Bought my first car here. Great Service and good prices. Got my title on time. Just bought my second car a couple weeks ago. They let me trade in my first car and gave me a good price on it! They put a new engine in ,y new car and even changed the oil after the fist thousand miles! Clean car and Clean title!! LOVE my new ride!

Unfriendly and unpleasant. The other salesman there weren’t even kind enough to greet myself nor my son with so much as a hello! My sons salesman wasn’t any better and he was also very rushy! I advised my son not to purchase the car nor do business here just by how we we were greeted and treated. I wonder how their other customers get treated!? The even bigger issue is that my son was told that he would receive the title for the car that he purchased via mail. Chris told my son that he would send out the title on this past Monday. So when I messaged him to find out he sends me a picture of the Affidavit that my son signed stating that he understood totally dismissing answering the question. Which means he was not being truthful and did not send the title out stating that he has until 6/21/20. He also stated that he knew of no issues with the car! Well that was yet another untruth! I knew he wasn’t being truthful when I asked him! Bad business all around!

Bought a 2008 Yukon from this company. Within two weeks of driving it it was no longer drivable. The motor had a ton of issues. (Estimated around $4000-6000- possibly a new motor). I talked to the owner who offered to have his mechanic look at it. All I wanted was for it to be fixed to be drivable or trade it for something else they had and send this hunk of junk back to auction. The owner and I talked back and forth trying to set up a time to get in with his mechanic. He kept pushing it off until he finally became a ghost. He stopped responding. I would not recommend them at all!! There was another couple that bought a car same day and we’ve kept in touch and they have had nothing but issues as well. I get it, you buy from auction but stand behind your business and be human and help people out.Sad, they seemed like good people. I even offered them help and diapers for a new foster child they had gotten that day.

Was interested in a 2010 Vw Touareg they had for sale. Was looking to buy with cash and being that I was coming from Wisconsin I wanted some more details on the vehicle before I made the 5+ hour drive. Tried talking with a man named Sean, after only getting 3 replies from him He decided to fall off the face of the earth and not get back to me. I then decided to call the dealership directly and was told they would get more pictures and an AutoCheck to me, didn’t hear back so I called the next day. The receptionist said she was checking on it but she would be on vacation so she would forward my info to the manager. A week went passed and they never called back. Over all really frustrating as I was a cash buyer. They made it seem as if I was not someone they really wanted to deal with. Over all, if your local to the area it may be a decent place to check out, but if your looking at any sort of drive to look at a vehicle I would stay away.

BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM, IF YOU HAVE TO!!! THIS LOT IS NOT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU-ACCREDITED, AND THEY SHOWED WHY!!! Notice some of their own people gave them 5 stars...Corporate Fleet Management is just what one would expect of a lot off the beaten path (even though its on a major street). Youre only dealing with one person (Brenda, who is the only one youll see; she claimed that Matt the owner, a person you NEVER see, told her to tell me the vehicle I bought was a good one) and she will casually lie to you about anything related to the vehicle and their service. For starters, she lied about nothing being wrong with the vehicle I purchased, except after I bought it, there were problems with the suspension; a leak in the coolant reservoir; and the rear powertrain. She said she would send me the title when it came in (except she already had in her files) and would send it to me via FedEx (when I told her on a visit to the office that she wouldnt have to FedEx it to me, she said, what?! as if she wasnt going to do no such thing in the first place). She said they bought the vehicle from Adessa Auto Auctions, but the title didnt show they did (I verified this by asking Adessa and they confirmed it wasnt ).When I did bring the suspension problem to Brenda, she looked at me strangely (even though she said that if there was anything wrong with the vehicle, Corporate Fleet Management would work with you, NEVER giving me a clear answer on what that meant), she said she would have to look into this and call me back. On this point, calling me back, she would NEVER return calls as promised and I found myself making many trips to the lot to talk face-to-face, with the lies continuing. The only exception (sort of) was they purchased one of the suspension parts, but not both, as she insisted they would, and didnt offer to put it on. Then she said I should talk to the person that works on Mondays, since Brenda didnt. I go to the lot and this guy steps up to me, without introducing himself; I ask if hes a manager or whatever his title is; he just nods in the affirmative, never giving me a clear answer. He proceeds to tell me about how the resident next door to their lot completely vandalized, damaged and even destroyed vehicles and the office on their lot (which Brenda confirmed there were warning signs the next time I talked to her. She also said the police essentially ignored the resident before he tore up said office and some of the vehicles). This guy, who still didnt introduce himself, kept talking about the damage and (as a look of I DONT CARE AND IM NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO ACCOMODATE YOU ROLLED ACROSS HIS FACE), I tried to get him to focus on my concerns on what I had been dealing with. He came up with all of these excuses: Brenda was forgetful; she didnt call me back because she didnt have anything to tell me (THEY DETERMINED THEY WERENT GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT THE MATTER; SO, ONCE I GOT OFF THE PHONE OR LEFT THE OFFICE, THEYD IGNORED MY COMPLAINTS; ERGO, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS); this guy as well lied to me about calling me back the next day at noon with information about the problems I was finding in the vehicle; he didnt... When I asked him about what was meant about working with me, he, too, didnt answer (I DONT SEE WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT TELLING A CUSTOMER WHAT YOUR LOT WILL AND WILL NOT DO AT THE FRONT END, SO THAT THERE IS A TOTAL UNDERSTANDING, GOOD OR BAD, ETHICAL OR NOT). At the end of the conversation, only after I asked for his name did he give it; allegedly, it is Austin. So, with the exception of the one part they bought (which only after talking to Austin, who said their mechanic had allegedly told Brenda WEEKS EARLIER they would only replace one part, except she NEVER TOLD ME), I had to have done the repairs that Brenda essentially said werent there and that they would work with me to do so...

Definitely wont refer anyone still havent received my title for my Pacifica. Im getting charged late fees from bmv they said they couldnt give another temporary plate even though its there fault i still havent received title also engine going out smh all around bad service i say no stars

Guy lied to me about a truck and sold it out from under me when I arrived at the dealership. I drove 5.5 hours to be disappointed. Then refused to reburst me because of their mistake. Don’t go here, crooks and liers

Not a great experience they sales lady was nice but this place hides the truth bout the cars they are selling and she just acts clueless not to mention it took bout 3 weeks to get my title slowed me down big time on being able to resale the vehicle and cost me money by tying up my money
