Excellent dole whip float and churros. Their Vietnamese coffee is worth trying also! Clean store and fast service!

Its a great place across from the pier but they are grossly under staffed. We went on a Friday before Memorial Day, and there was only one poor guy working the whole store! He was working so hard, I felt bad for him. It was Memorial Day Weekend! Not even the owner was in the store. Some purple in line actually left. We were behind a family who ordered food so there was a long wait. The Churro was good.

A couple years ago we got ice cream at IcecreamTom. Our daughter is allergic to peanuts. She was interested in one of their flavors and we asked the salesperson what the ingredients were. Peanuts or peanut-containing items were not an ingredient. I then explicitly asked her to confirm there were no peanuts. She said there weren’t.My daughter ate a couple bites and bit into peanut butter M&M-type ingredient in the ice cream. She spat it out, rinsed her mouth and the store manager checked the ice cream’s ingredient list. The ice cream DID contain peanut butter! We called 911 and our daughter was taken to the hospital. Fortunately, she didn’t swallow the peanut butter and she was okay. The shop manager behaved appropriately during and after the incident but she was expressly instructed by the owner NOT to provide the shop’s insurance information. We tried to reach the owner via registered letter and via our insurance company. The shop owner was completely unresponsive and, through their unresponsiveness, demonstrated that they don’t take responsibility for mistakes their staff makes and harm they cause their patrons. Be on your guard or - better yet - avoid this place if you or anyone in your party has a life-threatening allergy.

Ice cream is awesome, but your staff with long hair need a hair net. Their hair is falling down even in a ponytail into the ice cream when they serve you.

The churro sandwich was delectable! And it was made fresh right in front of you! The ice cream you could tell was homemade Rocky Road! I highly recommend this place and the owner was super nice too!

I HAD to try the Heart-Shaped Churro! Sooo good!

We came 10 minutes until closing and they ran out of churro for my ice cream, darn it but I still enjoyed the my ice cream! Place was clean, plenty of ice cream flavors. I got taro and mint chocolate chip. The taro was actually good! Usually only Asian places make it good but they do it well here too.

This is is highly recommended! They have a big variation on ice cream and offer also fries, nuggets and some other snacks. We went with ice cream, churros and ton others choices. The churros were fresh made and so delicious.

Was very disappointed in the service. A staff member “Victor” was extremely rude and ruined the experience of what should have been a nice Saturday out. When trying to order simply an ice cream cone for my son and I, Victor seemed upset and impatient, even though we gave our order quickly and clearly. Then when my wife went to order she had a question about one of the items. She asked for an explanation and instead of answering her question, he just made it angrily. She attempted to ask him to explain what the item was first but he just made it and then when she said that wasn’t what she wanted, he just slammed it into the trash can and then ignored her. She said she was trying to talk to him to ask a question but he still ignored her. He then made her wait to pay and and seemed very flustered. She asked for his name but refused to give it. She then asked another employee which gave the “Victor”. Will not be back, good luck if you go.

Excellent the Pineapple Boat but Just one employee on Sunday , Really? He was doing an excellent job but he need more help. Where are the owners ? Surfing ?

The Dole Pineapple Float is my favorite but there is so much to choose from and the location right in front of Huntington Beach Pier is the icing on the ice cream cone

They serve Affogato Espresso Float with sea salt caramel ice cream and not their coffee ice cream. Combination they make was not tasty and not worth the price.

WOW how could you not give 5 stars to a cup of delicious ice cream topped with a fresh churro in the shape of a heart. Hands down best place to get your ice cream fix in the downtown area. My new spot on my walks. Now Im going to gain weight after discovering this spot. Highly recommend!

Went there today with my family and there was one man behind the counter. He got everyone what they wanted in a flash! And the churros. . . Omg, they are better than Disneyland churros! The churro fingers are great for the family. We got ice cream, shakes, and an affogato. All awesome flavors and very decadent.

Churro was overcooked, the ice cream was good, and they didnt offer any water when we asked unless we were willing to pay for a bottle... Not even tap water...Edit: The store manager reached out and let me know that their water machine was broken and discounts were being offered on bottled water because of this. It would have been better if the employees let me know that this was the case (I was never told about a discount), but either way, Ill bump up my review due to managements response.

The ice cream here was so good we went twice on our trip to HB and we brought our entire extended family back the second night. The flavors are really good, taste is excellent, prices reasonable. We would definitely come back here for a treat on our next beach vacation! Theyre located right on PCH and the main street of downtown so its super convenient too. They have a churro ice cream combo thing that my sister got which she loves churros and she seemed happy. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Overall very good experience.
