Our car battery died so we went to Advance Auto Parts to ask them to check out our car battery. They ended up saying that our car battery was dead. They then offered to charge it for us for free. We later returned to pick up our car battery that was charged. The person helping I was very kind and respectful. He helped us with everything we needed. He was very informational and told us everything we needed to know.

Walked in had no idea what I was looking for. My husband just said, 18 wiper blades, mid grade. Thought it cant be that hardGreeted as soon as I walked in. Had help which ones fit the vehicle and the gentlemen even helped putting them on. Great job!

Employees seem very disinterested and lack knowledge and training.

I ordered a part online and it was sitting there waiting for me at pick up. It was a quick in and out. I experienced the same good service, when I returned the core. I will definitely look to shop there in the future.

Great for car stuff less than the others

Very helpful today I needed a brake fluid and by the way they have brake fluid on sale buy one get one for 50% off so I got to having my brakes worked on tomorrow and theyre going to have to be blood so I figured what the heck little extra brake fluid wont hurt they were all very helpful hold on had to let my cat in the house Hahaha anyway very helpful had to wear the mask you know Mike dewine blah blah blah and last but not least a remember buddy God loves you Trump 20/20 God Bless the USA

The great people working for this company, Advance Auto, is the biggest part about making this company five star great. I purchased the best battery for my car (highest cold cranking amps, 2 yr replacement warrantee, and lowest price with coupon), and when I asked if he could install it, Alex said he could do that (with a smile). The weather was -26 degrees with wind chill, and Alex did a great job installing the battery in the freezing cold weather. Alex explained every step throughout the process. Like this animal House horn that plays all sorts of animal noises in place of the usual beep beep usually 49.99 I paid 4.50 😮😮 .. my child was bitten by a neighbors dog the other day and this is going to work great in my plot to terrorize the dog owner who refuses to have the dog put down.

Terrible staff. Tried returning unopened oil and filter for store credit since my car was recently totaled but the staff was extremely rude and reluctant to pull up my account history. I left with my oil and filter that are now useless to me on the new car. They made a very simple thing difficult and I’m done shopping at this company.

I took in a bearing for a walker hoping they might have something similar. They immediately knew they didnt but still took 20 minutes helping me put the shredded pieces together, measuring them, writing down the measurements, and helped me find some places that might have what I needed. They went far beyond what a reasonable person would have done! Thank you for your time and help!

Came in to today to get a new car battery. Ben helped us, recommended the cheaper one, and even went out in the below freezing temperatures to change it for me. He even said we could wait inside until he was done. I had called autozone up the road earlier to check for prices and while they quoted me a few dollars cheaper the guy there did not seem excited to have to change mine out when we got there, so we went to advanced instead and I’m glad we did!

First they gave me the wrong part making me waste an hour trying to attach it to my carThen I bring it back like you guys gave me the wrong filter I need to return this*forgot receipt*Woman at counter: oh well a lot of people around here sell these *implying I stole it or just wanted money*I say fine Ill go get the receiptI go all the way home get the receipt come back no apologies from this lady or anything just wasted time.*Never going here again. Only went the first time because I thought it was Auto Zone which is next door*

Easy to find the parts I was looking for and there wasnt a wait.

Sales clerk was not friendly at all...she refused to exchange a part that was sold to me they pulled... which was the wrong anyway. Another sales clerk walked up and seen what was happening and fixed the problem. Ive had the same issue with this clerk on several occasions. And I rather not do business n your store with this person
