use it at ANY EWC across the country. This Indianapolis location did not disappoint! The receptionists were pleasant and professional. Madeline was quick, clean and competent with regards to my waxing service. I appreciate the consistency I have found using EWC. I just wish they would open more locations, lol!

Dont hesitate. This is the place for friendly, professional and fast service. Any location Ive visited has been great.

At the end of my Brazilian wax my specialist did no after care or clean up. She pointed to some wipes and stated you can use those to clean up. I paid for a service and that was not my job to do. I had to clean the excess wax and residue myself which is highly unprofessional. Not only that the receptionist left rude remarks about me declining buying a wax pass after being asked three times. No I am not interested into committing to a business where I was not satisfied with my visit. But your receptionist made a remark about me not having the finances or should I say in her words “budget” to do so. Very inappropriate. I will not be returning to this establishment.

It was my first time, ever getting a wax or visiting this location. The front desk representative Jessica made me aware of the specials, what to expect as a first time customer and benefits of referring family and friends. She was very nice, easy to talk to and engaged with a smile. The environment was very clean and friendly, I can’t wait to come back and refer a friend. Also Shelby was amazing, fast and efficient.

Got waxed for fourth of July. Told the lady doing the waxing that I was super sensitive and needed it done as fast as possible. Was super surprised. Was in and out in 13 minutes!

This was my first time visiting European Wax Center and only my second time ever getting waxed. I was nervous. I had a bit of a wait, but Christie came out with her previous client and apologized to me for the wait, which I greatly appreciated. Great customer service! Christie was extremely professional!! She made me very comfortable with the experience. I told her I was nervous and she was reassuring and her professionalism made me feel very confident. I recommend!

Not what I expected. I had been a customer for a couple years at one of their Ohio locations. I gave this one I try as I have a big trip coming up and I wanted to not have to worry about shaving while on vacation. After letting my hair grow for 6 weeks I went in for a wax and they paired me with a technician who was fresh out of beauty School. The appointment on the first day took four and a half hours I left very dissatisfied. Large patches of hairs all over. I even spoke to the clinic manager.I set up an appointment to come back the next day to touch up what was missed on the first day. I get in for the appointment and the clinic manager only put down one area so that was all they serviced. Again still all the hair is not gone and I will have to shave every day during my vacation. I was charged full price I was made to come back two days and spend over 6 hours in their salon. It was quite possibly the worst wax Ive ever had. Considering it cost $250 I will never be going back to that salon. And your manager definitely needs a course in customer service recovery

I understand your company has a policy and I no showed 4 times...only because my employer changes my schedule at a moments notice and making this appointment doesnt come before work.Anyway, when I do call in and am told I will have a certain time, it shouldnt get pushed they should keep their commitments as well.And to add insult to injury, people who came in after me got their services before me.

Jenna is awesome! Ive been going here on and off for a while and a couple of others were good too but for some reason Ive had my best results with Jenna.

I went to this location last Saturday I had never been waxed before and three friends recommended it but I most likely won’t be returning. While the waxer did a good job at keeping me calm she left quite a bit of hair in certain spots. I thought it was just one spot so it didn’t bother me at first but once I got to feeling around it was quite a areas where I could feel hair sticking up.

I absolutely love this place. They make me feel so comfortable and give such good advice on how to take care of your body post wax. They are always professional and relatable. Absolutely no complaints about EWC at all.

Very picky person and all about quality. I go to the west side to get my hair cut, east side to get my nails done and north side to get this wax! Best experience ever (and Ive had my fair share of experiences). Jenna is my go-to and makes you feel so comfortable. And its quick! Gives me no reason not to come back.

Been going here for over a year and glad my unlimited pass expired so I will no longer overpay. The front desk was unable to find my unlimited pass account and I end up having to correct, spell, or inform them 90% of the time of the unlimited pass. The only plus side is that they are willing to reschedule if needed. 2/3 of the wax specialists will overshare.

1st 2 visits were VERY Unpleasant. I strongly suggest to do your research, and see which estheticians have the most stable available days (As Those ladies will be the BEST). I never had to do that, cause the desk scheduler will comply with my request, but it didnt apply for this location, as APPARENTLY they guided me to someone who was EVERYTHING I was trying to avoid. ANYWAYS, 3rd times the charm, and CASSANDRA WAS AMAZING!!! As I researched, She And A couple other ladies apparently are this locations A-Team. I didnt have an option of seeking other options, as I am invested in a years worth of passes that I KNOW wouldve deemed difficult to reverse. But, NOW Im VERY PLEASED with Cassandra, and will stick with her until the end of my investment, and will check into laser removal. Thanks again, Cassandra for being such the great professional, and ACTUALLY Care about providing the BEST service to your clients🤗❤..

