This is awesome for foreign cars. Randy works with you and provides the best quality service. He is fair and you dont have to worry about him pulling one over on you. Great place if you need a fix!!

Not only are they good at what they do, but they are honest. I have no ideas about cars so the repairman could take me. Not at Lawrence Auto Care. My daughter took her car in for repairs Randy instead of replacing the complete rail light repaired or and save her a ton of money.

You will never find a more fair, honest, and reasonably priced auto repair shop than you will here. The work may not get done a fast as it will be at one of the big chains, but terra a reason. Hes busy, hes thorough, and hes good at it.

I went to them to have my brakes replaced because another auto place said I needed brakes and rotors. Turns out I had another 20,000 miles left before I needed brakes and the rotors were fine! I definitely come back!

I came from out of town to look at a used car for sale in the area and I asked them to check it out. They were very reasonable in their rate, and gave me good and detailed information about the status of the car. I appreciated their help a lot.

I took my kids mothers 2004 Envoy to have some front-end work done on it. The owner called me back within a reasonable amount of time and inform me that I needed tie rods ball joints and control arms. He quoted me a price of $1,050 for all of the work and I agreed to the work. About a day and a half later he called me and informed me that he was having problems getting the car finished. First he let me know that I would have to take the car to a different shop to have it aligned even though he knew from the beginning that he was doing front end work on the car. Im not a mechanic, but everybody knows that if you do front end work on a card its more than likely going to need an alignment afterwards. The next day, the owner called me and informed me that I would need to pay an additional $250 for control rod bushings. By this time both myself and my kids mother were highly upset and decided to call another Certified mechanic for help. He informed us that the owner should have known that the car needed bushings during the initial diagnostic. Also that $250 for installation of control rod bushings was a little expensive especially since it should have been caught in the first diagnostic. So now weve paid $1,000 for a car that pulls to the right and were going to have to go somewhere else to have additional work done. I came to this place because it had a lot of positive reviews, I do not know how this place can receive the caliber of reviews that it has received and I walk out with a car thats not working. It is obvious that he was trying to milk us for as much money as possible. I just dont appreciate businesses that think its okay to treat their customers like that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! VERY DISAPPOINTED!UPDATE - So I took the car to another garage after the owner of Lawrence Auto Care lied to me about needing an extra $250 for control arm BUSHINGS Come to find out, he purposely put one of the control arms on BACKWARDS. I dont know what experienced technician would do something like this but these guys are NOT TRUSTWORTHY. If you believe so much in being a TRUE REAL AMERICAN why dont you try being honest while youre on your high white horse

Cant say enough good things about this Auto Shop. The type of quality and service thats rare to find these days. Their motto is We do it right the first time and Id say they stick to that very well!!!Update: (2/15/20)- Randy and Deron are the best! My car is back to running great again! Very thankful for these guys, quality work every time. :D

Best, most versatile shop that I have ever dealt with. I have owned several different makes - Audi, BMW, Subaru, etc. - I have taken every one of them to Lawrence Auto Care and have always been met with excellent service. Randy even allowed me to source the parts myself and he just performed the labor. I will not take my cars anywhere else.

I highly recommend Lawrence Auto Care. He is very honest and has great prices for the work that he does. I have had nothing but good results with his repairs. I have tried many many auto shops (I drive a 17 year old car). This is by far the best, and I wont take my car anywhere else.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM. THEY WILL LIE & STEAL. I had my car looked at & repaired at this shady location. I asked them numerous time if the repair only consisted of (1) hose & not the others I assumed to be required for my car to be functional, after he charged me 700+ for the repair the itemized statement he provided mentioned the other items I QUESTIONED in the beginning that should also be repaired. A week later my car locked up & I ended up taking a foreign specialized shop. Long story short; Randys an unprofessional liar and dirty.

Hands down quality work and people. I went through one too many bad apples before being fortunate enough to get several recommendations to take my vehicle to Lawrence Auto. Needless to say, Im am glad I listened. Ive needed their assistance on several vehicles now and have never once been let down, not only that my respect for their quality and integrity is heightened each time. I am and will be a loyal customer.

Received Awesome same day service for my screeching brakes and replacement of my brake light. They were fast and friendly and surpassed my expectations! I went to Indy Tire not too long ago and told them 3 things wrong with my car. They not only took all day to work on my car, but didn’t even listen to me about what I wanted worked on my car. My husband recently passed away and use to handle all my repairs. I thank you Lawrence Auto Care for your exceptional service & listening to me!!

Ive been to hundreds of mechanics on my life, but Lawerence Auto Care has got to be the best. Blew an engine in my car. Randy found an engine and installed it very quickly. He gave an estimate, stayed below it, gave me a date it would be done, and finished way before that. Highly highly recommend!

Now my car has 190,000 miles on it, I came in for spark plugs, brake inspection, suspension and steering inspection and we charted out where the next service points are.Nothing was wrong. These guys know what they are doing and will treat you fairly. I love being able to take my car to the same guy that worked on it for the past 7 years. He knows my car and treats her right.

They quoted me a good price for a new alternator. It took them WAY longer to diagnose the issue due to it being a Honda.Final price? Only $9 more than the estimate!Randy is the best!

Honest hardworking guy. Several good experiences here. Last time he said tire rotation would probably fix the handling problem. It needed new tires, the belts on the tires were bad.
