Was awesome!!!I forgot my phone in one and their carts and the employee Oscar turned it in, but they couldnt find it so one of the other guys walked me back in and went in the office and found it! Kudos to Costco for being so vigilant and efficient in doing the most to get me my phone back!!! Yippee!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Parking and shopping were both pleasantly civil experiences. Not everything was in stock, but the flowers were fresh, and the store layout was good (items were grouped together well).The yellow peaches were ~3-5 days from being properly ripened, but I doubt many of them will last that long ;) packed with great flavor and so delicious they can be devoured while still crunchy...

I only used the gas station. Other then it being VERY busy. Everything was good. I think everyone who lives in Huntington bch was there getting gas

Got Addicted to weekly trips to Costco. Cheaper gas, food, clothing, beauty and health products, electronics, garden supplies, just love walking around the warehouse.Services are great, pharmacy & optical departments are wonderful to help customers. I have found myself walk into Costco sometimes 3, 4 times a week just to check what they have in for new products. 😁

The best store! At first I thought, it’s too much to make a membership but it was worth. I find everything I need with good quality. Sometimes found cloth and shoes brands with very very good price. But take care if you plan to spend 30$ you will leave with at least 200$ spent.

Costco who doesnt like Costco. Great if you need or want the quantity. Great to be a member all the specials, the gas prices, demos girls, and the pizza and the hot dogs are amazing. I had a slice today pepperoni. I forgot about all my troubles in the world. So So So great. Samantha the demo lady at the Bella Terra store was informative and she was so genuine about here enthusiasm for her product which was tea I just had to by it. Nice work Samantha demo girl. Love Costco forever. Dont mess it up.

Was able to get my frames adjusted expertly. I had messed with them, hot water and fingers. I had done a poor job of it. The woman who helped me did a great job.Thank you very much.

Never been to this Costco before today, but I was really impressed with their staff. The assistant manager was very nice and held an item for me while I drove from Fontana to pick it up with a U-haul. The woman who rang me up was super sweet and they guy who helped me load up my purchase was awsome as well.

Hard to find name brands anymore every thing is Kirkland. When i got my membership they said name brands at great prices! Now all i see is that every thing i see is Kirkland! Thats not why i got my membership! I better off to shop anywhere else! Costco deals are not worth it when you pay high membership fees and every thing there is Kirkland brands! I didnt buy a membership to buy Kirkland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well stocked store. Found the supplements I was looking for and checkout was quick and easy through the the self checkout line, no waiting.

I came to this Costco for air pressure filled up for my car. It was very convenient & easy to follow instructions to do it yourself!

Other than Sunday its a nice place for whole sale product.Sunday is just a busy day.

Walkable from my apartment. Its always super busy here, but the store is well run and operates smoothly with no line for the self checkout usually.

What’s not to like about Costco! I go to Costco because, I know for sure they will always take care of me! Lately, I had an experience, that made me want to write this review and share it. I have problems with my vision and certain disabilities, That makes things difficult for me sometimes. I was able to take back a very large item outside of warranty, then able to Purchase something from them that worked better. Also, I have early onset Cataracts, and their optical department found that, and sent me to my regular doctor and now I have surgery coming up. I can say that I will always spend my money with them rather than going somewhere else.

Always super busy but great service. I love at the self check out if the attendant has a spare second to breathe, sometimes they will anticipate your needs and help you scan in bagels and muffins!

Always love coming here for a quick bite to eat, especially when Star helps us! She is always very friendly, says HI to my kids, and always service with a smile :-) she is absolutely awesome!

Why? Who knows?ALL Costco have a policy of checking receipts to prevent theft AND prevent over charges and items forgotten behind. If you have an issue with their policies be a member elsewhere?Ive been going there for several years - only rude encounters have been other customers not employees.I go out of my way to go to this Costco!

Its Costco. I got a lot of stuff that I will end up using within the next year and there were a lot of people also buying a lot of stuff... That said, the meat is always a great deal here and I have trash bags for months!

Great place to get your groceries. Always busy but you can get gas too as gas pump is just next to it. Parking is in the back of shopping centers so you have to drive through the shopping centers traffic, over all great place to shop

Should I need to tell you how much piece of mind you have when you buy from Costco. They stand behind their products and service.

Great place to shop for your family. Lot of items or products for your daily need. You save on bulky items.

They need to fix the parking situation. They have blocked off some lanes to the entrance and to the gas station which makes the traffic worse than usual. Customer have to circle around for a long time in those awful busy lanes for no reason. This Costco is adjacent to Bella Terra. Now you can access the Costco gas station ONLY through the shopping center which adds to their parking issues.I strongly suggest to the Bella Terra property manager to have a talk with Costco. If Costco wants to make it difficult for their customers to buy gas or enter the store, they should not affect the shopping center customers.

I have battery purchased by my boss who has a membership here but was not present when I had to do the return. The only way to get a new battery is to return the damage battery but my boss has to be there. He sent me just 2 change his battery. I had to get a membership buy a battery return the battery and then return there a membership. Just seems like a hassle unnecessarily formatted.

