EPIC WASTE OF TIME!Tried returning a brand new iPhone that was purchased days ago.3 employees including the manager were unable to figure out how to return the phone in their system.I wasted 40 minutes waiting only to have to leave for work with the issue unresolved and now having to go back again another day to waste more time.Amazing work T-Mobile 🤦‍♂️

Update 3/13/2020: The regional manager responded to my email reply and invited me to talk to her over the phone. It was a very pleasant conversation where she assured me that she took my complaint seriously and will do whatever necessary to make sure that customers in the future don’t experience the same bad experience I had. In addition she’s even open to opportunities such as having appointments or call in to place your name in the line so you know you’ll be waited on a more timely fashion. I will try this store again in the future when need help and see if they’ve improved. So in the meantime I’ve raised my rating from one star to three with the hopethat eventually I will make it a five star rating.Note 3/12/20: I posted the review below around October 2017. About five months later I just got a response from T-Mobile saying they want to “make this right” I emailed them as they requested.Original Posting 10/2019: As I am standing in the store, waiting to be served, am I’m told it’s going to be another maybe up to a half hour, after I’ve already waited 30 minutes (Initially they told me the wait would be around 15 minutes).The service here is really poor and some of the people are also rude. After waiting this much time, they’re saying I’m welcome to come back another day. In addition, after waiting for a half hour, somebody walks in and they say it’ll be 20 minutes for her and another half hour for me I told him that doesn’t make sense. I can only warn the other customer to not count on their estimates. She left.During this wait, one of the salesmen, who looked like he was available to help, said there was two customers still ahead of me, after waiting a half hour. After that he went to the back and has disappeared for about the last 20 minutes. I highly recommend trying a different store, other than this one (if you are stuck with T-Mobile)I work for a fairly large company that indirectly manages hundreds of mobile devices, so I am stuck with this business account, but I personally have had Verizon for many years. With what bad experiences I’ve had in a few stores as well as the customer service, I doubt if I would ever want to change over to T-Mobile myself. I would estimate I have spent five hours trying to resolve an issue that probably should’ve taken 15 minutes. In as much is I can influence the decision for our company mobile units, I would also guide them to stay away from T-Mobile, as well.

My daughter and I went to this store after work a couple days ago and had Jessica helping us both upgrade our phones. She took her time and walked us through everything and helped set up my phone. She was amazing and very helpful. I really appreciated her help and she didn’t make us feel rushed as some other stores do. Thank you Jessica :)

This store is actually a very good store to go to. They are able to help me out and get me what I need. They are friendly and are always asking if there is anything else they can help me out with. Dont let one unsatisfied customer keep you from coming in and checking out the store. They have their phones displayed in a way that always gets me to look at all the phones and they know a lot about the phones they are selling. The stores I have gone to in the past were not nearly as nice and the employees were not as knowledgeable as they should have been about the phones. Very good customer service and I am not kidding on this at all. I hope you can enjoy the same experience I have when you come in.

This place is what it is. The T-Mobile web site sucks, it always has. It is geared to opening a new account, not for changes. Fortunately the call center isnt hard to get a hold of... However, you cant touch and feel phones on the phone. So every year or so I come to this store.The great thing is that the store is tucked away far from Wal-Mart, so parking is not a problem.In the past it has had a high turnover. While I dont come often, when I need to, I usually end up coming a few times in a row. In the past I have never seen the same person twice except once when I returned the next day. Today I was surprised to see a face from a year ago! Maybe T-Mobile decided to pay better?In general, the employees only know the script they have been given. Frankly most arent more knowledgeable than a FAQ on the web site. Sometimes they know less! But that is hit and miss, sometimes you get really lucky.My advice is to treat them like any other store, the training is probably geared to sell, sell, sell. They may not be fully informed but they always appear to be doing the best they can to help you. If there is something free they always ask even if you didnt notice the tiny display in a back corner.For good customer service on the part of the employees, they are 5 stars.For overpriced accessories and inconsistent employee training, I have to take away a star.

30 minutes its all it took for my service needs! I walked in here on my lunch break around 3 oclock, yeah i know late lunch, lol. Got acknowledge right away and was told someone would be with me momentary [10 minutes later] I was speaking and being help by Edith. Great gal, she help me with the purchase and activation of my daughters new iphone XR. Everything was a breeze in and out under 30 minutes on a lunch hour, that is unheard of! I will admit I knew exactly what I was going in there for and did my research on; who, what, where, when, why and some times how! Thank you T-mobile staff and thank you Edith, you were a kind person with a positive attitude.

The store manager, Justin Thompson, is an idiot. I purchased a brand new Galaxy 4 and received feedback from callers that my phone had a echo. I brought it in for replacement within the 14 day period. The cover was blocking the speaker so we removed the cover. I left and still received feedback from callers with the same issue. I brought it back again and was told to bring back the box and receipt for an exchange. I came back with the receipt and box but Justin told me hes not exchanging it unless their test machine shows a problem. I told him this was the 3td time here in 14 days and a waste of my time , that I had better things to do with my time and that I didnt want to be here. He told me he didnt want to be there sometimes either. Why this clown is a manager is beyond me. There seems to be nicer personnel working there that should replace this moron.

