If I could give him a zero star I would. I paid $360 for him to fix my car and he didn’t and when I took it back to him he said well something else went wrong I need to spend another $400. Total rip off!!! Bad customer service, go somewhere else.

I have been going to Master Mechanix for almost 10 years now. They are reliable, fast, honest, and some of the friendliest people. I dont even live close to this shop anymore and I will only take my car here. They are the absolute best!!!

Believe the negative reviews on Yelp. $125 to tell me theres a hole in my gas tank (very clear from the outside - no need to remove any parts or open the hood to see). Never said there would be a diagnostic charge and he would call me before any charges occurred. He encouraged me to write a review because apparently $125 is more important to him than gaining a new customer.In response to the comment: my issue is with the lac of communication. If you stated it would be $125 just to look at my car, I would have gone somewhere else.

They do great work and are trustworthy. So far I’ve had a transmission and a transfer case rebuilt on a ‘73 Bronco, plus other work. Harry the owner is very nice and truly cares about every vehicle that goes in his shop.

Id give them ten stars if I could! They take such good care of my 2005 Malibu (that year isnt a typo!). I also appreciate Harrys daughters who give us a ride home when we have to drop our car off.

Went to 3 other mechanics just to have them charge me for service that was not needed. Brought it to Harry and he went out of his way to make sure the problem did not continue

Mike the Mechanic started working here for several years now. Ive followed him where hes worked in the past because hes one of the most honest mechanics I know. He always works to provide a low end competitive price. The owner of this place also is very friendly and respectable. He allows Mike the Mechanic to do his job well and has even done extra work on my car without charging.

Started coming here for a smog check, keep coming back because theyre amazing. Easy to schedule an appointment. Harry is honest and fair. Hell let you know if an expensive repair isnt worth it. This shop has gone above and beyond for me!

First mechanic I went to; didnt live up to all the nightmare stories people usually tell about auto mechanics. Brought in a 1996 Dodge Avenger with a messed up MAP sensor, expected to pay ~$400(which is around what the dealership wanted), ended up paying $210 for 3 hours of nice work. My car is driving great, my bank account isnt empty, and they were pretty nice and informative. They made sure to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong, they didnt try to sell me on making unnecessary fixes, and they finished at under their quote of $250. For the cost-conscious like myself, they charged $80 for a diagnostic(not forced, I asked for that), $80 for labor per hour(it was a quick fix, mostly diagnostic work, so they only charged me $40), and $84 for the part itself, which is about average with online pricing, and which was delivered to the shop within an hour. I let them know I was working within a $400 limit, they made sure not to exceed it. Very pleased first time customer, and I will go back soon=)

Not pushy trying to get you to do repairs you dont need. They are competent and professional and nearly always have my repairs done same day and the repairs seem to be priced about were I expect or a little less where other places Ive gone I always experience sticker shock.
