Had a great experience with James today! He was extremely helpful with everything and was very friendly. It was a very smooth easy process to get everything transferred over, and upgrading 2 phones. If you are looking to get anything taken care of at Verizon, I would definitely go and see James!!

Stay away from this place!!! They are liars and scammers!! Wish there was an option for zero stars. Bought TWO iphones one month ago for me and my girlfriend from Rich the manager (if thats even his real name or real title) Both phones from the beginning have had different things wrong and different issues and we have been suspecting from the beginning that these two new iphones he sold us are both refurbished, used phones. So after Rich sold us the phones and said Call anytime with any questions, for some reason Rich is either never there, never available to come to the phone and never returns a phone call, after attempting to get a hold of him now 5 or 6 times in the past month today was the final straw, because today i was attempting once again to let him or this place know that along with the phone issues the expensive, overpriced wall charger Rich sold us stopped working after only 3 weeks!! And was just told today that they wont even exchange it for one that works!! We werent even asking for a refund!! Just an exchange for a $20 wall charger that actually works!! So today after asking ONCE AGAIN to speak to Rich, the guy that answered the phone first said Ill see if hes in the back and then I was told hes at the bank and then I was told that hes at his other store that he manages in Fenton!!! OK, so why does this guy keep coming up with different lies about where Rich is in the first place??? Why wont Rich talk to us??? Why wont Rich return our phone calls??? So something is definitely wrong here and with Rich and with the other store employees too, and we are contacting the Verizon Customer Service/Customer Loyalty phone number that another Verizon store suggested we do to report lying, scamming Rich and this store along with his fellow lying employees.

Rich and Jeremy went way out of there way to help me with my iPhone 12 activation issues we ran into, worked a bit after hours and all just to get the issue resolved! I always recommend to anyone I know to switch to Verizon as well as go to the Howell location.

My son’s phone died suddenly and needed to be replaced immediately for his work. Warranty delays would not suffice. I thought I had to replace my phone but through Nate, my phone was good as new though my phone protection case disintegrated and the glass protection looked liked it was in a thousand pieces. Nathan Hall was an outstanding employee. He assisted both my wife, and son as well as I through the various problem solving tasks that we faced. When he finished painstakingly cleaning and installing the devices in my phone. It was better then when I first purchased it. I was not hit with overbearing sales pitches and misleading advice like I got from another County Verizon store. Nate successfully helped us out and referred to helpMe on a fourth problem when I get to contact him again. I can see someone complaining about time especially if you think you are ignored but the time to solve the problems Nate had to use along with his colleague took a bit of time. Nate helped others while helping us. Great job, great store, great service, great company!

Best customer service!!! We just came over from sprint and could not be happier! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with! We ended up running into one little issue after switching, where the account number for our sprint account was wrong so we couldn’t get calls. I called up to the store, gave them the account number and within 10 minutes we were all set! I’m never going anywhere else! Thanks Paul! (And Ryan who helped me on the phone later)

I recently visited the Verizon store in Howell to purchase 2 new phones. Even though it was busy, the staff greeted me immediately and checked in on me several times during my wait. Ashley was the first sales rep I worked with and she was outstanding. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services. The phone I wanted wasnt in stock, and she even offered to drive to another verizon to pick it up for me. I opted instead to return when in stock. This time I worked with Rich who was equally helpful. Overall great store, great customer service, and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

These guys here are awesome. They always work hard to do all they can for their customers. Sean is very friendly and helps in whichever way possible and makes sure its right and Rich, the manager, is such a knowledgeable employee who tries everything he can to make the customer happy. I was having problems on the recall of my Note 7 and I am sure I annoyed then throughout the whole thing, but they took care of me and made sure I was a happy customer. I would recommend anyone come here for all their Verizon needs.

I would highly recommend to go to this store! Rich worked with my mom and I to upgrade our phones. He was extremely helpful and more respectful to us than some of the other reps that we have worked with from other locations. He was able to even install our screen protectors for us and brought them to his store from another location which was great! Overall great experience, we will definitely be going back there!

I had been to another a store and they just told me to go to the internet and was pic no help. Sean stayed after hours to help us old folks and never rushed us, super kind. Poor customer service at Howell Verizon. My wife and I went to Verizon to purchase 3 phones. Waited 40 minutes and not one word was spoken to us by the 2 associates. Only 2 other customers in store being seen by associates at the time. A third customer came in a half hour after us and one associate said to him. Be with you in a minute. We walked out. Not even a Hello. Welcome. Be with you in a minute when we walked in. Even when we walked out nothing said. Owner needs to train employees on customer service. Went to Brighton store. Brighton customer service was great. Greeted at door and given a time frame of when we would be seen by next associate. Thats all it takes Howell Verizon. You need acknowledge the customer.

