I can’t say enough good things about Victor and JR Custom Repair. They went above and beyond excellent customer service.I called them on a Sunday, and not only were they open, but they managed to get my car in and do all necessary repairs at a fair price. They were very transparent from the beginning and left me with no surprise charges. Will definitely be coming back to have them take care of all my repairs.

I recently brought in my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S for an oil change. Id checked out a few other local auto shops, but they couldnt service my car because they either didnt carry the standard oil my Mini needed, or because it was too much of a hassle getting to the oil pan (Mini-owners will dreadfully acknowledge this).Victor ordered the proper engine oil, shot me a text first thing in the morning, and serviced my car within 20 minutes. He even topped off my coolant reservoir free of charge.Ill definitely be coming back for Victors honest and professional service.

My car broke down (starter went out to be specific), looked up the closest shop, and this popped up. Called Victor who told me to bring it in and hell look at it. Had it towed there, I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg and at least a few days to fix it. He gave me a good price and had it running with a new starter within a couple hours! Victor is down to earth and will tell you straight up what needs to be done and what doesnt. Definitely found my new mechanic for all my car needs, highly recommended!

I dread anything to do with car repairs, always fearful that I will be taken advantage of. Victor takes away the fear, there is ZERO pressure and nothing but kindness and honesty. My radiator gave out a block away from JR. Custom Repair and it was purely by chance that I found this repair shop. Victor was very kind, took quick action to assess the issue, was able to have the necessary parts delivered within a few hours, and offered a fair price for parts and labor (I googled the average price for the repairs he was doing and his quote was actually on the low end!) I spent some time chatting with Victor while he was working on my car and found him to be a very honest, hard working and motivated. This guy is a fraud, he didnt know what he is talking about when I took my car in. When I asked what type of training he had I found out he doesnt even have a mechanics certificate. Go at your own risk. I bet most of these other reviews are his friends.