Gas at Costco lower one vs City of GARCETTI

Costco service is always amazing. The reason I visited the Huntington Beach Costco today was to talk to the DirecTV AT&T TV representative, it was the same representative who was incredibly rude to me yesterday at the Fountain Valley Costco, so I did not talk with her again. I would like to sign up with the benefits of executive membership with AT&T television however the store representative is a major roadblock. Im not happy with her at all, it was the supervisor about 5-1 with dark hair.

It happens some times a credit card falls out of your wallet unnoticed by you, then your home not even missing it, you get that wonderful text from a special Family member who received a text from a Friend who recognized last name on card. Asked if card belongs to someone in there Family? All this gets better because you drive back to Huntington Beach Costco Gas and there is that great employee in the booth with a Friendly smile handing back to you your Credit card!! Hats off to all of you wonderful Honest People! And thank you so much, a good deed for all of us to pay forward if you get the chance.

The store is the average Costco. I just wish there was a better system for the gas line. Maybe adding lights to the pumps like other stores I’ve seen. It’s a small lot so they need to keep things moving.

20201209 - Costco Optical Huntington Beach - 👍👍👍👍👍First time using Costco Optical to fill my prescription..We have always paid lots of money for progressive, photo-gray and others onto the lens through various optometrists. We cant seem to find one that we are happy with the final product. For years we transition from Optometrist to Optometrists..We finally ended up at Peninsula Optometry for a couple of years now. But.. decided to try Costco Optical to fill the lens.I have to say.. I am shocked of the quality.. and I can see much better with much wider range of the lens.. being a progressive lens.The technician didnt have to do much adjusting.. unlike previous experiences at various optometry.. we would spent 20 to 30 min adjusting the legs and nose pieces.. then the lens becomes misaligned.WOW.. Costco Optical was only $200 verses close to $500 else where in the past. Loving it thus far👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Horrible staff, best way to describe their staff overall is MOB rule. Not all the staff, but majority for sure. After being treated like a criminal by the employee working the exit (receipt check) and having my exit blocked by an off duty employee, which then led to a MOB of Costco employees swarming me. What is wrong with you people. Do not shop here. Do not spend your money at any Costco or affiliated companies. Not only do they allow this type of behavior from their staff, but they cover for each other. MOB rule mentality.

They need to do something about the gas line. In clogs up the whole parking lot.

I visited this costco location today and noticed at least two of the members inside the warehouse without nose/mouth covering, one was a man had the mask off while walking and talking on the phone, second a female pushing the shopping cart with two kids in the cart appeared to be enjoy doing that.The self check is convenience but not quite, without hand scanner, customers still have to lift the heavy item(s) to the scanner and put in the checked out tray then the automate will instructs to remove the item to avoid the damaging.Suggest to the management, please have more eyes around the warehouse. I often experienced most staffs are standing by in the front area or two or three gathering.Regards.

Previously I was a Costco hater, and avid Sams Club shopper. Now Sams Club standards seem to be slipping. I shop at Costco again due to their very nice beef selection and the many keto products that they carry. I do wish their app allowed you to scan and pay for your groceries like Sams Club.

Parking sucks! But better than the garden grove one. Next to the theater and other things so get your errands ran, while you wait for showtime lol.

It’s less crowded than Fountain Valley Costco. It’s also far less crowded than Katella Costco, and super less crowded than Garden Grove Costco. It has many merchandise which other Costco nearby don’t have like jacuzzi bathtubs, up stand surf board... Tire department is less crowded than others. I came to Katella Costco for tire rotation where they said to be waited for 5 hours. However with this It’s 3 hours. Staff are really nice especially Mr LAC who always welcome us with big smile whenever we have been there. It’s clean from food court which is located outside to the restroom. Merchandise is well organized. In general we do love this Costco and its staff, and the most is its pizza and he swirl of nonfat yogurt and açaí.

I buy my gas there. Only $3.79 a gallon. 👍

This review is regarding the gas station. Never super busy in the early mornings. Always clean. Prices are also lower than most in the area.

The gas station was pretty packed and made it a bit awkward to enter the parking. Overall a wonderful location, friendly employees, quick service, easy to find what I need and at great prices.

Lots of vehicular traffic, pedestrians be aware! There is a small side parking lot that is a bit further walk, but worth the peace and serenity to get out of the Costco parking lot with a costco gas station. Whoever is the designer didnt think about the traffic pattern

Very unpleasant moment when I finished paying for my items at a self checkout kiosk i took a few steps and a female employee because she did not see me pay for my things stopped and stared at me in a suspicious way so I asked her if there was a problem ? She said well i just saw you pass thru here. Ummm ok I have my dam receipt in hand mind you before you walk out everyone gets their receipt checked, so I told her so you need something you just starring at me. I walked away i honestly feel that I was being profiled because I am Hispanic why didnt she stop the other people who literally just walked thru. I am never coming to this store again.

I went to the tire center and Patric and Chris assisted me on 2 occasions. They were both courteous and very helpful. Chris ordered the 4 Michelin tires and have given precise information. I recommend Costco Tire Center in Huntington Beach anytime!!

Get a good hot dog and a cold drink for a buck 50, then you wont have to shop hungry because when you buying bulk when youre hungry it can lead to very full coverage and freezers. They also have clothing that is the reasonable price and good quality. There are all kinds of things that I will get here its more difficult to say no that it is to say yes
