Poor service ! The 1st time I attempted to pick up my car the car made a horrible noise. This lead me to believe that the car had not been test driven by the mechanic. The 2nd time I attempted to pick up the car I noticed and pointed out multiple concerns on my poorly repaired vehicle. When I spoke with the manager Ken .the first the he said to me was U had interrupted his lunch. During our convrsation I felt he was not at all concerned about the poor work this company was doing. Take car and check your vehicle thoroughly.

This shop absolutely killed it with the repairs on our vehicle. They repaired some serious front end damage in 5 business days from start to finish. They were also always very professional and gave me great updates whenever I called. I highly recommend them, and could not thank them enough for getting our vehicle fixed as quickly as possible, far exceeding expectations!

Worst service I ever received. Always faced different issues with the car as they did not fixed it properly and took more than 3 months to repair and still had lot of issues. Dyllan was good in customer service but not others and the service was very bad and not ready to help. Overall It was very bad and worst experience for me.

Customer service from what I’m reading is great as long as you are the paying customer. Please avoid using the collision center if an insurance company is paying the bill.Really disappointed with our experience and will be posting this where ever I can do a review on Ray Skillman collision.We used your shop as it was a Nationwide insurance approved shop. It was made clear that no one was concerned at all about customer service throughout the weeks it took for an accident far more minor than most. Rude and uncaring. It was clear that nationwide was the customer not my husband and I. Besides the unacceptable length of time it took and 3 separate dates given that work would be completed there was an issues that wasn’t present before getting hit. A loud noise under the hood and a shaking when going over 50 and when slowing down. Keith couldn’t be bothered when trying to talk to him about it twice.We were told it was unrelated to getting rear ended yet the place that we paid out of pocket to complete the repairs disagreed. After leaving the shop we had to pay an additional $500 elsewhere for repairs so that we could safely drive our vehicle. Very disappointing. I will be telling everyone I can to avoid using your collision shop because your shop doesn’t care about the people who own the cars it is repairing when insurance is paying and I won’t stop posting until something is done to rectify the situation! I will be happy to update my reviews if the situation is made right. In the meantime please beware, this shop was happy to let us drive off the lot with damaged motor mounts to the point that the engine could have fallen out at any time!

These people are amazing and very easy to work with. I took my car into their shop to get my hood fixed after another shop had tried to fix it and failed. They found out what was wrong with my car and had it fixed and back to me within a few days. My sales associate Dylan Souders was an absolute pleasure to work with and a true professional. He kept me informed and had a great attitude. My experience here was perfect and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had my bumper hit twice and took it here for repairs, the bumper didnt match the rest of the car before it was hit the first time. They repainted the bumper and it came out beautifully both times. The paint matches the rest of the car perfectly. I’ll never go anywhere else for repairs. However it’s not perfect. Keith is just about as rude as it gets. He always has about a 1,000lb attitude.

I dropped my car off at this collision center March 11th and I got it back today! I was originally told and promised that my car was a 4-5 day repair and it would be repaired last Friday, however, that was a preliminary estimate! Then, they said my car would be done yesterday by 4:30pm, THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I finally got my car back this morning. The only good thing I have to say is that the collision center did a awesome job on my car, however customer service and the services being done go hand in hand! If I talk about the customer service here, this would be a book! To simplify it, customer service was very poor! The staff in the collision center and auto service department are rude, unprofessional and have low empathy for their customers and their situations! I had paid out of pocket for rental fees. I was told the repairs on my car would be done by March 14, that didnt happen. I had to pay for my rental for another 6 days and it was NOT cheap! Ray Skillman had no empathy for my situation. This company is full of liars! Then they lied about when my insurance company would be coming to look at my car. They told me she would be there the same day that I had dropped my car off and she didnt come until two days later! Ray Skillman is ONLY about doing BUSINESS, getting their COMISSION and/or PAYCHECKS and getting the customer OUT THE DOOR and not about building professional relationships with their customers!!! And for that, I give this company a 1 star! Bad experience here! I felt completely invalidated because they didnt care that I had to pay out of pocket for rental fees and 2, when I got my car back this morning, I told the collision tech how happy I was to get my car and relieved that my car was finally repaired, however, I could tell he wasnt listening to me and what I was saying was going in one ear and out the other! Clearly, what I was saying had no significance to him what-so-ever! He rushed me out of the rental car and into my original car. I just wish that their customer service was as good as their service for my car! I noticed my passenger window rolled up really slow!! My window was NOT like this before!! I took my car back to Ray Skillman. They fixed my window!! A week later, today, the window would go up fast but goes up really slow when it gets closer to the top and the window is NOT aligned because the window tint is not flush against the edge of the door and sunlight shines through where my window is cut. My car is being worked on as I write this review so hopefully they fix the issue!!

Great experience! I was rear ended, so I was referred to them for repairs. From day one they were responsive and let me know when my car would be done. It was pushed back one day, but they let me know up front that was a possibility. Great work and it is guaranteed for the duration of my ownership. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I bought my Mazda from the Westside Mazda location and I’ve been coming for 2 years faithfully for oil changes and other services needed so when I needed a body shop I didn’t give it a second thought when I chose ray skillman.The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. it’s non existent and they only seem to care about the money. My body repair was supposed to be 3 weeks it ended up coming close to 2 MONTHS and the only time I got updates from them was when I called. Every time I called they gave me the run around about why it was taking so long and why they haven’t communicated. My rental reached the 30 day max so I called to see about a courtesy car. They insisted I stay in the rental and that they’d take care of it. 2 more weeks goes by and I see that I am billed for my rental car... Rental car place said they were never contacted and it took me calling ray skillman collision back to get things taken care of. The final straw was them GUARANTEEING my car would be finished on Monday October 14th. i expresses my disappointment and agitation with the lack of communication multiple times and nothing was done. I asked what could they do to make up for this horrible experience and they told me they’d take off 200$... I finally get a call Friday October 25 saying my car is ready. I pick it up and ask if there was anything else they were going to do and the guy acts clueless. I will never spend another dime at ray skillman. Ever. I am very disappointed and agitated with ray skillman Collision.** There are new noises when I drive and they even put my sun visors on backwards. Simple things show they lack of care.

Did a great job fixing my bumper. My one complaint is how long I had to wait to talk to any one. First time I called I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes, the girl who answered was very kind and shared my frustration. And then drop off and pick up I waited 15 minutes in an office just to see a person. .

The best customer service around--they didnt have space until the 25th originally, but because I had expressed that I was anxious about driving around with a busted bumper until then, they squeezed me in. They did a BEAUTIFUL job with my car, it looks practically brand new! Im so grateful I chose Westside, thanks Keith and the team!

As the last person stated, Im wth nationwide also and I have had 3 different dates to when my car was to be done, when it all started I was told it was a 6 day job, they have had my car over a month, very very disappointed, I was hit on Feb 3rd and its now March 8 and I still havnt got a call to pick it up although it was promised today.

They do not repair parts, they only replace them with new ones. Excessively expensive. An abuse.
