My wife and I have been having our cars serviced here for the past 10 years. Always receive prompt and great service. For example, earlier this year I thought my transmission went out and had it towed to Best One of Indy (Glendale location). It turns out it was a CV joint and they had it fixed at a minimal cost in less that 24hrs from the incident. Highly recommended.

Screw in my tire. The store and tech was able to get it repaired within 30 minutes of my arrival. The facility was in good condition and the staff were cordial.

I dropped my car there and waited to ride back to work place for more than one hour, and my work place just 6 minutes away.Before I drop my car , I have called first. I believe it should be better if you can tell me there’s long time to wait for the ride, so I probably would have my co work to pick me up.My car was be able to fixed 5 house later. I would appreciate if could tell me there was long time waiting, so I probably would try somewhere else.I will never go this place anymore.

From the phone call inquiring about pricing, to the time I picked up my car, (Mandy stayed late and waited for me ON A FRIDAY!) the customer service was superb AND their prices were much better I expected! I opened the door for price gauging when I said I wanted them to check out the car, alignment, balancing, whatever it needed to make the car safe for my daughter to drive out of town without worries, they could have easily charged me for unnecessary service that I requested YET DIDN’T!!! We had an issue with my sons tires and spoke with Tyler. He got us in close to closing, same day. There was an issue with my card and he helped us and was super patient , understanding, and helpful. He then called to check on us later regarding a question we had that we all forgot about. He was swamped and working rhe front by himself. Always polite to everyone who walked in or called. Great place to go they took me in without an appointment. Very friendly and a large space to wait and complimentary water and soda. The price was very reasonable for a tire leak. I will buy my tires there when I need them and go back for oil changes.

If you are looking for an oil change service and need full synthetic this is the place. The staff is very nice. If you need other items they will let you know. Also, they are willing to work with you on price matching some items. You should go see them and check it out.

The folx at Best One are the salt of the earth. So friendly, helpful, and skilled. On my most recent trip to Best One, I had a tire that blew with my infant in the car. They were beyond kind and compassionate and helped get us safely into the shop for a quick repair. We were out the door within an hour with two new tires (incredibly reasonably priced). I cant say enough good things about Best One. My husband and I have trusted them with our cars time and time again, and have always had the best experiences. Life long customers here.

I’d been putting off the 100k mile service on my wife’s car because the dealership can be a mortgage payment equaling visit. Went to BestOne for a tire rotation on tires I bought there last year. Service coordinator talked me through what they could do re: a few maintenance things that were due. It was a collaborative, no pressure conversation. I got them done and the car runs great. I always feel good about the way they take care of me.

Had a set of used track tires mounted and balanced on freshly powder coated wheels. One of the tires had a gash on the sidewall and I didnt know it. I brought a new tire to replace the faulty one the next day and they mounted it for free!Prices are lower than other tire places as wheel, overall I would come here again.

Have been here before and like last time they were courteous and fixed the problem even offered a drink Ellie you wait. Very quick very nice. I brought tire in they even washed it put it into my car on a mat to keep car clean .

Friendly, usually pretty quick turnaround, and quality work. Competitive prices on the tires and hazard coverage. One of my vehicles is fitted with low profile tires and Indy potholes eat them for breakfast. The road hazard coverage has saved me more times than I care to count.

Over the years - going back to the Indy Tire days - Ive had a lot of work done by various Best One locations and the experience is always a good one.Most recently I brought in a tire with a hole in the sidewall at about 10 am on a Saturday. I knew going in there was no way to fix the tire. There was no wait before I was helped and they had a suitable tire in stock. Left the tire while they worked on it. They got it done and called be well before their 2 pm closing time. Paid them on the phone and had my son pick up the tire. Thewhole experience was, again, quick, easy and effecient.

Called an hour before close to see if they could repair a flat tire. Great customer service and respect on the phone line and in-person. I was in and out in about 15 minutes max. I would come back again.

I really appreciate that we could communicate by email. Sometimes it is a challenge for me to use my phone and email is better. They always responded quickly. It did not take long to get my car in and fixed. Staff were friendly and the process was easy. The price was comparable to other places I called as well. I will definitely be returning.

The communication from the staff of this shop are top notch. And when one problem arose from another upon discovery at the shop I was met with no sigh or discouragement, but rather eagerness to solve my cars problems to get me safely back out on the road as soon as possible.Quick, efficient, honest, and affordable. Would never bring my car here again. Were having major issues with the car. Loud noises and shimmying. They just told us the tires needed rotated and charges us $60. Continued to have issues and when we took it back they told us the alignment was so off that they couldnt even calculate it, which they didnt even check the first time we told them the car wasnt handling right. After buying all new tires and paying repairs we are continuing to have issues so took it to a different dealer. Now having to pay $2500 for repairs with the axel and bearings all related to the same issue. Not sure why they couldnt diagnose it the first time, not sure they even checked.

I was greeted with a friendly “welcome “ as I entered the building, my questions were answered clearly and quickly, a quote was given without my even having to ask, and my vehicle was serviced as promised while I waited in a comfortable, Covid-safe, waiting area. While waiting I could overhear other customers being treated with the same courtesy and respect. Many appeared to be repeat customers. I will use this service-center again with no hesitation to maintain my car.

So grateful for the guys here! My daughter is a college student down there and both the 62nd street and the 86th street locations have been amazing to work with. Chad and Levi and their BEAST mechanics are honest, fair priced and fantastic communicators. They quoted me 2 days minimum for a pretty significant repair and surprised me by getting parts and knocking it out in one day. Thanks for looking out for my girl and getting her back on the road!

Was having air conditioning problems in the middle of a 90 degree heat wave. Best -One provided a decent estimate to look at my AC System. The customer service was excellent. Been a Best One customer for years now and will never switch. They are honest, friendly and get the job done quickly but more importantly - they get it done right. They never try to sell me on things I don’t need and they are up front with me about when I need to fix things and when I can wait. Jr and Chad helped me on my most recent brake/rotor fix and I walked out a satisfied customer, as per usual with them. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency tire situation and had my 9 month old baby with me in the freezing cold. They were the closest to me and took care of me right away. I had to be at work and they just saved the day in little time. I wasn’t there any longer than 45 minutes. Thank you so much you guys

Also, I was having trouble putting on windshield wiper blades the day before and they put them on for me - they weren’t even bought from their store but still took the time. They went the extra mile! For years I have driven by Best-One of Indy and always noticed the parking lot as well as their 4 bays were full. Now l know why. Operating on appointments, waiting is a minimum. Prices reasonable and work quality excellent. For example, one of my tires kept losing air. We took it in and they saw that our rim was a little out of shape probably causing the problem. They recommended that we make an appointment with a company that comes twice a week (I think) specializing in repairing rims. We were quoted a price and then the technician suggested that we try over inflating the tire to see if that would keep the air in before going to the trouble and expense of repairing the rim. It worked and they did not charge us anything! I also had them change my oil and it was quick. I love supporting local businesses!

28 February 2020: Excellent customer service and great staff. They had a great area for the kids to play in and they were very straight forward about my vehicles wheel alignment. A very good experience. Highly recommended.18 June 2020: Second experience with Best-One solidified the 5 star rating. They are now my primary tire shop. Theyre honest, straight forward, polite, and can explain anything you ask.

They explain what they found during their inspections and explain the parts and cost needed to fix, as well as ask consent before doing so. They are very transparent.