My experience with this store is nothing short of amazing! Went in to get my aunt her first smart phone and Nicholas and Josh were informative and friendly. They didnt try to oversell and spent plenty of time explaining features, transferring her contacts and photos, and answering all of our questions. Great work!

Corporate Verizon should take some notes from this retailer. I have not seen such extraordinary customer service in the organization before and I dont expect to in the future. People like Rich are the ones who keep me with Verizon when there are several other alternatives to choose from. Rich and his team are more customer focused than any other folks I have worked with at Verizon. I am very pleased with their service and will be buying more phones with them in the future.

We have been to this location a few times now and service has been excellent! Staff will take as much time as needed to ensure you are satisfied. They do the selling pitch lines though they are not pushy or force. I highly recommend going here compared to the main verizon store where you are just another number!

My visit to this particular verizon wireless zone exceeded my expectations. At first, i was not thrilled to have to go talk to a sales person about purchasing a new device. When I walked in the store, my mood changed. Sean made my experience easy and quick. He was honest about everything, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ill start by saying in no way do I work for VZW or a company which specializes in writing google reviews. The information to follow is true to the best of my knowledge and ability so help me God. My experience at this store was AMAZING. I am going through what I like to call the D word, also referred to as divorce. If it were not for SEAN, a man who could teach courses on customer service, I would not have had the encouragement or sense of urgency needed to get help I needed. Thats right, HELP, because this store or any of its representatives are not there to sell you anything, instead they do everything in their power to get you the best possible plan/deal humanly possible. Sean followed up with me as I made the transition and, yes, I mean followed up. In no way was I solicited with calls or excessive encouragement to come back in. Sean listened to my situation upon my first visit and it was as if he knew my weekly schedule. Without a request, Sean called me at the perfect time every day to remind me what I still needed to do, updated me on new deals, and made sure I was still comfortable moving forward. The manager, Rich, and Sean helped get my equipment in faster and Sean went out of his way to pick it up on his own time from other stores availability. Sean knows his stuff but, more importantly was empathetic with my situation, and more patient than one could imagine. The only thing that would ever stop me from using VZW or moving to another carrier would be the inability to work with Sean and his empowering customer service, in which case, once again true to my knowledge and ability, I would put down the extent of my assets, if needed, for termination fees. If you want a good phone plan, excellent customer service, and the feeling that someone genuinely HELPED you when you leave the store, then you need to go to Wireless Zone at 1455 N Michigan Ave. I am proud to say that I am with a carrier that actually treats its customers the way they would want to be treated. And, as if you need any more confirmation than that, email me at my google account and I could speak in droves with you about my experience. Thank you Sean, Rich, and Verizon Wireless-Wireless zone.

I went in to the store and was extremely pleased with the customer service. My assistant was Sean, and he was polite, listened to my needs, and was very helpful in matching their products with my needs. I would recommend anyone looking for a new phone to visit this location, and ask for Sean if he is there!

I believe I worked with Rich. I was due for an upgrade and he helped me save $20 more than if I had made the upgrade online. He also drove to another nearby store to pick up my phone and bring it to that location. Really great customer service.

The band on my daughters Gizmo watch is defective. They refused to replace it because of a small scratch on the screen. Told me I could purchase a new band or call Verizon Corporate. Corporate Verizon told me to go to the store I bought from for a replacement since I was still within the 14 day window. When I told them I was sitting at that store and they were surprised. Verizon Corporate said they did not agree with this authorized dealers policy. My advice make sure you buy your Verizon technology through a Corporate store!

Stopped in to purchase a battery replacement for my wifes phone. We were graciously greeted by one of their sales professionals - Leon Hostnik. When I explained to him what I was in for (battery replacement) he did what a courteous and professional sales person should do. Address the customers actual need and not invoke the up-sale pitch. He then provided us with some email links for purchasing a battery on the Internet. This made for an overall great experience in less than (10) ten minutes. He even called me a little later to ensure his messages got through. Indeed they did, and when my wife is ready for an upgrade, we will definitely look for Leons assistance. I highly recommend this store, especially with the caliber of sales professionals like Leon!
