I needed three masking tapes with special color and size. The other stores didnt have enough, but I could find that this one has. So I ordered online and went to pick up. It was convenient and easy. I stopped by and could pick up very quickly. Clean and well managed store.

I was so happy to find the items I needed. But when I got to the register the prices where more than the tag on the shelf. The items had been stocked in the wrong location. I ended up not buying them. Will order on Amazon.

Janay at the Yorktown location worked so hard to help me figure out why my emails weren’t going thru. Finally after I made a trip to Verizon, we got the printing completed. Janay was wonderful!

Ive always had a great experience at Staples, especially in the printing department. Nicky is on top of things.I did have one weird encounter with a snooty Anglo Saxon HB high school girl that said, let me see if your credit card goes through on a Saturday morning as I was purchasing a high price item. ! I ignored it!Everyone else has been great and I go to staples at least once a week for all business purchases and printing.

Left sensitive documents to be copied at 5:00 p.m. on Monday and they were not finished by 9:00 p.m. as promised. They were unable to locate the order on Tuesday. It was finally located today Wednesday and supposedly ready for pick-up.

Ignore the naysayers and grumps! Staples is fine! Love Nikki & Angel in the Copy Center, they always go the extra mile to make sure everything is right! Never had any bad service whatsoever. Worse maybe is the checkout line got a little long but they try to keep an eye on that. Ive been to other Staples, Office Maxs and Office Depots and the Staples HB is the best!
