We really appreciated the lovely woman who works at this location. She was extremely nice and aware. She seemed to be the only staff member for a while.Lots of different options in this store, all very well laid out and signed. We found what we were looking for and just browsed for a while.Well be back!

Great friendly and helpful staff. Tried the Zoa energy drinks with no sugar and will definitely be drinking these from now on. Staff assured me that they didnt have that fake sugar taste and they were right.

I really like Vitamin Shoppe products I go to many locations often.But at this one the night manager is very rude.I would never go back to this store.Very unprofessional, and other employee that was there a couple days ago at night as well has no idea about anything I would ask her.

This is my favorite and Vitamin Shoppe. I have met all their staffs and enjoy speaking to all of them. They are knowledgeable and friendly. The manager is well-versed in the product line and her leadership is demonstrated by how well the staff is trained and how organized the store is.

Easy parking, but the service and product knowledge was lacking; especially, as compared to the SantaAna location at which I usually shop. If I walk into the store, and Im the most knowledgeable person in the store... Im in the wrong store.

I wanted to return a Christmas gift with receipt and was told I couldnt get a refund, only store credit. I was told because the item was used. The item was certainly NOT used. No where was it stated that only store credit is given. In fact the receipt clearly states refund with receipt. I will never shop at Vitamin Shoppe again, and advise others not to as well. Extremely poor customer service. If I could rate lower than 1 star , I would.

Theyre ok I guess. I prefer to go to power nutrition depot in the same plaza next to staples, because the service is better. But they do have a good selection.
