The store is poorly stocked, many of the shelves there have half eaten food and drinks on them, like people are eating the store food then setting the containers on the shelves.The employees are useless, I asked an employee if he knew where the liquid smoke would be and he shrugged mumbled I donno... then started chasing another employee as if they were playing tag in the store.

Dr. Wells is the best! Hes so good with my kids. The customer service at this location is great. The glasses come back in a reasonable amount of time, and theres pricing for every budget.

I wouldn’t go here EVER again!!!! I had an appointment to see the eye doctor, I was running into some problems (car) I called and told them I will be 10 min late. I show up and you can read the GATED room that the employees were eyeballing each other as to I was a horrible person for running late, they talked amongst each other then proceeded to tell me I’m 15 min late so I have to reschedule. Very unprofessional.

About 2 months ago i went this Walmart.I have bought numerous prescriptions from this Walmart.I went in to get an adjustment.There was a young red haired woman there. She was very RUDE! She looked directly at me and saidI have fixed your glasses 100 times, and i will not do it anymore.I have never met this person or seen her at this Walmart. I was shocked at her nasty mouth.I told her I will never come back here again, I will tell everyone i know that the optician here was very rude.The other opticians have always been nice and respectable. I am disappointed, that i will have to go somewhere else for my glasses.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They took time to explain the features and benefits of different glasses materials and options.

My first appointment was great! Then I called to check on my glasses, and the woman was very rude on the phone. After that o went to pick my glasses up and the women sitting there gave me the dirtiest look when I walked in. They didnt greet me and I had to do all the communicating the lady helping me didnt speak more the 2 words.

Dr. McFarland and Stephen were great! Best eye exam and eyewear consultation Ive ever had. Thanks for the great service!

The optometrist is welcoming and responsive to patients needs. They work with the patient to make sure that they are taken care of. They might not be in my insurance network, but I will surely stay a customer!

Wonderful experience! The most professional AND friendly optometrist I have ever seen.

The woman answering the phone was extremely rude and did not want to tell me the date my mother purchased glasses! we simply wanted to know when she would be able to get another pair through her insurance and due to the horrible customer service in person and WORSE on the phone, we will not be returning!