So I have a trip to Miami Monday. I had never been waxed before. This place looked legit so I had a friend go with me (she had never been waxed before either). Im very mad about my experience. I tipped them both $10 a piece. She handled it and just laid there. They DID NOT remove her hair. It looks like they didnt wax her at all! I had to stop during the wax because I couldnt handle the pain anymore. It continued to burn all night. I bought the serum and yes it was helping the burning. I woke up the next day and I had a BUNCH of tiny pimple like things all over. So I called them and they were like oh its not a big deal. Well 3 days later its MUCH worse! So I went to the walk-in clinic. Apparently, I have a fungal infection and an allergic reaction ( Im allergic to latex) which they didnt warn me about the latex. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Taja is the best! I love the wax they use. Wont go anywhere else

I had an issue with my wax pass and they fixed the issue. Their wax passes that are good for a year expire in 365 days. For example: If you get one on the 30th of the month, then the last day you can use that service is the 29th of that month the following year. I appreciate them crediting my account and will return!

Shout out to Jenna. She gave me my first wax 4 weeks ago, and again today. She told me my first wax would be painful, but she got me talking and laughing and it made the experience bearable. She also stated that after the first wax the experience got easier(kind of like tweezing your eyebrows). After 3 weeks hair free, I developed stubble and decided I would go again on the fourth week. I went again today, and MAN. SO MUCH EASIER. Not to mention the products she encouraged me to purchase the first visit really improved the state of my skin. Bottom line, request Jenna. She’s incredible and she will only tell you the truth.

My first visit at the wax center was a great experience. I had Amelia and she was fast and very personable. The facility was clean and the staff was very professional. I will definitely be going back.

The worst wax I’ve ever gotten. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

-Extremely rude lady at the front desk. Absolutely no professional approach-Paid 200$ and there were patches of hair EVERYWHERE.-The service was extremely rushed. Due to the service being rushed, the waxing was done in absurdly big strips. This is the first time a wax has been extremely painful for me. I have a high pain tolerance and I never even flinch during a normal wax but because they rushed my wax, the waxing was done in WAY TOO BIG SECTIONS.-No lotion was applied to me at the end of the wax, where other European Wax Centers and every other waxing studio has applied some sort of lotion at the end of the wax-The lady at the front asked how much for the tip and I said nothing and she asked me again which was beyond unprofessional-I was offered post waxing skin care samples after my waxes in other European Wax Center, whereas here I was not.Overall terrible experience. For 200 dollars I expect to be treated like a paying customer not just a sardine who is being rushed to come in and out

Ive been to this location multiple times. Today being the most current. They are great with working with your schedule. Two times now Ive had to change my current appointment. One on the day of. They made arrangements to make it happen at a different time for me last minute. Ive been to three of the girls there now. All three polite, knowledgeable, and make me feel comfortable during my appointment. I drive over 20 miles to see them. Will be returning every 4 weeks for my appointments 😀

A very clean center with professional staff. A brazillian only took about 15 min! Cassandra used hard wax throughout which I prefer over soft wax. The room was very clean and neat. I will definitely be returning and would recommend others to check out European Wax Center if you havent already.

I had the Brazilian Wax Service and Brow Service with Kayla. She did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She also cheered me on throughout the Brazilian Service-which helped me get through the entire thing!I ended up purchasing the buy 6 get one free for the Underarm and Brazilian Services. I read half of the reviews and seen one particular name that kept resurfacing on each post so I scheduled an appointment with her (Erin). I called the reception to let her know I will be arriving a few moments later which she was very pleasant and cheerful. Anyways to make a long story short Ive only experienced waxing twice before and it was at a different location (Louisiana) however Im accustomed to my Tech whos way more understanding and compassionate to my situation. I was getting waxed and I kept jumping and holding her side because I was nervous however I felt that she was very insensitive to my needs and that she had a slight attitude. She told me to remove my had and it starting to become annoying. I thought to my self well damn Im still new at this and I think you can say that a little bit better!!!! However she continued to talk which at this point I was short with her because of her rudeness...... the session finally came to an end and I paid and tipped and left! I tipped her because she did her job and was quick however her interpersonal skills needs to be addressed!!!!!

By far the worst wax Ive gotten done. Cassandra was more focused on getting done that customer service was not a priority. The free wax for first time customers was an incentive, but it was never offered despite mentioning it being my first time there. Their pricing is a little less than most places, but I would rather spend $10 more than go there again.

I went in about 2 weeks ago for a wax and the experience was not horrible, but I feel that the lady was too rough and careless. I now have tiny pimples and dark spots where I was waxed and they have not gone down whatsoever. During the wax session, I expressed my concerns and all I was told was yeah, thats normal.

Have been acustomer of EWC for a few years now and always come back bc of how smooth my skin feels after leaving . Just recently , I am not very happy with this particular one . The wax is waaaaay too hot , when my skin is clearly irritated from this , instead of taking a quick break , theyll go right back in , and itll start to break skin . They offered a free brow wax during my next visit , which I was really excited about . I show up , services are compleated (eyebrows didnt look different , winded up fixing them myself ) , then they tell me I have to pay ? Dont offer something you know you cant follow through with , so annoying !
