This was my first visit to The Vitamin Shoppe, after going to 3 different pharmacies looking for the supplement I needed. Admittedly, I didnt look around much but they seem to have a broad selection. David was so very helpful and kind; he answered my questions by phone when I called prior to my visit and then helped me find exactly what I needed when I arrived. The store was clean and nice.

Placed my order last night and its ready as soon as they open and good deals !!

Found what I needed with the help of a very personable young man they have working there.

I love the variety, and quality of the products. Vegan, made in the USA, they have what you need.

I was just in this location & will have to wait until I get back to my home location to restock on my products. Social distancing is still a thing for people & 2 nearly walked right into me. Is it too difficult for the men working to take a few steps & go around? Jerks. To clarify, I was at a Huntsville, AL location & my home location is Greenville, NC (where they are the bomb with all customers, btw).

My go to for all my vitamins. Always stocked in the products I need and buy.Little further than I care to drive but its the only one I have found since relocating to the area.

The Vitamin Shoppe the staff was great! I found alot of what I needed. And they had samples of new products. And a good sale on pre workout.

They have the Saw Palmetta that I take every morning. It contributes to good prostate health. The employee was very helpful , friendly, polite, courteous. I really like & appreciate the service I always have had at Vitamin Shoppe!!

After my visit a couple of days ago, I will not be going back. Because when I walked in the store the joker at the counter spoke and I spoke back. He had a customer that was not buying anything at the time just talking. He leaves him and comes to the back and asks me again, how you doing need any help. I felt like he was profiling me like I was going to steal something. So no, Ill take my money elsewhere

Very helpful and willing to answer any questions you have!! They are also not afraid to tell you what sales they have or how to get the best discount! Most stores I have been to you have to constantly look for the sales or be there at the right time. I am not a person that searches for sales constantly because I do not have the time. So it is nice to have someone who will tell you upfront how to get the best deals!

My first trip here the nice bearded gentleman was very friendly and help. But when I returned a couple days later, the woman at the counter just looked at me and was short and rude with me. I was returning some items and mind you they were unopened; she proceeds to open the packaging destroying her stores products that could be resold(didn’t know that was store policy). I guess she was trying to make sure I didn’t open the products, which anyone could clearly see without messing up the packaging. I maintained my composure because I just refuse to allow her to ruin my mood. I don’t think I’d go back there any more. I’ll just buy my Alkaline water elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. The guy in charge acts like he knows everything and nothing is open for discussion. I absolutely will never go here again.

Chose to get a refund for an item I found cheaper eslwhere and the head guy yells dont forget quality which insulted me. He is like a desperate car salesman. Cashier woman behaves like she is on a plantation. Hate this place!

Go to place for our needs

The guy working was very helpful! Even reassured me my kids werent being too loud (Iknow they were, but he definitely helped relieve my anxiety) I did get a chuckle out of the squatty potty there. Haha watch the youtube video then go buy one from the Vitamin Shoppe. You wont be disappointed!
