The only reason I go to an Walmart is to get a god deal and to view the weird people that shop there. This Walmart isnt particularly egregious but wow there is a lot of diabetes here. Good deals though as expected.

A great store in many ways, clean and stocked, friendly staff that helped this out of towner find items on my list. As I stood waiting my turn i could hear warm chatter from other customers and before it was my turn to check out four more cashiers opened up! Paris, my cashier was a dear, friendly, efficient and she smiled and thanked me for shopping. A stranger behind me commented on my hair...it was if I was in my home town. It was extremely busy, in my opinion, no shopping carts but two staff were collecting. The parking lot was full and clean. I like this place. Ill be back. See you there!

They started checking receipts when you leave the store. I asked what happens if you don’t have your receipt. The guy said you can’t leave. Strange that they would try to illegally detain you. You aren’t legally obligated to show your receipt at the door. Definitely won’t be a Walmart shopper anymore.

Recently remodeled new pickup area or O.D.P. fresh paint,new floors,some new furniture and lighting new self checkouts.

My go-to store for every item that I know I wont be able to find somewhere else I can almost always find here I know how a lot of people feel about big box stores but when you need that location and that availability Walmart is the go-to

This place has gotten worse to shop at since all the pandemic issues and storages have happened. And like half the stores items are no longer in stock.

The pharmacy need people who care and arent rude. I know they are their all day but thats the job of their choice . To be rude and not check things out just because they act like they dont want to take the time for you. My son dont need this. His health is bad ( which is not their fault ) but they dont have to add to it by being the way they are. You need to check into more before hiring people if you want a great store

I used to shop at Kroger but lately Ive been grocery shopping at Walmart. Theyre ALWAYS fully stocked compared to Kroger & Walmarts Great Value brand tastes better than Krogers brand

Very pleased with this Walmart. It was very busy and was pleased to see that the shelves were fully stocked with great selection of products. The overall store was clean and the associates working were very polite, helpful, and friendly.

Its a clean walmart. Safe area, lots of parking, a clientele that precludes excessive security measures, well maintained restrooms. Seems that the employees in the aisles need to be a tad more familiar with product location and placement. I dont know and walking away isnt great customer assistance.

Overall, I go to this Walmart if I need to. Its clean, the employees are friendly and inviting, and shelves are usually stocked well. The parking lot is kept clean and its a pleasant experience.

Requested help twice to put a heavy box in my cart. Waited over 20 minutes. Called customer service and told them, they put me on hold and never came back. Finally a nice young man that was shopping helped just when I was ready to leave and shop somewhere else.

Everything was easy to find for the most part and clean.

The employees there are so helpful. They even have a real smile when they do it.This place is so awesome and clean. Kudos to you Walmart, and all your employees!

This Wal-Mart, on Brandt Pike in Dayton, is AMAZING! Its clean, its organized, and abundantly stocked with the friendliest most amazing Wal-Mart workers in the U.S.!!! I wish I had taken pictures but my phone died! It really is beautiful.

I unfortunately had the experience of dealing with such an unprofessional manager Tyler Cruise, Walmart please train your management better & don’t get so desperate & make children managers truly pathetic.

Will not go to any Walmart if I dont have to I went to buy a phone and there was no one that could help me. Said they closed down elections 3 hours early. And no one had a key to open the case to get a phone not even a manager that was on duty. Thats not very good customer service or management.

Crowded and everything was pretty much shoved together in one area it was hard to find stuff because the womens clothes were not where they were supposed to be neither was the pets supplies everything was just thrown in there and since theyre doing remodeling good luck finding what you need

Store wasnt stocked with any carts. But the employee who helped me was nice and even though she didnt know exactly where the item I wanted was she pointed me in the right direction so I was impressed with this employee. Usually Walmart employees are rude.

Just watched a customer have her hands full and drop groceries and I kept walking because it was as RIGHT NEXT to a walmart employee. I sae the employee was MINDING HER OWN BUSINESS so I helped the customer get the register. Pathetic

Walmart is Walmart. There really isnt much else to say about it. The people are always friendly and helpful if they are needed. I always go in with a small list and come out with more than I planned but I almost always get good deals and awesome stuff.

