The store is very organized. There are labels at the beginning of each section to help you go exactly to the area that you are looking for a given product.Typically there are sales associates throughout the store to help you and to answer any questions you may have.Great shopping experience everytime that I have gone here. They always have exactly what I need.

This place is so horrible this guy name is Tim I came in after church and my day was going well till I encountered this gentlemen ! Ive come to this place several time thru put the year to get my business card made and she. I came in for this visit this guy was very very rude to me Im a business owner and I feel this needed to be talked about he treated people very rude and when it came to my turn he didnt know what he was doing his ability to work the computer showed very poorly! If I could tell folks who would listen please dont shop here HORRIBLE!!!

I arrived close to the store close (7:50) to pick up my pre-paid print order, and the doors were already locked. The employees at the front waved us off and then ignored us. I knocked, hoping theyd come over so I could explain it was a pre-paid order that I just needed to pick up (for an event starting at 7 AM the next day, it couldnt wait), and received a rude gesture in reply. I was with my husband and 4 year old and with my arm in a sling from surgery, and on my second knock, the manager indicated she would call the police- and she did. Im sure we looked so threatening in our minivan. We received criminal trespass citations from the utterly unhelpful and useless cop, and was told to pick up from another store. Since it was printed at this location, picking it up elsewhere wasnt going to help (nor was I going to waste my time driving because some jerk couldnt manage to do her job properly), even if the event wasnt happening prior to the stores Saturday opening. I have NEVER been treated so appallingly by a store, and given that they were supposed to have been open, this amounts to the theft of my order. Personally, I think the criminal complaint really needs to go the other way. Ill never shop there again, and plan on telling everyone I know how lazy and offensive the staff at Staples can be. Ill be calling the office of the president since customer support was nearly useless.

Two stars is only because I appreciate a store thats clean. The staff today didnt want customers and their attitude and body language made it very clear.

Gave them three stars for the clean store and friendly team. Two deducted for pricing. Clear shoe box sized containers with white lids the last three locations Walmart, target and even family dollar were under the ass-dramatic price stars had the proceed.I found them at Walmart=.94 Target 1.19 family 1.39

I printed off invitations off from Etsys to get printed at Staples. I printed 100 copies off for my sons 1st birthday - mickey mouse themed. Everything went great. I asked her before I purchased the thank you cards, and a giant poster ($90) if they would print them off at the store (extra $100) they said they could. I purchased all the cards, giant poster, and sign to be printer online. I then get an phone call 4 days before my sons 1st birthday stating after i spent $190 that they could not print the invitations. I then went to the store to try to get a refund for partial to find out they lost my jump drive!!!! Worst place Ive ever been to. I would recommend Office Depot of another location by far!! If i knew they wouldnt have printed them I wouldnt have spent $90 from etsys and $100 with them.... $200 of wasted money!

Went in near closing time for just a few things. Staff directed me to what I wanted. Cashier explained how to get the rebate for the reams of paper I purchased. Easy, peasy!

I tried to buy 2 fire sticks here today one for the living room and one for my daughters room. The assistant manager refused to sell me 2. So I asked if we could buy one each separately and he got angry. Im not sure what the problem was. It was comical really. If I could only buy one but I need 2 then I gotta go buy them somewhere else. I guess target appreciates the business. Lol no wonder their stock is in the crapper. Refusing your business to customers with money isnt the smart way to go.

Copy center guy not so good at his job! I needed copies of house plans and parts of one of the pages was cut off. Four pages had ink stains on them. None of the pages were centered. And he quickly rolled them up before I could look at them at the store. I paid $50 for mediocre results! not happy.

Staples had the services I required, the CSRs are helpful and pleasant, will continue to shop there!

Walked up a 7:01pm on a Saturday only to find that they close at 7pm on weekends, only to walk back to my car and a woman walk up and have the guy outside unlock the doors for her to make her return (I assume she was returning something because she went to the register with him).

Printing is on point and helpful, top notch !! Fatty out!
