I highly recommend this LensCrafters!!! I came into the store a few days ago and was helped by Kasey; she is PHENOMENAL. She answered every question I had, helped me find everything I needed, and went absolutely above & beyond with her customer service. I got exactly the contacts I wanted, for a fantastic price, and it could not have been more quick & easy! If you live in Huntington Beach and you wear glasses or contacts, you definitely need to visit this LensCrafters ASAP.

Staff is great! Ive been seing Dr. Tam for years and shes the one that saw the freckle in my eye had changed in size and that it was raised. She sent me to a specialist and from there I was sent to UCLA which diagnosed me with Ocular Melanoma.It was caught in time and with radiation were able to save my eye.Todays visit was to return my prescription sunglasses which just didnt work for me so I was able to find another frame with no problem at all. My visit was rather pleasant.Thank you to the Assistant Manager who helped me!

First ever visit, exam, and evaluation at Lenscrafters (Huntington Beach, CA) prompted by a need to replace old, broken prescription sunglasses plus the retirement of the Ophthalmologist who I had seen for years. Highest compliments and gratitude for top notch personable, professional, very competent and very thorough services provided by Dr. Wendy and by Kasey, the Optician. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs optical services, eyeglasses, contact lenses etc outside of surgical or complex medical treatment.

The customer service was amazing! We had help from Brittany and we couldnt have asked for a better person to help us! She was happy to help, kind, and eager to please! Would definitely come again if I needed help for my glasses!

They do not care for your business. We had to deal with 2 different managers and 4,5 employees. None of them were polite (rude and careless) or professional. They did not try to solve our problem even tho we had to go back and forth for 5,6 times and basically said it is what it is. They sell you protection plan with the glasses like it is the greatest thing ever but wait until you use the protection plan. They treat you like they are giving you glasses for free. A business transaction can not or should not be this annoying.

My uncle was visiting from out of town and needed to get his eyeglass prescription filled. My initial contact with Agnese on the phone answered my primary questions as to type of eyewear available and what could be accomplished the same day. We visited the Bella Terra location and Agnese was able to assist us right away. She communicated my uncle’s needs to Cristian (the eyewear advisor) so that when he came out to assist us he was fully up to speed on what my uncle desired. He was very professional in explaining the eyewear options and features as well as pricing different styles. He was also to quickly assess my uncle’s vision insurance and work that into the pricing. The glasses were ready within a couple of hours and Agnese made sure they provided a proper fit. I was very impressed all around with the customer service and professionalism in explaining the eyewear and ensuring the best options were made available. A great experience overall.

I rated one star because it wouldn’t let me post without giving a star. Let me tell you about my visit to LensCrafters Bella Terra, I Stood at desk for no joke 10 mins and no one asked to help me. The carpet is disgusting, stains all over the showroom.. I was finally seated to be helped, and the young lady who was helping me kept stopping to help other people soooo I was never really helped with my order I ended up leaving out of frustration

I am a long time customer of this store. It has been a little while since I have been in to the store, but I wanted to write because of how much better my life has been since my last visit. My prescription changed over the past two years , and I really didnt notice it so much from wearing the same glasses day in and day out. Well, I have been wearing my new 2 pairs and I really love them. Sar and Dr. Hauser nailed it. The crisp clarity of regained sight makes me more proficient, and allows me clear, crisp eyesight. I was dreading going to the eye doctor, because I’ve been pretty bad with wearing my glasses at times (so yes I just squint) hahahaha.Anyways. I took a day off to get my eyes checked. I was able to get an appointment right away! I checked in and everyone was so friendly!!! Yvonne, Christian, Sar, Dr. Lieu, and Daniel were all so nice and patient. I hate the eye puff machine, yvonne was so encouraging and patient. Dr. Lieu answered all of my questions and was so kind. Poor poor Daniel had to watch me make jokes and fail at putting on contacts ahahahah. He was so patient, non-judgmental, and so nice!Sar and Christian were so patient when I tried on a thousand frames lol.Christian reminded me I was part of their emails, so I checked for discounts in my email.I was in and out quite fast!!! Come here! They’re friendly, fast, and efficient.

We’ve been going to the Bella Terra LensCrafters for the last five years now. The selection is very good. Their service is top notch (much better than other LensCrafters and other opticians we’ve been to). Perhaps more importantly, the doctors at this particular LensCrafters are really, really excellent.True, they are a bit more expensive. But for quality and service (as well as a truly no-hassle extended warranty—I just got my $900 mirrored Ray Ban bifocal sunglasses replaced for $50 with no questions asked), the Bella Terra LensCrafters is exceptional. Highly recommended!

Mark was super helpful and he made me feel comfortable. I get really nervous walking into new places and him and Brittany totally eased my anxiety. Definitely will be coming back for all my ocular needs👓

They were very friendly! They got us in immediately for an appointment and when we arrived they got us right in for our exams. The exams were a lot quicker than any office I have ever been to, seemed much more efficient and used great, up-to-date technology! We didnt even have to get our eyes dilated! Everyone who helped us, from our first phone call til we left, was amazing! We also felt very safe in their handling of Covid 19! Each person trying on glasses set those glasses in a tray, NOT to be returned to the shelf until they were sanitized! Masks required! Sanitizer available and they sanitized everything we used before use. I got my glasses the next day and I adore them! My husband gets his in a few days! Brittany was amazing in helping me because I had to refund part of our order and put it on an HRA account which because I forgot when we initially paid, that took a lot of time and they were very busy but she was very patient, willing and kind! We will definitely be returning!

They all also followed Covid guidelines by staying six feet apart, wearing masks, and keeping all equipment clean.
