Went here in search of a Halloween costume and turns out they were out of everything. Which wouldnt have been such a pain if they had properly marked each costume image that they are advertising on the wall as sold out. Would avoid future time and hassle of everyone involved. The employee standing there assisting us all was very friendly and himself available to everyone. Good job for that:) We were on the 4th ask of Do you have #...? and the final No, sold out was all she wrote. Just a simple SOLD OUT sign posted on each image would be tremendously helpful in this situation.

There is an employee that will talk behind your back. Rude customer service experienced at this location. Store itself is fine.

Limited selection and not very wheelchair friendly but store is clean and good staff

The merchandise is waaaay over priced. Store is too small..and inventory was not fully stocked! It was very hard to shop for a costume party when their was rarely any costumes and zero variety. They dont even have diverse sizing. Super annoying and a waste of time in my opinion.

Wrong balloon for gender reveal, very unprofessional and Jeff the manager was very unapologetic. We called corporate immediately. My friends were very lucky to have a “back up” reveal in case something went wrong. Either way it was a very disappointing day with what took weeks of planning.

The place is very Nice and Clean with tons of all kinds of options for parties and weddings big candy selection. The employees seems to be nice all the time I have been in there I had no prob 👍 just good service. I only been there twice once I go more often and keep getting good service I will raise my Stars.

AwesomeI was looking for a quick costume for a party the next day. I found more than I bargained for, I got a total of 4 for the price I would have paid for two. Staff was great and even alerted me to a coupon that helped me save even more.

They had the graduation party gear I was looking for all in one place. Color sections so you can pick everything you need in your event colors, including candy sorted by colors. Helium filled balloons, tons of selections. Definate must if youre throwing a big, themed party. Costumes, party favors, decorations, great store in Huber Heights.

I decorate for different for events and they have a great selection of decor. and one of the best selections of different color and types of balloons Definitely my go to place for decorating .

The store is clean and has a wide variety of options to choose from. It is a little on the pricey side, but you will find what you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had called before I went, and was led to believe there were more options for what I needed, but I was able to find what I was looking for without too much hassle.

Great variety of party supplies for just about any theme or event. If you need balloons, I highly recommend buying them ahead of time and scheduling pick-up for the party/event date as they tend to get very busy on the weekends and you could easily be looking at a 1-2hr wait time to get balloons inflated. (Not their fault, theyre just that busy!)

Worst service ever! Knew it was going to be a busy weekend since it’s Memorial Day weekend. So went on Saturday got the balloons I wanted . Left them to be inflated and told them I would be there at twelve on Sunday. Got there at twelve thirty on Sunday, had to wait thirty five minutes in line because there was only one register open. Only to find out that not only were my balloons not ready they had lost them. Had them refund the whole thing. I suggest anyone who ordered balloons from this party city call before you go. I doubt they will be ready. I ended up going to the Kroger’s on notthwoods blvd. Got the best service. Was in and out in ten minutes with my balloons!

Had a amazing clearance sale. Employees were very helpful when it came to finding specific items. I like they have a variety of items and price ranges so you can afford it on any budget.

Way too expensive for what it is! My cashier Zac was very pleasant though and very helpful. Its just frustrating you can a lot of the same party supplies at the dollar tree right across the street... which is where I went right after I left Party City.

Wish I could give 0.Taylor was working Monday 6/10 and was rude and not helpful at all. Waiting in line to check out with$200.00 plus in decorations and she was behind the counter moving weights for balloons. . Asked if she could check us out and told me someone would be with us soon. Then informed me the only had 1 register? Dont get it she probably should have let us know when we walked up instead of letting us wait for 15 minutes.

Its ridiculous how crowed this location is. Not only that but how rude the manager Zac was to a customer when i was checking out. I asked him a question about when Lego decorations would be back in and he couldnt answer me. You should know that. I really think they need a cleaner more organized store and more workers who actually know how to handle the job. I would rather go to the Beavercreek location next time.

Worst customer service!!! The cashier was very sweet and did her job well. The teenagers inflating the balloons were VERY rude and loud and obnoxious. The girl inflating my balloons put them in the bag and threw them over the counter. They need supervision. Also on they cell phones.

Never have the items in looking for. And its PARTY city. I mean I shouldnt have to look anywhere else but thats not the case. Never have what I need for any theme Ive hosted. Not a fan party City

Never has everything out. Claims they have all these different themes. Then u get there and see told thats in the back and they cant get it back. Third time this happened to me.

Poor service everyone acts like theyre in a prison if you ask them a question nope thats all we got that was the response that I received after looking for party items come to realize that they only had a certain few for boys and that they do not restock this was a very bad experience for me and plus on top of that if you buy something from there they do not return it you have to exchange but what if you dont want to exchange what have you just need your money back this policy sucks

Bought my son a halloween costume and it was way to small.. They did have a no refund policy on halliween items but i feel it is very unfair for them to keep your money when items dont fit.. We spent over an hour trying to find a new costume but they were out of everything!!!! There should be some stipulations to the refund policies... It is only a seasonal store for myself and as a valued customer i feel there should be rules of exception... I spent 50.00 on a costume my child cant use and cld not be exchanged due to lack of inventiry which is not my fault... I will not shop at this store ever again because of it...

This place has the coolest decorations, especially for Halloween and Christmas.

I didnt find what I was looking for a game night theme. Some of their products were expensive. Went to WalMart & much cheaper, including the candy.

I enjoy coming here some things are a little pricey but the selection changes often and its easy to find great favors and decorations for parties.

Great place to go if you need a quick solution for your party, or want to make a young kid happy with a bunch of silly trinkets.

Tried to get a Halloween costume here a few weeks or so ago and they were out of almost everything. They only had one pitiful excuse for a dressing room and staff was very slow and not very helpful. I was not impressed.

Ive been to this store three or four times in pursuit of various party favors and supplies. Every single time Ive been, Ive had increasingly poor service by store staff. It really blows my mind.

Called and asked if something was in stock. Drove all the way there....20 min....and no it was not in stock, they just didnt bother visually checking like they said they did. Bunch of young kids in there working couldnt care less.

Very helpful but busy.

One cashier was working the counter. The other workers were in one aisle chit chatting and working. It was sad, that the girl without one whole arm, could work circles around the others. She did it with a smile on her face too!
