This business went above and beyond my expectations. A mistake was made when installing my windshield and water came inside the car after a heavy rain. They sent a service tech and he noticed the problem right away. He patched until another new windshield arrived. Came to my work and installed. Then they insisted I get a quote for the inside of my car to get totally detailed since water got inside from the rain. I gave them the quote and theyve already sent the check and its prepaid!!You just dont see honest service like that anymore. Auto Glass Connection will be the only place I go whenever I need their services.So nice to see businesses like this still around.

Great experience with Auto Glass Connection. I just left my vehicle in the driveway and my window was replaced when I got home. So easy and a much better price than other quotes I was given to replace it. I will definitely use them again if I have a glass issue.

Glass was done right but they leave techs foot prints in truck. They wanted to come vacum it out but it took a little more than that.

Very friendlywhen I got there. I got to my appointment approx 10 minutes early. Got me right in, and done in less than 40 minutes.

I found unprofessional customer service at the front desk. When asked about the warranty for the windshield which was installed I was told it was for as long as I owned the car. She failed to mention stress cracks are only covered for a year. I only learned this by reading the contract. Please do not take a persons word concerning warranties, read the contract yourself.

Poor workmanship left black dirt on my upholstery and black glue from the glass coming from the inside cabin I bet they wouldn’t leave thier vehicle in this kind of shape extremely disappointed wouldn’t recommend this business had to clean my sticky steering wheel been here 3 times I’ll be contacting Allstate of my experience on my 40k plus vehicle
