Allen set up a consultation with me and was so knowledgeable about the process and made me feel at ease. He has a unique method of installing extensions that doesn’t ruin your hair. I saw Kyra for cutting my hair and taking the bulk out. For context I also had a rainbow of colors I hated in my hair.So, not only did she cut my hair exactly like I wanted based on a picture and vague worries. She also somehow cut it so my hair color blended better? She didnt color my hair. Legit just cut it and now Im also happy with the color. This is too much power for one human.Anyway, she was a joy to talk to and super nice. Mellow. Loved the whole bit.

This is 2nd time- first experience terrible - sorry can’t remember name but she took forever to cut hair- then pulled out her 80’s blow dryer she said she got at a flee market !!! What!!!! I thought I’d try with someone else -why did I fall for this again- I wished I had taken a picture- haircut ok- not what I asked for at all-but my hair looked worse then when I came in- again different person,young lady, fuzzy blonde haired lady, very nice but seemed like she had no idea how to style my hair - I said curve under toward my face, instead it stuck out everywhere- the top of my hair literally looked like I climbed out of bed- last try! (Why don’t these girls know what to do? ) I stopped her and said I’ll finish myself at home- 😢😢

THIS IS THE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD!! 😭 It was my first time at this salon and I would never go back nor recommend it to anyone. The hair stylist, Marissa, does not know how to cut curly hair. My hair was cut unevenly and she even gave me an undercut. She did not understand that my hair needs layers in order to be more rounded. I told the stylist to STOP. All she kept doing is commenting how my hair was strange and was frizzy, which it is not. On top of that, I was still charged me for the haircut and they refuse to refund me for the poor quality of service provided. 🙄😠 I went back to my usual salon and paid to get the bad haircut fixed, and the stylist agreed it was a bad haircut. Thanks European Style Salon for the traumatic experience.

Krista is my favorite hair stylist! She is the only one I trust with my hair. She makes me feel like royalty from the second I walk in, and it is a true break from reality when my hair is in her hands. If you are looking for a stylist you won’t find a better one!

I got my hair done by Francis earlier today and omg she did such an AMAZING job fixing my previous hair done by Marissa to my new desired color! Shes great at conversations, professional, and will make you feel very comfortable at the salon! Will definitely keep coming back to get my hair done by Francis in the future!! :))

DO NOT go to Nancy Silva. She first messed up my highlights by dying me red, and I asked her to fix it. That must have angered her. I specifically told her I don’t want my hair to be texturized, I only want to cut a few inches and trim the end so it won’t look too choppy. She then roughly chopped my hair as if she was in a hurry, texturizing so drastically there’s now about a six inch difference between the longest and shortest parts. It was as if she was in a race. If my wedding wasn’t in three months it wouldn’t be so much of a problem. This won’t grow out by then. I can’t say anything good about this stylist. From her incompetence to her attitude, it was the worst experience in a salon I’ve ever had.

Nancy did a wonderful job on my hair! She toned it then cut it!I am very particular about my hair so I would definitely recommend this this place for your hair needs and wants!

Madison did a great job cutting my hair. She is has a comforting presence, was thorough and very professional. I highly recommend her for a haircut. I prefer my hair naturally straight so opted out of getting it styled but it looked great from just the blow dry. THANKS MADISON! Ive received a lot of compliments.I did have reaction to the shampoo (not sure what it was or what I need to avoid). Be mindful of that if you have any sensitivies. Im sure you could probably ask to see the ingredients.It was easy to schedule an appointment online. I did so the night before and I did call the morning of to make sure it went through. The front desk person doesnt waste time (short and to the point).The website service menu is not up to date. It states that haircuts are 39 but if you go to schedule it will say from $41. I found that a little confusing since even after booking it didnt give a clear price which concerned me. I called that morning to double check and my haircut was $41 but I still dont know if it would be more depending on what stylist you book with. Overall a good experience :) Go see Madison!

Place was nice and professional, the woman who did my hair was nice, but did not give me the results I was asking for, I told her it was fine because I was low on time. But charged me $114 just for toner, and a half inch trim if that. I probably won’t be going back here

The owner of this salon(Amy((she would not provide her full name)) was absurdly rude to me on several occasions. I was only trying to inquire about the hair I donated through their salon a week earlier. This was also only after I got an email about it? She threatened me about going to the police if I continued to “harass” her about just wanting know the details of the subject. This is extremely disturbing. I only ever wanted to ensure that my donated hair was going to the charity I chose and that it gets there. Smh. I still hope to simply have clarity on this. Please just find out? I beg you all. Please😢

Veronica was my hair stylist and she did a fantastic job. I have very fine hair and have a very hard time finding someone who can give me a good haircut and style. Veronica did a wonderful job. After almost 4 years in Indianapolis I have finally found my stylist.

I HAPPILY drive 45 minutes to see Krista every 6 weeks. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Not overly loud, but often busy. Dont be surprised if you have to schedule a few days out, these people know their trade!