This store is awful. Poorly stocked. And sick of them taking away name brand items and only stocking their own brand (Great Value) Not! Please get new management....

Its a Walmart, its nothing ground breaking or spectacular. The staff are decent people, could be attentive where patrons are walking so they dont absolutely run into them. The quality of items is what you expect from a Walmart. Its all a convenient and easy placed. The prices are similar to every Walmart, some of it over priced for meh quality. But its a Walmart.

On 10/05/2021 I had ordered 1 tire online and received an email to pick up the tire after 6:12pm. I don’t get off work till 6pm so it worked out or so I thought… When I got there I went to the pickup area and called the number to let them know I was there to pick up the tire. At first everything was going smoothly but 30 mins went by of waiting for my tire.. after 30 mins went by I called the pickup number and asked what was going on. He told me it’s on the way and I said no it’s not I want an honest answer. He said they can’t find a key to get into the Auto Center to grab the tire… I asked if the store manager could get into the Auto Center and they told me the store manager wasn’t there!Long story short they need to prepare better for stuff like this. I couldn’t get off work early to go get the tire. I happened to notice the Huber Heights Auto Center location is the only Walmart local around Dayton area that closes @6pm. I never have issues with Walmart but it just upsets me this happened… my tire is losing air it’s not like I was just going to pickup beauty products. I hope my experience with them better prepares them in the future!

Stock is low on some items clothing is better than competition stores in the area especially for kids clothing self check out is quick too

It was a nice clear store. It seemed like a normal Walmart. I had no issues with finding anything. The only thing they didnt have was a tea. I couldnt find it so I asked and the young lady was helpful in helping me find it but they didnt have the tea I was looking for.

Found what I needed to make Sundays dinner. Homemade lasagna, one Im using spinach for the noodles as Im on the Keto food plan, Ive lost 50 lbs this far and plan to lose more.

Terrible as usual. Youve moved items around in pharmacy/cosmetics etc. Couldnt find blades a d when I did their locked up. Rang for assistance 2x no one came. I will shop elsewhere

Didnt have what we really needed which was rare. So we ended up going elsewhere.

Store is undergoing a remodel. Its a little confusing and pretty crowded. Hoping for a smoother shopping experience once the remodel is complete

This store is a joke.the shelves are half empty and what is on them is not just on the wrong shelf but in the wrong isles.found a little of what i cam for and went to check out. NO cashier lanes open and the self checkout had lines 15-20 people long. after standing in a line to scan and bag my own groceries for over 10 minutes whiteout moving i pushed my cart to the side and walked out.WILL NEVER COME TO THIS WALMART AGAIN!it is worse then the moraine one

This is the place to go if you want to be followed and watched the entire time. And then have a baby sitter behind you at self check out. Like literally watching standing directly behind you. Apparently its a crime to be young and tattooed in this store.

Had appointment with service center. Got confirmation texts and emails. Get there and was told my appointment would need to be rescheduled. It was a simple tire change and even brought them the wheel already off the car.

Nice and clean restroom.But long lines and not enough cashiers or self checkout was closed.

The employees hate their job so I was told by several employees so they were not helpful and the greeter picks and chooses who she asked for proof of sale. Its ridiculous I refuse to show a receipt when leaving a store.

Had a nail in my tire. They found it and put the spare on. Even had patience with me when I couldnt locate the key to the wheel locks right away. Great service.

Isles are cluttered with stock and empty carts. Shelves are not stocked and very few lanes open. No employees available for assistance.

Huber isnt my favorite Walmart to visit, but the people that work there are awesome.. only thing is the store doesnt keep stock of most of the things im usually going in for unfortunately.

Stocking is a major issue, went thru dvd and blu ray section over half empty looks terrible. Same problem just about every section, I know there may be problems getting items in because of pandemic but with this size of a retailer they should be doing a better job.

