This is where you take your car when you want the job done right. They are the fastest most reliable mechanic Ive ever been to. Now this is not your cheap fix mechanic but when Im on the road for a 1600 mi work week I dont mind paying a premium for the peace of mind found only through quality work. And they have mechanics who specialize in foreign makes so my Japanese cars always get treated properly.

Have been using Hobbs for several years and they never disappoint. Top notch business owner with well trained and courteous techs. I had a last minute installation needed before leaving on a month long RV trip. Got me in and done in a day and a half. Plus checked out the entire suspension and pointed out some future things I might need. RV owners put Hobbs on your list of service providers.

Im on my way to Florida with my motorhome and noticed that the steering wheel is not straight when traveling straight down the hwy. Probably off straight between 5 to 10 degrees. Im not sure if it was misaligned like this before I brought in for the alignment or not. Do you think the alignment could have affected it this way? It seems to drive fine. Thanks for the text.

Amazing! I had snapped my serpentine belt and it was snagged in my alternator and had to leave my car on the side of the road. Not only did they tow my car for a reasonable price, they got my car running like I just bought it. Kyler was amazing and its because of him I will return. Came in on Sunday after the shop was closed and drove 50 minutes to allow me to pick my car up so I could make it to work. Wouldnt let me tip him and told me to leave a review instead and I hope Ive done him justice! Like I said, I will return for all my future needs!

I had an excellent experience all the way around - the staff was courteous, friendly, professional. Reasonable estimate, efficient repair. All good with the brakes and oil changed quickly and efficiently. A potential future issue was pointed out for me to be aware of but not needing repair right now. I really like Hobbs Automotive! Great experience with Hobbs! I have never been to a mechanic shop where all of the staff is so friendly and helpful. I had diagnosed my own issue and called another shop who did not agree with my diagnosis and were unwilling to have a genuine conversation about it. John listened to me attentively, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel more like a friend than a customer. When I dropped my car off a very nice young man gave me a ride back home. They completed my repair in a timely fashion and within the estimated price range I was expecting.Thank you guys for your exceptional service! I will no longer debate where to take my car when an issue arises.

The mechanics at Hobbs are great. They fix what needs to be fixed at a fair price, tell you what might need to be done in the near future, and let you know what doesnt need to be that might have been recommended by another mechanic. If I could give them negative stars I would. The last 3 Times I have been there have been a disaster.Last visit they billed me $700 and did not even fix my vehicle. Called me back later that day and wanted to bill me $2000 more because the part they replaced didnt even fix the problem. Why should I have to pay for there misdiagnosis. I am a service technician on printing equipment and would never treat a customer like that. Avoid these con artists and go elsewhere

They always go a quality job.

Hobbs rotated the tires, made a correction to the brakes and checked the power steering. I expected a larger bill since I anticipated some parts might have to be replaced. Hobbs said that the parts were good and I very much appreciate their honesty. Hobbs emphasizes safety but will recommend only what is actually needed. I always feel safe when driving my 18-year old Ford. Preventive maintenance is worth the expense and taking your car to Hobbs is well worth the investment.

Hobbs provided excellent service. They called me to explain the needed repairs and provided options with quotes. They picked me up when my care was finished and drove me back to the shop. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are great. My car was having issues and I expected the worst. Rather than taking advantage of that expectation, John and crew brought me back down to reality with a thorough diagnosis and a reasonable (and very affordable) approach. Whether my next problem is major or minor, I will not hesitate to bring my cars back to Hobbs.

I would take my car to Hobbs even if they cost twice as much as everyone else, and 9/10 they charge less. They tell you straight, they work WITH you, and will do everything they can to fix your vehicle. Hubby was offered a job. Showed for work next day and was told they changed their mind. He had his own tools, is certified, and wore clean mechanic style clothing...they were judging due to his age.

I came in with a 2006 Toyota Matrix that was making a strange noise. They have a mechanic that knows Toyotas & within seconds he diagnosed the problem. He tested it & explained the issue (which was not anything requiring repair) & I was on my way within 10 min. I offered to pay him, he refused & bid me a safe trip. Excellent service!

Was involved in an accident and Hobbs and the insurance company took care of everything. Estimated time for work to be done was 3 days, Hobbs finished in half the time. My car looked like it was never in an accident. They even took care of additional things they noticed without me having to ask, at no additional charge. They were courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone !

Stopped in to get a standard oil change on my truck. The said no problem and it wouldnt take to long. My fault for not asking the price b 4 I agreed. In a short time it was done. They were nice very professional and said everything check out. The bill came to $65.36 for a standard oil change . Again I should have ask but wouldnt have ever imagined that much. Will go back after I hit the lottery lol

We stopped by here on our way to Pennsylvania. We were hearing funny noises in the car. They got us right in, had a place for us (four kids and three adults!) to sit, figured out the problem and fixed it (lug nuts were loose on all tires! Yikes!), and charged us nothing. They were very kind.