I have three words: Go To Brooke!I have gone to Brooke on two different occasions for the same mens haircut: a high fade on the side with a scissor trim on top. Not only does she give an excellent mens cut, but she took the liberty of trimming up my beard, stache, AND brows. I come out of my haircut looking and feeling much better about myself. I would recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a great mens haircut!

I wanted highlights and a shadow root. The stylist fried my hair and missed larger sections throughout my hair. The picture I showed and the results I received look nothing alike. For 200 dollars I should have gotten something at least similar. And the haircut she gave me was uneven. Just be careful if you come here

I have been getting my hair done with Silviya for over 15 years. She is friendly, competent and very professional. My daughter loves getting her hair done and highlighted as well. Silviya works very well with you and provides expert advice. She also responds promptly to requests for appointments and schedules them within a very reasonable time. The salon is always clean, the stylists are very welcoming and they seem to always have great deals on their L’ANZA products. We will continue to visit European Style Salon for our beauty needs! :)

Scheduling needs reorganized. First appointment I scheduled two separate appointments, 1 for me & another for my sister. They have date times with 2 stylists 1/2 hour apart. Confirmed. DOS my was ok but they did not have appointment showing for my sister. Obviously she was upset. Today I was to have another appointment which I made 2 days ahead. Was told stylist name they would work me in for Sat @1pm. I phoned as to being about 5 mins late. Arrived only 3 mins late but reception did was searching my name went back to stylist whose name & time I gave. Then came back to tell me my appointment was day before. I told her no it was not. I always place my scheduled appointments on my phone Calendar. She asked me same if I wanted a re book. Will never be going back. Stylist told me last time they have had booking issues as stylist was late to arrive for my appointment.REPLY TO OWNER 3/15: NO I WAS NOT INACCURATE! Your human error not mine or stylist. I have read other reviews on sites with same problem with your salon. I know the stylists are notified by you. I don’t blame the stylist they have no control. Enough said. I will not be back though I was satisfied with my hair care received.

Please don’t go there .I think the hair stylist we had did my wife’s Colour was not professional .I think they don’t take enough time to understand what a customer’s need to get done . They want to do a quick bad job and take your money .

Olja (Olga) is AMAZING! I swear she has magic hands. I have never ever found anyone to cut my hair like she has. I have very think unruly course long red hair and she makes it look so amazingly smooth. I was one of those clients that came in like just do whatever and her whatever was amazing! She didnt try and cut it all off and she really took the time to see if it fit my face and looked good. Ive never styled my hair so much and have had so much confidence brought on by a simple hair cut. Plus it helps the atmosphere is very laid back and they are very welcoming to everyone.

My son had let his hair grow out and decided to go drastically shorter for school. Marissa was professional, efficient and gave him exactly what we asked. I went there twice and I had a great time. I love the people there and they do a really good job with my hair. My hair feels healthy and shiny!

I sat in Marissas chair wanting a bayalage. She gave me orange hair instead. I paid $212. When asked for it to be fixed they told me i would need to sign a consent form before they would even touch my hair. They completely showed to have no integrity whatsoever when it comes to client experience or quality. I left her a 15% tip which was $27 & her response to that was not a thank you..but there is an other amount option. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back.

I took my teenage daughter to have her hair highlighted from her light brown roots into the her grown out blonde she had dyed herself. The hairdresser put in jet black color with gray ends. It looked absolutely HORRIBLE. I went back to have it corrected. She was very rude! Don t GO to THIS salon. They dont listen or arent trained...VERY bad experience.

I literally just left from my first visit ever and I will certainly be back. Before going into the salon I was sick to my stomach and nervous because I knew what a mess my hair was, box color I mean duh! My roots were a dark blonde and my ends where brown and done where place. Francis did a wonderful job, she did not get frustrated as it was a challenge to get that dark color out I’m so very please with her and my beautiful hair! They dont keep up with the latest fashions, they messed up my hair, offered to fix it, but no thanks you, 5 hours of is enough for me. Im definitely not going back. Staff is nice but they dont rinse hair in cold water or mix enough color or fully mix the color before applying.

I went there today and I was pretty happy with my experience.1) Feeling comfortable and not being judged is my first priority which definitely was met there. There were really polite, behaved really good and friendly.2) Salon staff were pretty professional. I definitely am very very very happy with my haircut. Olga did my haircut and I was really happy with it. This is one of the best haircuts that I have got in my life!3) They dont extra charge you for nothing.While I was happy with my haircut I didnt know how much to tip and who to pay so I just paid roughly 20% of my bill as tip. Hope I didnt do anything wrong which implies that my stylist didnt do a good job.

I went in about 2 months ago. I wanted a lot cut off since I had very long hair. The girl cutting my hair seemed like she knew what she was doing and I loved it until the next day. The way she cut my hair short is nothing short of atrocious. The back refuses to lay flat even with blow drying it flat and a flat iron. It does a strange flip out at the ends which isn’t flattering in my opinion. I was told that since it was my first time there I would only be charged $18 but that wasn’t the case. I was charged much more and all I got done was a haircut. Some people may like this place but I just wasnt impressed. My stylist/hairdresser was also very pushy about how to cut it and didn’t seem the least bit interested in what I WANTED. I don’t truly care what she wanted. It’s my hair. Just disappointed overall and won’t return.

