There is a reason I stopped going there…. But hubby was with me and was ready to watch football but, anyway, I get either a Matha tea latte or a Carmel Macchiato….so both did not taste nothing like Starbucks in Kroger… both tasted like hot milk with a pump of coffee not even espresso….all that waiting for that. So that’s the last time… I will go across the street. The lady was nice though

The employee was alone yet he was kind and helpful. He finished our order in a timely manner.

By far the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to… I read my drink loud and clear and I got nothing even close to what I ordered? The simplest of details such as “ice” couldn’t even have been followed? Oh, did I forget to mention the part about waiting in line for 30 minutes just to be greeted with attitude by the employee working the drive through. Then again with a drink that was no where close? I said my drink order which included ice and it wasn’t even closely followed they gave me a warm drink? Just save your time and go somewhere else.

This Starbucks has improved from the past. There used to be flies all around the stand as you walked in and out at Kroger. This was about a year ago. Now I go regularly. I believe the morning employees are the best because they’re most attentive and knowledgeable. You tend to get the teenagers in the evenings where your chances of getting a bad order is higher. They tend to be out of toppings for drinks or drizzle that goes over the whip cream pretty often. Customer service has always been a plus. Overall I live down the street and will continue to go.

Even with a long line and being short staffed the baristas were nice and my drink was perfect. Keep up the good work!

The best Starbucks on d Troy Ok. The morning girl Joy makes the best White Chocolate Mochas. The one across the street is awful. Last one I got there tasted like hot water and milk.

Every time I go I mobile order earlier and earlier and I always have to wait on average 20 min for my drink to be completed. This last time they started to make it, dumped it out and I watched the empty cup just sitting there. When I finally got it, it was terrible. If you must go to Starbucks, go to Englewood. Theyve got it down to an art and youll probably get your drink faster.

Love the baristas, the store is clean, coffee is yummy and all together always a great experience for me. Even though the drive thru can be long to wait in, they do work hard to make the drinks and it is just part of being a busy place.

This Starbucks is still off to a terrible start. Ive witnessed a manager being rude to employees and telling them their useless. I dont understand why they accept mobile orders if you have to wait in the drive thru line. This added an extra 10min to my time, where I was in a rush hence the mobile order. Unacceptable. Find a better way or dont offer it.

This place is slow as hell!! You would have better luck watching the grass grow in December than getting a cup of coffee. I dont know what their issue is but fix it!

The OG Starbucks in Huber Heights is good and fast. The new location is freestanding with a drive thru but the quality is not there...maybe yet? Regardless this location is great!

Overpriced, long wait times......for coffee?? I think not, save your money!

Arguably the worst Starbucks store. Under staffed,. Folks working had no clue what they were doing. They were filling wrong orders including mine. At least 3 folks cancelled orders and left store. I had to wait 20 minutes with only 4 orders ahead of me.

Never consistant. Several times we have gotten frappuccinos that were like sludge.

Poor service. 5pm on Sunday, only one worker, who kept taking orders and not making drinks. I was First person in line, I waited 10 minutes until barista took 6 or 7 orders before making my drink. they didn’t have necessary ingredients for drink I wanted, either. Very disappointing.

Went on a Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and there was only 2 employees. Which made for a VERY long wait for our order. When we finally got all of our stuff 3 out of 8 items in our order was messed up. I wasnt too upset, just a little frustrated. They obviously was understaffed. If there wasnt a huge line waiting to order and a huge line waiting for their stuff I wouldve spoken up so they couldve corrected our order. I work with the public so I know how it is. I just felt bad for the employees. Im sure they felt overwhelmed.

Starbucks coffee on Sunday morning is my reward for grocery shopping. All of the baristas are super nice, especially for 6:30am! They get our drinks right every time with a smile on their face.

Had my birthday and the barista wrote happy birthday and drew balloons on the cup! So nice! The workers are so pleasant and the drinks are always what I want/need.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. I go there often but it has gotten to the point when If i see more then 5 people in line I leave. The main one I usually get to can take care of 30 people in the time they do 5 people. Since its inside krogers I can place my order go grocery shopping and come back before my drink is made. I get some times businesses have bad days but this is often.

