What a great place to shop! Everybody should shop here. They have everything you could think of for an interesting meal. I was overwhelmed by all the different stuff they have to offer. The people working there were so nice and helpful. Dont let what the place looks like on the outside fool you. Check it out. Bet they have fruits and veggies youve never seen. Awesome place.

Ive never seen so many different kinds of food in one place, my wife loves Kefir and Ive never seen so many varieties in one store! I have one son learning Chinese and another learning Spanish, Ive taken them both to the store to get a feel for the kind of products available from places that speak those languages. Great store!

International grocery store with a seafood counter larger than most with 4 fish mongers there to cut your fish on the spot.The stores aisles are divided into countries and they have well over 20 countries represented.Fresh produce and veggies you cant find elsewhere and beers, wines, and spirits as well! Must check out for the adventurous eater!

Extremely busy and packed/ cluttered, not just because of the variety they offer, but also the amount of patrons shopping as well. Not exactly what I would consider clean either, but definitely found it interesting and unique. It was neat to see all the different culinary cultures, something extraordinary tucked away in the middle of my ordinary. Almost a diamond in the rough.

This International market has it all! I love visiting it and being able to buy everything on my list for special recipes. My family has enjoyed shark meat, octopus, and rabbit and all kinds of authentic Spanish pre made meals from this market. As long as youre open minded youll love the fresh seafood and different types of meat prepackaged, check it out.

Best place to find hard to find items anywhere in the country. I miss it and I’ve moved to Minnesota with less options than that of saraga

So much produce I want to try and amazing seafood, spices, imported foods from so many countries! I got melon from Mexico, Turkish cheese, dumplings from Korea, and I cant wait to go back and try more things! Honestly in addition to the amazing food selection, I enjoyed being surrounded by employees and shoppers from several different continents! (During covid-19, this is the closest I can get to international travel and I love it!)

Most of the time, I come here to make special seafood broils for my friends and family. My grandchildren love seafood and so do I. I love the fish and variety. But I dont like the lines being so long! This is something they need to improve on!

This is possibly the best grocery store in Indianapolis. Located in what I would arguably call the International District, it is home to at least three, quite good counter restaurants. I would very very emphatically recommend getting a chive pancake and the spicy fish soup from Asian Snack. But also, the torta or quesadilla from the Mexican counter, or the pad see-yuu from the Thai counter.They have Korean side dishes, fresh vegetables from all over the planet, fresh fish from any continent you want. Halal food, kosher food, they have Isles according to countries.I go there to get all of my Hungarian, Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Mediterranean ingredients. If you want some stunning hummus, go to the Mediterranean aisle, and get the double sized can of hummus or baba ganoush, that is there. And it is better than any hummus you have had from Whole Foods.This place is fantastic to try new dishes, to get frozen dumplings, to get those strange ingredients that you cant find at regular grocery stores, and also just to have an adventure.Grab some strange noodles, a can of vegetables youre not sure what they are, some Jamaican patties from their freezer section.This place is fantastic!

Everything you need and more. Its as easy as it can be to find what you need given the vast assortment of different options. We have always been able to find every specialty ingredient weve been looking for, and the produce is phenomenal.

Oh wow my friend suggested I go here to grab a quick bite to eat. Well i was so amazed at there meat and Fish selections. Such a wide variety. There Steaks look great like fresh Butchers. Diffrent isle had different ethnic foods in them. Produce was all variety. Even tried the Thai Chicken Satay at the indoor restuarant and a few street tacos. All hit my taste buds correctly. Not on my side of town but will definitely be back.

I actually took my granddaughter, there is a lot of foreign food of all naturalistic. I visit before, inside which I enjoy looking around but the place, stinks. But now my granddaughter told me it doesnt stinks anymoreWow, since the pandemic amazing

I love the selection, but it is a bit overwhelming. As a visitor to Indiana, it was definitely an experience, but I found so many things from around the world, from fresh fish to German chocolates and all varieties of spices, herbs and seasonings... I visit this store every time Im in Indiana just to soak it in!

Great multicultural grocery store,diverse selections but be cautious with meat purchases,they tend to go bad days and maybe weeks before the expiration date.Some rice have bugs crawling in them probably from wherever it got packaged but other than that youd enjoy the multicultural variety thats no available in your basic local supermarkets.

I love this store for the vast variety they have but what is very very frustrating is that a lot of things are not price tagged on the shelf. Additionally I asked two different people (employes) where several different products were, they didnt know, nor go ask someone, where the product was or even if they carried it.

This a must see if traveling to or through Indianapolis. It is a treasure of ethnic delight. Be prepared to be amazed at what your local grocery store is not providing you in their produce, sea food and meat departments.

Oversubscribed place - if you are looking for some international foods, this is one of the best places to find out.... although the prices are somewhat higher than I would have expected.... close to whole foods prices (well a bit less but with quality being lower as well). It is possible that I visited at unfortunate time (Sunday evening) but the inventory was Prewitt low on quite a few items (and some were out of stock).The workers are great and the place seems to be pretty clean, and have a decent selection.......