I bought a Groupon to this salon for a wash, cut, and style with a friend ... we went last night and were incredibly impressed. The staff is quite knowledgeable, help clients decide what cut works best for them, then, do an amazing job! Our stylist, Larissa, was outstanding, and took her time to not only wash and cut our hair, but also style it in an incredibly cute way!Wed both DEFINITELY go here again, and have already recommended it to friends.P.S. whats even better is while they have and use great products on your hair, they dont push you to buy them.

I got hair extensions from Allen, he is so knowledgeable and talented. Although I got my extensions from Allen, the rest of the staff was so nice while I anxiously waited my turn! My hair looks amazingly beautiful and the whole process went relatively quickly and painless. I will be returning to this salon for all of my hair care needs!

Heather is the most gifted hairstylist who’s ever cut my hair. She is very good at what she does. She lives it and she breathes is – she is it.We all need people we can rely and depend on – people we can trust who will truly have our best interest in mind. We NEED a good mechanic, a good doctor, a good contractor for our home repairs – and you only realize how true that is after you’ve had “a bad one”. I like being able to go in and just sit in Heather’s chair and let her do what she does best – what she is expert at. I’m really not good at even knowing what’s cool or what to ask for – I don’t cut hair, so how could I tell someone else how to cut my hair? This is why I need Heather.Heather first cut my hair when I was 18 and was just starting my new life as a college student at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. I moved there from Shelbyville, IN. As you might guess, having a “cool” haircut was pretty important at this time in my life. I was just a small-town kid now living with lots of new people at a large university. All my friends were from bigger cities than Shelbyville. They were all from places that were definitely more fashion forward, like Chicago or bigger places than even that. I just randomly went into a Trade Secret in the mall where Heather was just beginning her new career. Who knew how lucky that chance encounter would turn out for me. The first thing Heather did was to end my “part down the middle” (and that’s exactly how she put it – she began advising me right off the bat) haircut that I “thought was cool” and she gave me a new stylish haircut I couldn’t have known enough about to even have asked for. She just “did what she did”. I knew I had keeper in Heather when I got back to campus and a couple of my friends LOVED my new hairstyle and thought it was great. Heather is always ahead of the curve when it comes to hair. I have a “trusted advisor” regarding my hair style - which is really important because I DEFINITELY have no idea even what to even ask for or what’s “cool” when it comes to stuff like that. I just let Heather do what she does and end up really happy with it. She never lets me down.I turn 40 in December and Heather has pretty much cut my hair since I was 18. When Heather moved to Indianapolis and I was still in college – I literally drove home once a month just so Heather could cut my hair. I tried going to other stylists but that definitely wasn’t going to work because I didn’t trust them. They never even come CLOSE to as good a job as Heather did every time. It just wasn’t the same. Once I even got up from my chair right in the middle of a haircut – with only half of my hair cut, so I could at least save as much hair as I possibly could so Heather might be able to fix it (true story). I wasn’t angry - I paid them and thanked them, but my haircut wasn’t looking like it was going in the right direction, so I asked the stylist to stop and said that “it looks good like this”, and got up and went to the parking lot to call Heather immediately. I told her I tried letting someone else cut my hair – I did try, but they completely messed it up – “can you fix it”. She fixed it. I was grateful.As time went on, with me living in different places and not being able to always get to Heather, of course there were some times where I had to get someone else to cut my hair. But it was never the same and never as good as when she cut it. I never felt as confident and good about my haircut like I did when I left Heather’s.This weekend I am making the trip all the way from Chicago to Indy and the very 1st thing I did (true) was call Heather to see if she’d cut my hair. I called my stylist in Chicago and just cancelled my next appointment, so Heather could cut it right and make it look good. Heather is incredible. Heather really is an expert.

Silviya was fantastic! To be honest I am new to this area and I went into a salon up the road to try to get a quick hair cut and they were not very nice at all. I work nearly every day long hours so when I only have a half day to get everything done, no I dont dress to a T or put makeup on, but I should still be treated with respect. Wildflowers did not. But as soon as I walked in Silviya immediately helped me. She even did a vitamin treatment on my hair that I will be coming back to get again! It made it so soft and feel so healthy! Plus she listened to the cut I wanted. She even took the time to style my hair even though she had a line of other clients waiting. I absolutely will be going back!

If you an afro-latina please dont go here. I went here to get a perm done. As soon as i walked in you could see on this girl face how freaked out she was. Regardless of that she proceed to pretend like she had a clue what was going on. First of all i was so pantient with her, i went ahead and told her to scratch the perm since i could see her struggling to even place my hair in parts. I told her lets just do regular styling. This girl couldnt even wash my hair properly, didnt even brush my hair, i had to do it. Then shes going to cut my ends when i clearly told her not to and if she did not to cut much, she chopped all my hair without it even being brush or place in parts, then she charged me 45 dollars for getting my hair wet and shaking it around. Extremely dissapointed.
