Todays LEGO Free Build event was a success with my son. It is always a pleasant experience when at an event or shopping at this ToysRUs in H.B. Employees are always so helpful & willing to help me or my little guy with a smile & that makes us feel better about spending our $ there.

This is great, like most stores in this chain. Their return policy is really great too, which is so helpful.Some locations will do competitor price matching and some will even accept competitor coupons! Ask a manager if youd like to use one. (example: I used a 20% off bed bath and beyond coupon on a car seat at Toys r Us, since both chains carried the same model, and I had a gift card for Toys r Us I wanted to use). It never hurts to ask!

We always enjoy taking our kids there to look around. While the selection is very good the prices are not quite as competitive as they could be. They also have a nice exclusive versions of specific toys that can only be obtained through Toys R Us.

I went to Toys R Us looking for a specific gift. However because of the Christmas season unfortunately the eye the game I was looking for it was not available. They did have a wide selection of different gifts and gift ideas in fact I found a couple items that I ended up purchasing for other people. Although it was only 2 days or 3 days till Christmas the store was pretty organized. It was still nice and clean and well-maintained. Being this was during the Christmas rush it was surprising that theyve kept the store looking as good as they did. I hope that the Christmas season helps is troubled company for it would be a shame to allow a company like this go by the wayside of a Circuit City.

I really like this Toys-b-Us. Easy to get into and out of with lots of parking and several entrance/exits into said parking. The staff inside has always been helpful and nice. If you have or know kids, you need to know this place.

The only thing this place is discounting is their customer service. 2 out of 3 employees we interacted were rude and displayed an attitude to simple questions. Also they had a big 30% off sign hanging on the front of the entrance and almost all the items we looked at they were only 10% off. We even found items and their proper homes labeled a different price and they did not honor their own price sale on their shelf. I just hope if someone saves Toys R us, that they revamp their management and employees training.

Is this place haunted? my cart rolled away by itself, then some toys hanging near by were swinging and one fell. then it got real cold. it happened in the very back aisle in the science section close to the bathrooms. no big deal, I kept shopping and I love the place i just wanted to share in case anyone has similar experiences. #PagingZakBagans

Deserve zero stars theyre going out of business and from week to week are changing prices higher and taking more off but youre ending up paying more because theyre making the prices of the original almost double than what they are . I wanted to get a trampoline that was five days ago $199 originaly $399 and that was at 50% now its 60% off but now the original price says $649. I got into it with the manager and they would not change it even though I have pictures of the item for five days do not go here they are a ripe off!

This location has been around here for a long time. They have renovated the store and the lot around it as well. Consistently good customer service and helpful employees.

My kids of course love this place. I like it & they seem to have everything you need under one roof. I also compared prices with Amazon B4 I made my purchase there. Big place, good prices & lots of parking

I have shopped here since my son was little, now it’s for my grandkids. The help is fantastic along with the selection. I have always loved Toys R Us. Great place for gifts or over the holidays.....

They have all the toys you could want, but they are closing. Should be great sales for the next couple months.

My daughter loved this store. Its very clean and organize. Very good deals that day.

Good deals but not much quality left. If you are looking for a battery operated car for kids to drive around in, they have some deals on those. Different stores have different merchandise. Remember, all sales are final.

My favorite store in Orange county! Never crowded at all. Makes holiday shopping super comfortable

If you get there when their have clearence you get some good buys. Get in and out quickly staff is helpful also.

My kids love it here! There are toys out to try and play with together and lots of options from every brand to choose from.

Glad this company is still around.I havent been in store for a while my son is Now 27yrs old,and todays visit was for his daughter my grandaughter .It was nice to be there again.

They have everything but the prices are always the most expensive compared to target or walmart. Maby thats why so many are going out of business plus the online market continues to grow. Be more competitive with your pricing Tr US! Bwtter Ride on selection the most places.

Probably one of the better Toys R Us stores in Socal that I have been to. Clean, products that werent found in other LA ToysRus stores, customer service actually A-OK.

Seems as though they are slowly going out of business. Store is very old and run down, prices are high, but the staff are extremely friendly.

Ok, the day I went here, most employees were too busy to help and kept radio-ing someone else to help me. The woman who helped me finally, was patient knowledgable, and if she didnt know something, went above and beyond to get me an answer. If only all the employees were as helpful, there would be 5 stars :) . Multi-tasking is a necessity in retail peoplle, step it up!!

I had 4 different employees ask me if I needed help which is excellent! Wish they were like that all year round.
