I absolutely love my counter tops and backsplash. They really do care about their customers and do a professional job. Cathy is so knowledgeable about the products and so helpful with the decorating part. I recommend Mica Crafters with five stars. You wont be sorry.

Very happy that I selected Mica Crafters! I learned a lot about laminate and learned a few things the designer can do so it doesnt look like laminate! My builder thought my countertop was marble at first! Their installer John K. Is the absolute very best! John & Cory made sure everything was perfect! They were even able to install an under mount cast iron sink! Im so glad I found out where John K works and very glad I used Mica Crafters Inc.

Don’t waste your time with them. We did. Poor communication. Never would call back. Estimate took forever. Seems as though they weren’t interested in doing business. We gave up and moved on.

Dont waste your time. Very poor customer service...the web site had the wrong address We spent time to go to the shop and reviewed the plans. No response even after calling 2 weeks later. Go to someone who wants the business. Wasted hours on these people..

I needed a new counter top for the kitchen island I built. I went to the big box stores with measurements and what i wanted getting price comparisons etc, but since Covid has been around, my heart strings and mind kept telling me local. So, happy that I did..... Not only did they beat the big stores prices (big time), but they beat their delivery dates by 3 wks as well. At this point, I will always stay with Mica Crafters. If you dont believe me, check it out for yourselves. THEY ARE THE BEST, IN OUR AREA.

I get all my Formica jobs through here. But this most recent order was a small and simple one but took several weeks. Didn’t really know why such a delay. Either way counter turned out great as always.

Mica Crafters is the best countertop place in the world!! Ive been working on houses for 23 years and they are the best company Ive worked with! If you need anything countertop or cupboard related give Kathy and the team a call. Fast turnaround, great craftsmanship, and a great delivery team. What else can you ask for.

One and half years after installation, we love our countertops more than ever. A great experience overall - competent installers, excellent service, qualify product. Would highly recommend.
