Walking into Classic Carpet was the best decision I could have made for my flooring needs. This family owned business is all about taking care of their customers. Their goal is total customer satisfaction. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and HAPPY to help you. You never feel pressured or rushed. Their selection for carpet and flooring is huge. They take all the time you need to help make your decisions. The installation is beautifully done by people who care about your home. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

The ladies are all professional, courteous and patient. My husband and I picked out a medium wood color floor to put in our basement and then went 180 degrees with a different flooring and a completely different color. The ladies would not accept our decision and told us to take the flooring home to be sure. We are so glad they suggested that because we ended up changing our minds the first time to select the flooring we now have installed. They were patient, and knew how to help us make the right decision for our home. They had so many choices of flooring that we loved; it was a difficult decision to narrow down from our choices but with their help they made it easy. Way to go gals I like to call them the carpet gals.

We were looking for carpet and found this place. Smartest choice! The ladies here are very knowledgeable & work with you! They were very helpful with color options for carpet, explained to them what our room looked like, as far as paint and furniture. Took a few swatches home. They were very patient after we switched up our original proposal of all house carpet and made one room vinyl plank. Even let my husband borrow a tool their installers use since my husband was going to install it himself. Well be telling our friends for sure!

Found a nice rug that was inexpensive. After putting in down, decided to get another one. Ordered via text. Paid via phone. It was in within a week. Very easy to order and get!

Great Experience Excellent results on a Luxury Vinyl Plank Floor. The Personal Commitment of the whole team at Classic was appreciated and contributed to the excellent outcome. The owner came to look over the job and quote, The sales team was helpful in product selection scheduling and follow up. The installation team visited the site twice before the job started to formulate an action plan and keep us in the loop. They came a day early and finished the job beautifully.

This company is incredible. The sales staff is beyond amazing and will help with everything from choosing appropriate flooring to the perfect color. Ted and his team at Classic Carpet are nothing less than exceptional. They carry top notch products at various price points and fair prices. Installation is second to none and is not farmed out. Ted makes the measurements and checks out the job site during the install. No more shopping around for carpet or flooring for me. Classic Carpet is my source. BTW we have had Chelsea plank flooring in our house now for almost two years and continue to marvel at how great it has been. (Installed of course by Classic).

I was very pleased working with Classic Carpet and Floor Covering. Putting my foot in the door for the first time, I was met by Dee who was absolutely great in helping me coordinate carpeting and kitchen flooring. With the size house we have, I was told it would probably take two maybe three days to complete. My schedule was pretty tight for having carpeting installed but they were able to accommodate me. The guys installing the carpet were very prompt upon arrival. They, too, were very friendly. They went right about their work (no screwing around), and did it very professionally. A super crew! Ted (the owner) was also very professional and friendly. He came in and took the measurements himself and checked in once or twice to see how the installation was coming along. I cant say enough how happy I was with the overall experience I had working with this company. Ill recommend this company in a heart beat! Regarding the material..... I absolutely love the carpet and kitchen flooring so far and if they both hold up for 20 years as what our other carpet and kitchen flooring did, Ill be ecstatic!!

We have only one area in our house where we needed carpet. We wanted to make sure that this complemented our other flooring choices. Decent quality carpet and hardwood flooring. Staff was nice during the selection process; however, when we went to pick up the product the same staff was extremely rude and talked very degrading. It seems that once they have your money their professionalism goes right out the door.

Over the last six years or so, we had all the rooms in our house recarpeted by Classic Carpet (this time master bedroom and basement). Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, no-pressure sales. Their installers are amazing, especially Ken. No one is more picky than us about seams, and Ken and his teams have not disappointed us. The installers are friendly, know the products they are installing, they know how to install them properly, and they have ALWAYS been on time. Except for the finished product they left behind, you would never know they were there. They took all the scraps and mess with them. Classic Carpets prices are competitive, they didnt try to up-sell and we are still satisfied with the first replacement carpet they did - no seams show and the quality is still there.
