The staff recommended an all year tire for my SUV so I purchased the full set. I love the tires but they were supposed to repair a piece on my windshield wipers under the car hood but they kept ordering the wrong part. I called an additional 5 times to f/u on the part.....No one ever called me back. I finally gave up on that.

I have become a regular at Lee Adams Tire. They are the only mechanics I take my BMW to and the only ones I took my Mercedes to before I got my BMW. The first time I walked into Lee Adams Tire...right away I got free stuff; free smiles, free courtesy, and sometimes free laughs(smile). Lee Adams Tire staff always conduct themselves in a professional manner. They remind me of doctors the way they examine the situation and sit down with you and explain in detail what is going on with your vehicle, what has to be done to correct the problem, and the most competitive prices for the parts and labor. They have proven themselves to be honest professionals time and time again.

Lee Adams Tires have the greatest staff. They dont try in charge u for work u dont need but fix whatever the problem is and explain what caused the problem. The atmosphere is great while u wait on your vehicle. Lee Adams Tires service is a great place to get ur vehicles work on try them out you want be disappointed. Ive taken my cars to Lee Adams for about seven years now. Ive always been very happy with their work, and if theres been something they couldnt do for a REASONABLE price, theyve sent me to someone who could (once saved me $700 on an exhaust repair). In my book, theyre the best!

They get me in and out. They are always friendly and their crew(staff) have years of experience. Everyone wants second oppinions or tries to find better deals (just to save a few bucks). And usually those better more appealing deals cost in the long haul sometimes thousands. Well I know Ive been told and learned you get what you pay for. They have reasonable prices. And I never get a second opinion. If you want to know the TRUTH about your car. Lee Adams is the first and last opinion I every get. They have all my vehicles needs or wants all in one spot. I would refer them to anyone. Plus my family uses them as well. You dont find old businesses that are still in operation (like this), unless they are doing something RIGHT!

This place is horrible!!! Took my ss impala there to fix a problem just for them to play a guessing game on my car. Charged me 2 different prices on what they “thought” was the problem. Just for me to pick my car up and still have the same issue. Looking towards taking them to court. On top of them losing my engine cover.