I will recommend this T-Mobile and ask for luis he was really helpful he explained the offer they have for a family bundle. He offered me the buy one iPhone X’s Max and get one for free I got 3 lines one for my wife and son and me he was very helpful and also got us Netflix for free with setting up a new family bundle. Great customer service thank you luis your killing it.

First thing I said to the walmart tmobile greeting when I walked into the store was a very specific question and I indicated that I did not wish to waste any time. So he wasted my time. I had questions regarding signal strength on a Note 3 that I had purchased online from T-Mobile. Tyler spent a considerable amount of time demonstrating and explaining the comparative signal strengths on three different phones under GSM and LTE.Considering my phone wasnt purchased from their store, he was very generous with both his time and considerable knowledge.

This is the worst cell phone store in Southern California. They will lie to your face to make a few extra bucks. I Terminated my contract two years after signing it because of the horrid excuse of customer service they provide. Of course they said they would be charging early termination fee because two months after initially signing I brought in my own phone (purchased elsewhere) to be made the primary phone on my account. They charged me $200. 5 years later while applying for a loan I find out my credit has been ruined thanks to them. Not once did they ever try to contact me or try and resolve this issue. Pure trash.

I didnt even want to give this place a star but I had to otherwise I wouldnt be able to write a review. Tiffany sold me 2 Galaxies S8+ last Sat, Sept 16. And I was told by her that Ill receive a complementary Samsung 360 degree camera since I purchase these 2 cellphones. Consequently, I tried to registered through the Samsung Shop app as I was told and unfortunately I couldnt get them through the app. Therefore, I called Samsung 4 times and they kept transferring me through different departments. I was on the phone for about 4 hrs total for 3 days trying to get my camera, so at the end they told me that T-Mobile lied to me. That this camera it only applies when you purchase the Note 8 not the S8+. So, I called t-mobile customer Service and they blame on Samsung. Also, I went to the store to talk to Tiffany to let her know that she lied to me and of course she blames Samsung when she shouldnt toll me that in the first place. Very unethical and unprofessional! Dont fall in this trap folks be careful. In addition, one of times that I called T-mobile store in HB Robert talked to me in a loud and not friendly tone, not even realizing that I was completely clear of what he was talking about.

The employees there doesnt know what they are talking about. They dont know their products. They mislead and lied.My husband I was there in early Feb 2016, Alex Pereida was helping us with decision to switch from other carrier or not. During our long conversations, we emphasized our concerned of bad reception in our area in the past. He assured my husband that T Mobile has improved and should have no problem. He then go ahead and process the order WITHOUT WARNING there is no refund with Prepaid Card even if the SIM card dont work. He proceed asking my husband to sign the credit card panel WITHOUT STATING he is signing the terms and conditions other than signing the credit card payment. We decided to cancel the order immediately after I ask what if the prepaid dont work in our area. Alex holding to the Prepaid Card and document pretty much said too bad you already sign for it. My husband disagree as we didnt get the chance to touch the Prepaid Card and TMobile refused to make any refund. Alex and the then store manager, Joshua Gerard, refused to refund us. We called our credit card company to dispute the charge. We then left without anything, not even the prepaid card as Joshua agrees the refund then be settled through our credit card company since their machine cant (or they dont want to do the refund).Today, March, 2nd, few weeks later, credit card company needed a document proof we did not pick up the prepaid card as we stated. I then went to the store to request for a proof. Austin, who was there when the incident happened witness and checked the computer verified we did not pick up the prepaid card but the store manager, Justin Thompson, a superior of Joshua declined to provide any document to proof we didnt pick up the prepaid card though he said the computer record indicated so. He insisted to resolve the problem by offering me to pick up the prepaid card we paid for since he has no authorization from T Moblie to make any refund. I asked what is he doing in T Mobile store acting as store manager... You see, they lie to their teeth. Anyway, after an hour of trying to get a proof to my credit card company for refund turns out to be a failure, I gave in to accepting the prepaid card. I was told the $50 prepaid card allows me to Free call/txt/data in US, Canada, and Mexico. I was even Reassured by Justin Thompson that it is Free to Txt/Data overseas including Europe & Asia. I went back to the office and re read the fine print and it does not match what Justin said. The Prepaid Card wont work overseas, only the month to month family plan works. Thats why I say T Mobile staffs in this store do not know what they are saying. They cant represent TMobile to make right decision to do best customer service. I dont know what they are there for except getting pay by TMobile and scares people away from TMobile in doing business future business with TMobile. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this store nor dealing with TMobile.

I walked in with two unlocked off contract from at&t iPhones and walked out with a smile. Luis swapped out the sims and set up the account in under twenty minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He even called me later on the same day to clarify some information I supplied and tell what to expect with the switch over process. After the T-Mobile account was activated I had an issue with texts. The phones would not send or receive texts - common problem w/iPhones from att. I phoned customer service and there was an easy fix. All good. Everything works and great service AND I will be saving $40+ per month. No more auction block for me.
