Take this review to heart coming from a ridesharing driver doing 5000 miles per month. They have the best prices on synthetic oil changes which includes rotation of your tires, and they always let me know if there are issues with my tires which helps me get get highest mpg.They are fair, knowledgeable, skillful, nice people, not in it for the money - but for your long-term business, and fast! I have a mechanic specifically for hybrids, but when it comes to tires and oil changes, tire rotations, and any issues pertaining to your steering system, they cant be beat. That said, I prefer you go elsewhere so it doesnt get too busy.

This place is as disorganized as possible. If you value your time, youd better choose another option. I called in the morning and ordered an appointment. I explained to the guy on the phone that I needed to change the oil, but I would like to reapply as late as possible. He appointed me for 4 pm without any problems. According to him, this is the latest time for which they appoint. I adjusted my work schedule, postponed a couple of essential things, and arrived for an oil change at the appointed time. And I was very much surprised when the receptionist told me that they could not accept me. When asked why it happened and why they did not call and informed the client that this time is occupied only, I did not receive a clear answer.Other clients who arrived at the appointed time found themselves in the same situation.As a result, the desire to save $ 10 led to spending several times more, wasting my time. Plus a bad mood. For myself, I concluded not to return to this place. Also, I can recommend this place only to people who want to spend time without getting results.

Definitely recommend you NOT to go there. I went there to get an oil change I was told that it was going to be $25 since I provided my own oil. Oil filters cost $3 k&g charges $7 for the filter $5 for a waste fee so besides me paying $25 like I was told I would I got charged around 30 something dollars

This is our second bad experience with them.First we brought our Jeep in to get an alignment done. When we got it back it shook and pulled even worse than before. We took it down the street to America’s tires. They stated the whoever has balanced and put the weights on our tires didn’t do it right. So we paid for a service for nothing.Second incident: decided to give them another shot, mistake. We brought them our shocks. Checked with the guy asked if everything was good he stated yes and checked us in. Then, as the shop is about to close and the truck had been there for four hours we decided to call. They let us know that it was the wrong part and we still had to pay $80 for their time. Even though we verified the part before leaving.The guys story changed about 4 times. They tried calling and the call wouldn’t go through. They had our whole suspension and everything off...but then they didn’t have the key so they couldn’t actually do it. Then the guy tried to pawn it off on the mechanic in the back. Which was BS because we didn’t speak with him when we checked in...that’s chicken sh*t. Then said he doesn’t manage up front and doing the calling even though he was upfront when we arrived and called in.Just really bad service again.

This is my 3rd time here and the service is top of the line. They do what they say and the prices are very reasonable. Last time I was here, they told me that my inside CV boot had busted a seal. Had they not seen that has part of a basic visual inspection at the same time as changing my oil, I would have never known until the joint had been damaged. Because of what they did, I was able to take the car to the dealership under warranty and get it fixed and no damage was done. Thank you KNG Automotive!

Took my Honda Pilot here for a timing belt change and a few other things needed replacing. We left happy, then my serpentine belt snapped while driving, scary. I had the car towed back here and was quite upset because I thought they had fixed it wrong, but it turns out this was a manufacturing recall which the car never had replaced. After a long conversation with Bart about our situation and the Unexpected additional costs he helped us out. I should mention that he was extremely courteous the entire time on the phone which I’m sure was frustrating.Long story short. They’re good people here and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks BART!

First time here but very helpful, friendly, seemed pretty straight and up front. Will def be checking them out if I need anymore work performed on my vehicle!Edit: Ive changed my review because they did my alignment but didnt fix it. I called to let them know and brought it back in a 2nd time, so they took care of the alignment again for free. However it STILL isnt aligned. Customer service was great and the employees were friendly, quick and professional. Hence 2 stars and not 1. However the service I paid for wasnt completed properly, not even on a 2nd attempt.

Under the new management this place is phenomenal. George Lowe is a man of integrity and has always had my back. I come to him with multiple cars and the service is always clear, concise, and beyond satisfaction. I know that these guys look out for me and my family when they take care of my cars. The professionalism is the reason to come here, but youll returned because of the personal service that is unique to each individual.

