The experience was extremely pleasant and worry free. Everything was coordinated perfectly for me! I do wish I had more communication throughout the process, however. I travel for work, and other than the call 1 week prior - when I called in for an update... I only received a call when the work was complete. Of course, I was not in-state when that call came. Even so, there was no problem waiting until the following Monday to pick up my car once I returned home. So still, I give 5 stars! Thank you for fixing my vehicle!

This is the second time they had to do this particular SUV and every time it never fails my vehicle looks brand new. You can’t tell someone drove down the side of the SUV or messed up the suspension. I can’t wait until they finish the other one. Thank you!

I was impressed with the response time and follow up with this company. Ben gave me a few options to repair my vehicle and also helped me see a new perspective on finding the least expensive alternative. They were flexible at scheduling me and had my minor work completed within a week of my first call. I appreciate the quality service and will definitely consider them again if I have more repairs needed on my vehicle.

The slowest, worst communication I have ever recieved. Please if you are reading this review, reconsider your options for vehicle repair. This is by far the worst service I have ever had. My car was supposed to be done AT MOST 20 days. It has been 2 months now and I am experiencing severe lack of communication and timing on my vehicles repair. I even had them contact me every week to see how my repairs were coming along and yet I was the only one calling them as they never called me once. Terrible, terrible service.

Paula in customer service is very helpful and considerate to your needs.I definitely would recommend going here for your repairs and painting needs.

I have had service twice now with Speedway and I’ll tell you I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. They give you a warm welcoming , very prompt, and professional. They communicate well and are very considerate to their customers. I even had the pleasure of them dealing with the rental car company so that I was able to conveniently be picked up to purchase my rental car so that I could still go to work and cover my shift. I had to use the shop within 6 months due to a mishap and every time Paula the receptionist had a great attitude and knew her job well. Bruce took me to get the estimate and was also very welcoming. Long overdue review these guys helped me out back in 2020 and killed it. I was so stressed and depressed thinking my car may be messed up beyond repair as it was hit from back really hard throwing the entire back end off and they came threw with reasonable pricing and quality work. I had an amazing experience with Speedway Body Shop! I got in an accident right as the pandemic hit and was referred to them by a friend. I am so glad I brought my car to them they were transparent and timely with their service. Paula and Ben were both always kind and more than happy to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Picked up my car today and it looks and drives like brand new!!

My car was fixed so amazingly that it looked better than when i first bought the car. They do amazing work, yes they are kinda pricy but they know what they’re doing . The front desk lady found out my insurance was trying to charge me a deductible when by law they couldnt because our situation and she called my insurance out on it. VERY HAPPY!! They went above and beyond to get my car fixed perfectly and in the time they promised it would be done!

The receptionist (Paula) is rude and has a very slick tongue with customers. Ive had my car repaired here twice and the work is amazing, but their front desk staff is a major distraction to all of the good work that is done there. Paula is short with customers and acts as if she does not want to be there.

Rude front staff and complete lack of communication

Great customer service. Job done on time. Car looks great. Made sure EVERYTHING was done properly as more damage was found once they started working on the car. Worked out everything with insurance company and made sure it was right. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Our experience at Speedway Body Shop was nothing short of exemplary. The repair was done on time, on budget, and to our complete satisfaction. Paint match was perfect on a 2006 Toyota Sequoia. Kudos to Ben, Bruce, Jim as well as all the other professionals that are employed there.

Excellent service! Great communication between myself and the insurance company. Ben knew what issues to look for beyond the surface damage of my car and how to get the insurance company to cover it. Their warranty speaks for itself as well.

Allstate recommended them after my accident. I was originally told May 2 as a completion date, 29 days out. It then turned into May 4. Then May 5. Then May 6. Then it jumped out to May 11. Altogether, it was 38 days for my car to be fixed. My insurance only paid $20 of my $24 car rental for the first 30 days. After that, I was on my own. I ended up having to pay over $300 for my car rental.I get my car back and the work itself is below average to poor. The back panel sticks out. The front looks equally as bad. But thats not even the worst part.I had a problem with my back tire. As I got in, I noted that the tire icon was activated on the dash. As an experienced driver, I know that sometimes when there are electrical issues or a battery is removed, these sensors sometimes need some road time before they go off. All of my radio station pre-sets were gone, so I assumed that was all it was. After all, I am just leaving the place that spent all that time taking care of my car. Come to find out, my tire was MISSING its pressure sensor. They had my car for 38 days and no one could figure that out. Thanks to them, I had to shell out another $135 to fix that.I was also displeased with the rude customer service I received. The woman with whom I spoke on the phone every time always had a negative tone. If I asked a basic question, she would sigh and answer with an attitude.

Had two cars repaired at SBS both transactions were smooth and painless. The work was very high quality.

Called to ask if they would do some minor touch up work if I did the prep on a high mileage 07 Escape. The receptionist interrupted me and refused in an incredibly rude and condescending way. Its fine if thats not something they want to do, but theyve made sure I wont be bringing in any of my more expensive vehicles either.

They do great work

I had my car visit this body shop per my auto insurance companys recommendation (allstate). My car was not derivable and needed picked up, they were ready to pick it up whenever was best for my schedule, and called me when they were on their way and when they were there. The communication was really nice, they always kept me in the loop. They called when they said they would call, and they were finished with my car when they said it would be finished. The work was done really well, and you could tell they did as much as they could for me (i.e fixing something that wasnt relevant to the crash but including it in my insurance claim anyways). Their work also has a lifetime guarantee with it too. I will be returning here if i have ever have anything else that needs repairing!

Dropped car off for repairs said it would be two weeks it took 2 months very poor customer service I would not recommend this place.

The service was alright until they found out I wasnt going through my insurance and them they started jerking us around. Took my car in to be repaired, they couldnt fix it due to staffing issue and I could leave it there until they were able to get to it or come pick it up and bring it back when they were ready. When I called to let them know I was coming to pick my car up, the lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. I picked my car up and never received a call stating when they could take it. When I called them, I was told I lost my spot in line and I had to schedule another appointment with the next appointment being 3 wks later. The worst service Ive received in a long time.

Front desk is rude and they want to charge 25 dollars to even walk out and look at a car 10 years old.