If I could Rate ZERO STARS I definitely would. This Wal-Mart Location does Not care about whether they do or dont have customers and the people they have shopping for online orders are LAZY AND INCOMPETENT. No matter what you order online the store shoppers WILL mark what you order as out of stock. I know this because for 2 weeks I ordered the same list of items and only received a couple items due to the staff stating other items are out of stock. As soon as my order came to my door I went straight to WalMart and found the exact items staff said were out of stock. If they dont want to work then fire them and hire people who actually want to work.

This is the best and cleanest Wal Mart! This store is great for online ordering and pick up, love it plus it saves me time and money with online shopping!

They have 15 or more registers there were only 4 registers open and 3 of those were self serve. The line for the cashier was long. Most people had carts full so they didnt want to go to self serve

I do not know why I continue to punish myself by going to this Walmart I guess because its only 5 minutes from my house. But theyre always out of everything. Never have anything in stock. Everythings always all over the place. Theyre rearranging the store again. And you can barely find anyone in there except for a view cashiers. Its more of a headache going there than anything. However went to one down and Folly Beach South Carolina they had so many employees on the floor it blew my mind seriously.

They have almost everything you could possibly need. And Beth was pleasant and personable cashier. Thank you so much for making my day.

Just went to get a few things. I hate when Im feeling like theyre following me, but when I say hi to them, theyre all rude and dont speak back. Theyre not helpful if you ask them where something is. The cashiers are the nicest, but the floor people are rude and need to be trained better in customer service and not profiling people when they go into a store to shop. I work hard for my money as a lot of us do and I do not and never have stolen from anywhere. I work in retail sales and they are not doing it right. I know we are tired, we are spread thin, but if you cant handle that, maybe its not for you. No need to be rude to customers who are ultimately paying all of our wages. Please do better.

Well, I love going to Wal-mart just to brouse around while picking up a few items that I need. There were two young girl employees come running passed me crashed a cart into a clothing display case singing out loud to the tune that there ear buds were playing. Wow!!! Whatever happen in taking pride in your jobOn the otherhand, the elderly gentleman who was the greeter was very nice.

Auto Dept on Sunday was not good. They stood there complaining about work and it wasnt really even busy. They sent me a notice that schedule for later time then on my way in a complete cancellation out of stock . get there and no cancellation sent to me. There was plenty of my size tires. They (mechanics) looked sad / mad. Either way i wont return for anything auto related.

Was as is expected. My daughter needed head phones. Looked in the electronics department first, no luck. It wasnt until I went in the toy department and that is where my daughter found a pair she liked, a set with cat ears that light up.

Wal-Mart used to be my go to big box store for nearly all of my needs. I am plagued with social anxiety desperately need a late night option for my essentials. I suppose I could order online and have them delivered or picked up but I did enjoy getting out of the house. Come on Wal-Mart theres many of us night owls that miss buying random stuff we dont need at 3am! 😅

The people there are always nice and glad to provide their service.

First time I tried pick up svc and it was such an amazing experience! Easy to do, very attentive and professional young people brought the groceries out. Selection of my fresh fruits and veggies were better than I can do! Cant wait to use this service for all groceries. And those employees did it all in a son sleet rain mix miserable weather!!

I love Walmart, but I dont like the one over by I-75 and I-70, so I often go over to the Huber Heights 2nd exit which would be 201, because they just have it better togather there.

Our neighborhood Walmart its Walt Disney for my kids they love it when we say lets go walmarting.

As RVers, its getting harder and harder to find a place to pull over for a few hours to rest. Rest areas are packed and mre places are no longer allowing RVs. This store still does and is convenient to the interstate. We didnt go in bevause we got there after closing and left before thwy reopened. Thanks for your hospitality!

They were out of a lot of things in the clothing department but I lost my keys there and they diligently worked on finding them for me. Didnt find themselves but called as soon as someone turned them in. Nice folks doing a thankless job

I have been ordering groceries online since before the pandemic. I have always had accurate quick pick up. This eliminated one of the things I like the least , going up one aisle and down the other looking for this or that.

I do delivery at this Walmart they are very fast not other Walmart