Amazing experience, second time going there first was for wheel alignment and now tire rim replacement with sensors. They were very persistent to get the work done and went above and beyond to work effectively. They were patient, kind, and even gave us a loaner. The staff was super sweet and accommodating and work with you.

My car was damaged during a routine oil change and tire alignment. After leaving this location I drove a 40 minute round trip and my oil pressure light came on accompanied by a rattling sound from the engine. I took the vehicle back to the shop for further analysis the next day. Advanced Car Care returned my vehicle to me declaring they had changed the oil again and the warning lights from the engine turned off. The next day I drove a very short distance and my VSC warning light, check engine light and oil pressure warning light all came on and the rattle sound from the engine was now more profound. I took my vehicle to the Toyota dealer who discovered that Goodyear Advanced Car Care had damaged the metal oil baffle cover, broke the oil filter housing by using the wrong filter and used the wrong oil in the engine. The repair cost me $459 plus a rental car and transportation costs to and from the dealer and rental agency. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. Oil changes are routine maintenance but care should still be taken vehicle to vehicle as not all have the same requirements. As a professional vehicle service center the staff should be aware of this and take all the proper precautions when doing even routine work. I would never recommend to anyone to use this service center.

I made an 11:00Azm appointment, they pulled the car in at 11:00AM. Synthetic oil change & 4 wheel alighnment for $85.00 dollars. Good covid 19 protocols. I sat at the table outside.

I came in for an alignment this on a tuesday morning . I felt that I wasn’t treated as I should of . The guy in the front doesn’t have any type of customer service. That’s just the beginning. They knew my car had an IID(ignition interlock device) so they let my car get in a lockout and that cost me over $100 . Plus now my steering wheel is not even aligned. It goes sideways when I try to make it straight.Update: this place is the worst place to go ! Don’t waste your time . The owner is accusing me of being drunk lol. Is That’s the best excuse you got ? How would I gotten my car there in the first place ! And I payed with a Groupon! Nothing is free in life . So you guys need to do your job right . Worst staff I ever met! Spend your money elsewhere. Very personable, wants his customers to be happy and comfortable. I even forgot my sweater & he called me to let me know so I could come back and pick it up. This is the 1st time in a long time Ive felt good about my car servicing.

We got a groupon offer and once we got to this place, they told us it will cost more so we decided to get it changed at Valvoline because it’s cheaper and faster. They redeemed our voucher and although we didn’t proceed with the service, they said they will refund our money but it was never refunded. Very disappointed.

Shady, fearmongering mechanics. Came in for a standard oil change, after the other Goodyear tried to upsell me on an oil pan. They did the oil change, and then claimed I have a head gasket leak and my car absolutely will catch on fire if I try to drive it cross country. Repair is $550. Asked him to repeat what he said to my father on my phone-- suddenly unwilling to repeat the bit about catching on fire, and dropped the price of the necessary repair to $400. I left and drove 3,000 miles without any issues and my car certainly did NOT catch on fire. Just ridiculous. I wont be giving any Goodyear location my business ever again.

The guy who took care of me did great customer service. He did a 4 wheel alignment on my vehicle without having an appointment. He just didnt call when my vehicle was ready to pick up. I just popped back in and was thankfully ready. I would come back again.

Ive been coming here with both my vehicles that were purchased in 2015 - absolutely phenomenal service but the recent changes have made for some awkward interactions... you can tell there is a bit of tension in the pricing - I called 2x this week to be quoted 2 different prices (both not too far off though), only to come in and be told a completely off number. Sadly, it is the second time this has happened in the last two visits and it may be my last. I believe they are very good, they have solid integrity (that will suck to lose), but they are missing communication to the consumer. Dont stress things. Dont bate and switch. Get back to being honest, simple, and reliable - the little things matter!!! Thanks for almost 5 great years!

Found on groupon, called to check availability, was told not to purchase Groupon, theyd honor in store, so I went in for a $16 for a oil change! Thought it was a great value. But by the time they added waste feee of $5 and extra oil of $5, it was not a deal at all. I was told they had to make up for the sale cost somehow... wow, really? Anyway, it was quick and the tech was decent. Advisor was quick and pretty dismissive.**Chances are a 10 cent diamond isnt a worth a dime!**

Owner called and fix the situation. I give him a big respect for doing that. So Ill be doing all my cars maintenance here again