Weekends are always very busy, and have long lines.Generally no issue, just check expiration dates and take care to review frozen foods. Some things can be close to the expiration for canned and packaged goods. I have come across a few molding items in the freezer in the past. Largest selection of all your needs in one store is great.

I LOVE shopping here. There is everything you can think of. I love cooking all types of delicious food and can almost find it all here. Their meat is also very reasonably priced. The only downside is the long wait lines and some things are expensive. But I dont mind splurging sometimes for imported groceries though!

Really Great Store!!! I like the wonderful variety from many different places. Really like the people there, they are very helpful. The place does have an earthy feel to it, could use a little TLC.

While a little disorganized, the variety of items blew my mind. They have many different cuts of meat, a fair portion of which I have seen nowhere else. They have a good sized fish market with both fresh and frozen. There were so many kinds of dim sum that I had trouble deciding what I wanted to try first. Not to mention that the produce was beautiful and fresh. They even carry my loose leaf tea I normally have to special order, and its cheaper here to boot. I left Saraga seriously wishing I had checked it out much sooner. I will definitely be going back. Well done!

I love shopping here. The variety of foods and international flavors helps really broaden the palate. My only gripe is the cleanliness of the store. Its not dirty, but could do with a little more cleanliness.

Such a fun place to shop, you can get snacks and treats from all over the world. Love taking my kids here to try new things. Its clean and the employees are very helpful.

I want to rate4 4 5 star Impress with selection they have. Tight wslk spacing and overall cleanliness can be improved. Also i think they should improve sorting products on the shelf, i found it was not so organized and not easy to find although they have plenty of stuffs i need.

We live over an hour away and make special trips down to the store. The produce and seafood our fantastic, but the prices of the items are what make the store completely worth the trip

So many countries and cultures represented in this one-of-a-kind shopping experience. There are also a variety of merchants, restaurants, and services inside including Mexican and Chinese restaurants, fine jewelry and accessories, and personal and small business convenience services: tax preparation, insurance, international money transfer, notary public, and other personal & small business support services.

Fish was good and fresh. I had my fish cleaned at the store and it was like being at a costal city.

Could be such a beautiful store if maintained better. Also, always check your items date. Giving it 3 stars because they carry several unique items. Seafood counter staff amazing....best part of this store, however several shelf items past their best by date. Unfortunately, mask wearing seems to be somewhat optional so I will order what I need from elsewhere moving forward. I saw a couple of stock guys with their masks below their nose....seriously? Just take it off if you arent going to wear it right, or actually stop being selfish and wear it correctly. Does the Health Dept care about this sort of thing?

My worst experience today in this place .. i will never go back to this place ,, dirty, disorganized. expensive, the water was in the vegetable area, the employees blocking all the corridors talking with each other if ... as if it were a club or party, and at last a superrrrrrrrrrr slow cashier and did not know anything ... here I already had I had a headache that caused me to enter here .. 2 hours my head ached .. I will never buy here again.

The fruits and vegetables are too expensive. The store has fresh seafood and other items that other grocery stores dont have.

Its my first time at this store. I live almost 2 hrs away, but I was in the area, and decided to check it out. I like the wide variety of produce, especially the African/ Caribbean stuff. They are spacious, not crammed. I love the store. My only problem is: the three staff I encountered was not willing to assist, nor friendly. My coworkers who accompanied me said she noticed staff are rude.

Saraga! All the good foodings! Kimchee, fish sauce, Marie Sharps, noodles of all stripes, all the rice, oxtail, and so many ingredients you have yet to experience.

Saraga has foods that typically arent available in major American chains. From Nigerian to Greek youre sure to find a few things you like. Extensive produce overall you can find good fresh foods here. Only thing is sometimes the lines get VERY long and it can take 40min to get to the cashier. I highly recommend giving this grocer a try!

Theres a wide variety of products from countries around the world. The store really needs more people working in the seafood 🦞 section. The wait is especially long when customers want their fish specially cleaned and cut. Otherwise, its a nice business to have in the city.

I bought a bag of buns three days ago. This is what I got from Saraga. I used to trust this supermarket. Not anymore. Those buns are produced by chi MRI foods co. I cannot locate the exp date even though they said show on the package.

A very good international grocery store. Just be prepared to wait in line at the fish market and ALWAYS at the cashier/checkout.

Most complete international market around. There are aisles of staples for a wide variety of cuisines plus a large selection of produce, meat, and fish.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are a chef or chef adjacent you will LOVE this place, fresh herbs (lots of them) a HUUUGE produce section with SO MANY different options. Sections for a VARIETY of different countries and cultures of foods. The meat and seafood sections are also pretty darn incredible.LOVE LOVE LOVE Saraga!

Watch the prices at checkout. The price was off on something by over 20% and even when showing a photo of the real price in the aisle I got bad attitude from the supervisor
