I brought $200 cash and was very excited to order from Omaha here in Huntington! I had no idea there was a store!I arrived, but had to walk back to my car , as they have a sign posting a mandatory mask ordinance for the store. Ok. So, I put my mask on...and was happily telling the girl how excited I was to be able to walk in and not have to order on line ...but was interrupted by her, yeah....yeah ok. It was clear she wasnt listening , so I paused. In a stern tone she said, pull your mask above your nose. No please, no acknowledgment of my kind words, just a cold stare. I was so taken aback by her rudeness, that I just said, ok...never mind. Thank you....and walked back to my car. Sad she felt a need to be so cold and rude. Wont be going back to receive that kind of undeserved treatment ever again. I found a local butcher shop on Warner and was happy with their prices and their awesome , warm customer service.Omaha, you made a huge mis-STEAK.

So the Filet Mignon taste a little good. But the amount that I got was a little short. Okay so I was supposed to get 8 (5oz) but one box was a little short on the scale. But if your looking at it. It looks amazing. Its not a USDA Choice of steak. But you cant go wrong with them. Just make sure to check all your products on a scale.

First of all, good steaks should never be frozen! Second…and I’ve tried three deliveries…the steaks are small and not very well marbled. I know I could pay a cheaper price and get a better steak at my local market. I will never order again!

Not the best steak and expensive for the cut.Go to a real butcher and get a better selection and fresh ground chuck.Support local shops not corporate stores.

This company is sponsoring bagged ad bundles which are thrown indiscriminately throughout our neighborhood. Often they are lazily tossed in street gutters, streets and sidewalks where they sit until the next rain washes them out to our waterways. Tried to call from CA to make two orders to send to MN to two address and had great difficulty understanding person, gave multiple clear directions as to what I wanted...then after asking her to talk slower (english was obvious 2nd language) she took my first order ..finally... and then disconnected! She had my phone number and did not call back after spending nearly 10 min...I called her number back and no answer..finally call main number and got SCOTT who was clear speaking, efficient and kind. Otherwise i would have NEVER called in another order ever. 7/30/21 5:00PM pacific time

We have ordered several items and it has all been really good. We had the bacon wrapped filets with their seasoning. It was really good. We have had the burgers too and those were good. So far so good. We have a freezer full so we’ll see how the rest is.

We purchased one of their special offerings of steaks, hamburgers, chicken breast, baked potatoes and 4 apple tarts. It was such a great deal, we send one to our cousin, who was sick in bed. The sales stuff was extremely helpful and told us a little about the history of where the meat comes from and how well the animals are raised and fed. Everybody loved the food and dessert. One cannot buy better meat than that. The chicken breasts we marinated in Zesty salad dressing over night and put on the grill. It was the best chicken we have had. We will be repeat customers.

More convenient than ordering online.

I received a nice package with a huge variety for my birthday - the food is overly seasoned and very peppery - chicken fried steak very peppery - baby back ribs - way over seasoned - not sure what I was expecting but this is not quality to me

I recieved an assortment of steaks etc as a christmas gift and I am highly disappointed. The flavor is off and I think the reason bacon is wrapped around it is to camouflage the off flavor. What the commercial shows is not what you get. For the size of the steaks you would think they would have amazing flavor. Im also wondering if these are grass fed grass finished steaks...I doubt it and for the price they should be. The coloring also looks off. I love my steaks and I usually get costco prime meat which is 100 percent better. I couldnt bring myself to finish. I had the beef tenderloin steaks and top sirloin. Definitly not the finest steaks money can buy. Now I have to tell the person who gave this gift to me that it was a rip off and they shouldnt buy these again. How do I do that...hmmI will try to contact them see if they can credit the person who gave to me credit card.

I purchased 4 flat iron steaks and recieved 4 apple tarts due to this being my first visit. The steaks were individually shrink wrapped. Nearly all the fat is trimmed prior to packaging as a result there is no marbling on the steak whatsoever. The apple tarts turned out nicely. I was happy with the service and the product.

Part of my order did not ship out and they would not send it out. Instead they gave me a $25 gift card so I could buy the item again but the shipping cost is $20. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from them again so I won’t be using the gift card. Poor customer service.

Small little store tucked into the side of five-points plaza, but great product, and you dont have to wait for shipping if you have an event. Does not always honor the web or mail coupons, but will build you an equivalent package.