Disorganized! May put your name on a drink and may not....much confusion with whose drink, people picking up wrong drink. Dark haired guy didn’t put names on drinks. Red haired guy was friendly and helpful, older woman about my age was trying to keep order, very friendly and attentive. If she isn’t the manager...she should be. Finally, received my green tea chai latte after long wait time. It was very good!

I like everything I have got from here. But honestly I dont understand the hype. Or that price! I go here about 2 times a year during the winter when Im running around and I just cant wait until Im home to make myself a yummy candy flavored coffee.

Its inside Kroger. No matter when you go there you are going tt wait no less 15 minutes. I always get same thing. Large sweet green tea but still end up waiting even if I am second in line. If you come here around opening than be ready for a long line to door ...

Regular Starbucks dont have the same drinks as the Starbucks in Kroger have, I really wanted that passion dragonfruit drink, it was delicious. But I still got something from Starbucks. They have fast service and are friendly. The parking lot is a little awkward and small.

Normally I would give this store a 5, but today was very irritating. I arrived about 830pm to take part in the 9/14 Espresso Beverage Purchase to buy one get one free.When I asked for that the baristaadvised me that they haven’t been able to do that because the code was never loaded on there computer. I hope someone tried to call the supervisor and get a work around for this issue. The staff could have just did a tally sheet and had the supervisor fix it in the system the next day. I think this store should have a do over for this special.

Worst service Ive ever had at a Starbucks. The baristas did drinks out of order. It appeared they would trade and of course, we got the slowest. She wanted to talk and not work at the same time where the other girls would do both. On top of it, one of my drinks was wrong and her response was, I ran out of product but it was close...

I ordered a latte for my wife on Mothers Day and got iced coffee. When I mentioned that it should be hot and not iced the barista said no its cold. The cashier/barista agreed with her. My wife tends to get frappuccinos and so I second guessed. I suppose I should have pushed and proven to them otherwise but with a long wait and line I didnt feel like producing an argument. Have a Happy Mothers Day to all of you hard working Moms!

I usually have great service here and the drinks I order are amazing however, when I went yesterday (6/5) it was HORRIBLE! I had made a special order. It was a strawberry açaí refresher, blended with 2 scoops of vanilla powder and 2 pumps of raspberry syrup. That special order really isn’t too difficult to make. I had asked nicely for my drink at the cash register. When I had finished ordering the cashier had rolled her eyes at me, like it was ridiculous the way I had ordered my drink. Right before she handed me my drink she had asked me “Thick or Runny?”, and for a barista she should know how to make the drink. The man working with her watched this all happen and then began texting, neither of them apologized or said anything to me after I had said thank you. I am very dissatisfied with my visit yesterday and the Starbucks in Kroger will no longer be receiving any of my money after their horrible horrible service!!!!😡😡😡😡

This location never has cold brew and always has a different excuse as to why they don’t have it. The line moves like molasses and the employees don’t know how to access certain rooms where supposedly supplies are.

My order is always correct and tastes great. I have never been disappointed!

This review is simply because they need a standalone store with employees that are Starbucks employees and have been trained to act like Starbucks employees. The line here is usually long, and they take a long time to prepare the order.

I love Starbucks, but often dont buy any when I shopping at Krogers due to the long lines. The employees are great,but it takes time to make speciality drinks. We really need a second Starbucks in this area. Fairborn has 2 in the same shopping center, and I believe Huber is more populated.

Was pretty busy inside but staff was nice and kept the order straight and when made too much just put it in another cup so it was like we got a half of one for free was so nice

This is my favorite Starbucks, inside of Kroger. I go there every morning before work and everyone there knows me by name, and even knows my regular drink! Very friendly girls here.

Love a starbucks employess, likes to talk to Kroger employees for several minutes while running the register and holding up the line, She Is rude and will complain to her co worker about your order while you are standing infront of her. I would not recommend going to this location. They are under staffed and you will be waiting 10-15 minutes for your drink.
