Incredible service after the terrible experience of having our car involved in an accident. Very impressed with the professionalism, caring demeanor, and attention to detail. Our car was nearly totaled but it drives as good as it did before our accident.

Such good customer service!Our story: a couple gals and I were on our way to Nashville TN from Muncie IN, traveling down 69 and we noticed a vibration but blamed it on the road - but then we got onto 70 and we KNEW something was wrong. We made our way as safely as we could and managed to get off the Emerson exit (thank Heavens!) and to the gas station - low and behold, the lug nuts were Loose and one was MISSING, that whole tire was working it’s way off. 😱😱 we called AAA but had an 1+ wait and we just thought we were having to sit it out. We Happened to find Williamson Collision Center while searching the area and called and asked for their opinion, could we make it over for them to look at and tighten them? and Donna said, “You stay right there! I’ll send someone over to take a look.” THANK YOU THANK YOU. Billy came and met us and put the car up and tightened the bolts and THEN! went to all the other tires and checked them and found LOOSE BOLTS ON THOSE TOO 😱🤬 He saved us another stop along the way and ensured our safety on our travels. And we are all out of towners - not repeat/regular customers (but surely would if needed) and they didn’t have to go above - but they Did!Amazing! We are so thankful for their attention to taking care of people.
